This house has a wonderful view and the outdoor pool/hot tub were amazing. The upper deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying coffee or a drink in the evening. Coffee maker was fun and kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses etc. The pool area is separate from the 2 upstairs bedrooms. There is a separate bedroom by the pool area but you have to walk around the outside of the house. Petra was very friendly and helpful and a little quirky. The checkin process was lengthy and she was very concerned about how much water we used. The interior decor was IKEA style furniture. The house has some quarks

The views, the ease of getting to and from and the spaciousness was perfect for our group. We spent 2 weeks at Rendezvous Breeze with a beautiful mixture of family and friends. The property is not extravagant although it serves the purpose for those looking to travel with a large group The owners live on the 3rd/4th floor which you wouldn’t even know they were there. They were very attentive to any and all questions . The pool and hot tub were hits both weeks and a great hangout spot for entire group. Morning coffee was had on the upper deck every morning as we awaited all the sunrises. As the day went on though, the deck was full sun until around 1:45-2pm.which was perfect because we usually packed up and headed out to the beach on the daily at that time. The owners are super mindful of how they impact the earth and what kind of footprint they may or may not leave on it. We love STJ and come back every year. We look forward to more adventures in the years to come

The poolside area is the highlight of this property. Absolutely stunning. We had four adults and 6 teenagers. The property easily accommodated us. The host is extremely kind and responsive.

Our family of 7 had a fabulous time in St. John and Rendezvous Breeze was just perfect for us. The views from the pool and balcony are stunning, especially the sunrise. Although we didn't occupied entire house, it was definitely a bonus to have this spacious house all to ourselves. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub bar area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are roomy. We did a lot of cooking and baking. Petra was very responsive to our questions and needs. She's a great host.

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the view and the breeze from the back patio and pool deck. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Lots of pool and beach toys for kids and Petra has great information about what to do on the island. Note there is no laundry at the property. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home with awesome ocean view and amenities - we loved the outdoor are with infinity pool, hot tub and BBQ kitchen and the open bar concept - Petra is a wonderful host - we will stay at her home again coming back to St. John

Wow! We had 2 family groups (kids range from 13-15 years old) total of 8 people, and Petra's house fit the bill! Everyone had enough space including beds, and the views were amazing. This was our first trip to St. John and we will be back. Petra was extremely helpful with whatever request we had. She gave us a list of drivers since we didn't want to rent cars. Between Petra and our driver we were set. The house was very well equipped and she even had extras for our kids. Most of all, the pool. Each day we would take a day trip to one of the beaches (packed beach chairs and coolers all provided by Petra), then dinner in town, and home for evening pool time with the teens. Kids loved it and we loved it. We will be back.

If you're not choosing the Rendezvous Breeze house, you're missing out on the best vacation destination in St. John, PERIOD. Petra is a ROCKSTAR of a host who will make sure your stay in St. John is the best experience. I appreciated her thorough check-in process and immediate support with anything we needed during our visit. The views from the pool deck were spectacular, and the layout allowed everyone to enjoy happiness in their own way. The house's location is convenient to all the fantastic stops in St. John. My friends and I will certainly return to this beautiful property and appreciate everything Petra did for us!

It was amazing.

We were a group of 4 adults. Found the property convenient, quiet, and comfortable. We were not bothered by the pool location (which you get to by leaving the front door and walking around to the rear of the house). 2 of us even used the showers down there and let our friends claim the bathroom in the house. It all worked well for us. The pool was a little cold during our stay in Feb, but we found it refreshing after a day at the beach or after a dip in the hot tub. Petra is an awesome host and helped us get snorkel gear for the duration of our trip. There are also pool noodles, paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, coolers, a stash of sunscreen, books and dvds, and other free amenities on the property. There is also an honor bar. :-) Last, but not least, is the view from the balcony and the pool. It's fabulous and I just didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group. The view is absolutely amazing. Petra was really nice and very helpful giving us a tour of the house and what to do. It is highly recommended to have a four wheel drive vehicle, the roads are steep and curvy. We all absolutely recommend it! Thank you Petra for letting us stay in your wonderful house!

The house was perfect for what our group needed! Spectacular, breathtaking view! The house was spaced out so it made our group of 10 feel very comfortable. When you get the hang of the drive from cruz bay, it’s easy to find! Close to the windmill bar which was our favorite place for bingo and sunsets! Petra was very gracious and friendly and helped us with the ins and outs of the house!

We went with a large group and enjoyed every bit of our stay! Petra was an amazing host. The house had everything we could possibly need with an amazing view and very close to town. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you Petra!

This property has it all. The pool was amazing to come home to after a day on the beach. This house is great for larger groups. Multiple refrigerators making sharing a breeze. I would totally rent this house again.

After that interaction, I began reading other reviews on the website and noticed that every single review that included a criticism was met with a detailed response from her defending her point of view rather than an apology for the issues. Petra’s house was perfect for our family of 12 traveling to St. John. We had family members from 8 to 79 years old and everyone enjoyed it. You can’t beat the views and amenities and Petra was so helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

I just can’t say enough good things about the property and how Petra “the owner” has everything you could ever possibly need and then some.. the amazing part is you don’t need to run the ac At All during the day since the winds tunnel through the whole home making it as cool as you could want. Petra was an excellent hostess and guided us through the property showing us what we needed to know and I couldn’t be more thankful. Just 5 stars all around. A most definite dream trip I will be daydreaming of at work for months now haha

Beautiful spacious property! Our hostess was very accommodating when we needed something. Loved the pool/hot tub area! Beautiful sunrises every morning! Looking forward to our next trip to SJ and will be booking with Petra again!!

This house is up on a hill with gorgeous views of the bay and the island and beautifully decorated inside and out. Beware that the island has a lot of speed bumps and steep roads with switchbacks. A low riding car will scrape the speed bumps.
