We had a wonderful stay at the property managed by Brad and Marian. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our kids had a great time exploring the area and taking advantage of all the activities available. The beach area was especially fun for my 3-year-old niece. Brad and Marian went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even taking us out on their boat to watch the sunset. It was an amazing experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was a part of a larger community with 4 houses. Our family rented the two larger homes. We had family come in from 9 different states! We took advantage of the pontoon rental, the grills, the corn hike, the canoes and kayaks, and pavilion down on the lake. It was a perfect set up for a perfect weekend. Owner is very accessible. Do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong or missing. We plan to return every other year and this will be our choice!

From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, the owner was very helpful! Her and her husband are very nice people and make sure you and your family are taken care of. My son was pulling his kayak down to the water by himself and she asked him if he needed help, and she brought it down to meet me for him! We will be back and when we do, this will be where we will always go to! Their property is also in the most convenient and kid friendly area.

We rented 3 of the 4 properties and they were all very lovely. The properties were clean, spacious, well equipped, and well maintained. There were 30+ people in the 3 houses and everyone had very nice things to say about the properties. Would recommend to anyone with a large group lioking to be together but not all under one roof.

Location was perfect! We had a great time and will be back!

Checkin process was very convenient. The house was spacious and kid friendly. Close to gas stations and little markets. Owners were very nice and went out of their way to take care of any issues we had. The sheets on the beds were really soft and so were the beds which is a plus for me. Very nice atmosphere to just hang out and relax. I don’t think we could have gotten anyone more friendly than Marian and Brad. We will definitely return.

Gave wonderful recommendations for a 40th birthday celebration dinner.

Upon arrival our lovely host was there to meet us. She made sure we everything we needed. She gave us directions to various spots. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family experience. There was a boat there we could rent for a fee but opted for a driver and toured the lovely homes on the lake. We will be back.

For the return of our Girls Weekend, we truly enjoyed the "Lake Life." Close proximity but we felt miles away. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and we are planning to return for more relaxation and fun in the future. Working with Brad and Marian was awesome. They are quick to respond for sure. Our group of 10 says this is "Our Place." Thank you!!

We had a nice weekend stay on the lake for an Auburn Football weekend. The house was spotless and well appointed. The lake locaiton was beautiful. It is about a 30-35 minute commute to campus.

Great Time in Great Property

Our stay at the property wasn’t terrible it just wasn’t grand. The pictures posted online were a bit deceiving. The kids play area was overgrown and unsafe for my little ones, so we never got to enjoy that area at all. The beach is very small for the amount of people that could potentially be trying to use it at the same time. Only three beach chairs were available. The hammock that is located in the beach area was torn up from guest in another house on the property. I personally think the property could have been more manicured for the amount of money that I paid to rent this property. I mentioned to the homeowner upon arrival that I thought the pictures were very deceiving. Looking back at pics I think they were taken when the property was first built in 2019. A little disappointed. House is a beautiful home but just a little deceiving on outside amenities. I mentioned to homeowner that we did not have any baking pans or bowls of any type which she did bring some on day 5. Little late but we finally got some. If you are thinking of renting the pontoon boat from this Propoerty you may want to take a ride in it first to make sure it’s running ok. We had issues most of the week and the owner game with two nights left on our stay and make some adjustments that helped some. The pontoon boats are older one and that was disappointing for the amount of money paid. FLIES!!!! There were MILLIONS of Them. Not sure what they can do to fix that issue but they were horrific!! You basically were running through the door or you would have 20-30 (not exaggerating) of them inside. But on a good note…the owners were very gracious to allow us to use their personal golf cart to cart my parents back and forth to the boat dock daily. This was very much appreciated. A little disappointed 🥹

This property could not have been more perfect for our family vacation! We rented all four houses and they were all fantastic!! Each house is decorated so nice and they were all so clean and well stocked! The beach area was perfect for the kids and we all enjoyed swimming! We cooked out and made s’mores by the fire pit! I do not have one complaint. It was phenomenal!! We will be back!! Marian and Brad are amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable!!

This property was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked with essentials and well maintained. The hosts were friendly, helpful and available if needed...which we didn't as we had no problems whatsoever. We attended a wedding at New Water Farms and this property could not have been more convenient. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Holiday Cove! Marian and Dennis work hard to provide a nice family environment for their guests and it shows. The home was very spacious, clean and beautiful, the lake was amazing, and the beach was a big hit for our kiddos. They had everything we needed at the house! As I told the owners, the only negative thing I found about their listing is that it wasn't mine! 😉

We traveled from Florida. South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia to spend a weekend with our 85 yr old parents who live in Alexander City. A total of 10 adults and 3 children. We were very comfortable in the rooms and enjoyed being outdoors on the property. Everything was great and we would love to return.

The house and the environment were beautiful. My grandchildren enjoyed the playground, playing area, hammock, etc.

I thought the property was very clearly labeled as a group of houses located on the same lot. This was ideal for us as we were staying at the lake rather than in town for a graduation. We had a large group and the homes accommodated us all perfectly.

We loved this property! The privacy was great, the deck is perfect for a glass of wine, grilling and looking out at the lake, the walk down to the lake was very nice and what a nice dock/view! It was too cold to get in the water but the sandy beach was a nice touch to just play cornhole and hangout at. The house has everything you could need and the host was so quick to respond and help with questions/needs! We rented this for the last of our friends who is turning 30 and just got engaged and it was the perfect location for a lowkey celebration and football watching! The beds were comfy and it accommodated us to a T! Loved this house/location!

We had a lovely week with our family at a beautiful house! Deck was great and it was a perfect house for even our disabled family members to get around in. Few unforeseen issues with boat breaking and cleaning mixups but Marian went above and beyond to make things right. Would gladly stay here or any of her properties again- she's an AMAZING hostess! Really liked the extra drink fridges in the game room. LOVED THE LAKE AND BEING ON THE BOAT!

The dock and area was perfect

We had an awesome experience at Holiday Cove. Checkin was smooth and easy, the house was just as described and the layout was perfect for our family. Convenient location to the marinas and to town when needed to run in. Huge boat docking area that could hold 5/6 boats and awesome pavilion with beach etc. It was also nice meeting other people staying at the other properties. The communication with Marian was superb. We would definitely book this place again.
