The 5 bedroom condo was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped; probably the best I’ve seen. Because it was 13 of us, it was great having 2 coffee pots. We loved the view of the beach from our room as well.
The staff at iTrip is also great! We didn’t have a key to the trash chute but they promptly sent someone over to bring us a key. He was so nice and asked how was our stay and if we needed anything else. Thanks iTrip!

Everyone had something to do . Plenty of swimming pools , lazy river, hot tubs the beach and etc and nice restaurants plus close attractions. We all really enjoyed the trip. 😊❤️

Host was very personable and accommodating! There were 13 of us and we ALL enjoyed every minute in the resort! Comfy beds, great accommodations, spacious condo! Wish we were still there and will DEFINITELY be back! Such a wonderful vacation!

Family gathering of 14 had a great time in this condo. The view was beautiful! The place was very clean for the most part except for some small stains on rugs and dining chairs. The property manager was very prompt in addressing any maintenance concerns. The dryer was our biggest issue. Multiple runs to dry a load got time consuming with the big group we had. We contacted the manager who promptly messaged back that it would be checked out. Not sure if it was fixed because it continued to run the same for the rest of our stay. Coffee machine went bad so it was replaced. Although it was replaced with a smaller coffee machine, it was a plus. The kitchen could use new bakeware, cookware and utensils as they are mostly rusted or scratched up. Checking in and out out was very inconvenient with keeping count of everything constantly throughout the stay and having the stress of dropping of everything at the office by 10am. Overall, if these issues would be fixed we would definitely be back as everything else was great!! Spacious, conveniently located, nice amenities, and nice size balcony.

Beautiful property and enjoyed our stay.
However- this place sleeps 14 and they only provide 5 keys. One per bedroom. It was a pain to deal with keys and people coming and going from beach to pool to condo. You have to have keys to get into some elevators and back up to the room. I had asked about extra keys and was told no- same thing with parking passes. I’d rather book through the resort directly to be able to get the appropriate number of keys and parking passes.

Our large family ages from 3 years old to over 80. This place is absolutely perfect. The most perfect location and everything we could have needed. Clean, ocean front, steps to all of the amenities, quiet at night and massive space to gather in. The pictures really don’t do this beautifully decorated condo justice. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful well appointed condo. Only issue is couch is a little worn and needs to be replaced. Having to go to an office with. 30 minute window to pick up a key is way old school and inconvenient . Digital lock with text access of code with a code would have been more efficient The property is awesome and has everything you need for a first class vacation.

We had a family reunion of my siblings from Hawaii after being apart for 7 years. Your condo was great for our family- it was large snd very comfortable. We had a lovely time.
However I had a few concerns/
1- the kitchen and living room was not cleaned well. Furniture had many stains.
2.-We had the place rented for 2 weeks but there were hardly anything there.. not even salt and pepper, just one kitchen towel, no foil, Saran Wrap, no oven mitts. Only one toilet paper in the BR, one paper towel, and 2 garbage bags. I understood that most facilities will furnish the condo for the length of stay.
3. We did not have any jnstructions for thevtv. We were unable to work the tv. I called and Jason came to help us with the tv, he also came when we had no ice in the refrigerator as the water filter needed to be changed. He was a great handyman.
4. We went shopping snd upon our return our 3 keys to our rooms did not work. Luckily, my husband was home and let us in. When I called the person asked if we tried the other 2 keys. We didn’t know since they were playing golf. His comment was since the office was closed until the next morning we can go there to pick up another card. This was totally unacceptable answer. If my husband was not there, would we have to stay at another fsci

Our family comes to North Myrtle Beach every September & stayed at this condo, unit 601, for the first time. Each of us was hesitant to stay at a condo, as we always rented a house, but we took the plunge. No issues or complaints! The grounds were beautiful, the many different pools, adults & children, were plentiful, well maintained & spacious. The only improvement would be the need for more umbrellas, which when we asked we were told are on order. The condo was laid out where you didn't feel on top of each other. The TV in the living room was ROKU only & was somewhat difficult to figure out. Maybe we just need training ;). The beds were more on the firm side which is definitely better than soft & mattresses didn't sink on you. Seemed relatively new. Plenty of pots & pans & utensils & plates & coffee cups. Only suggestion would be a crockpot. The view!!! And sunset looking over the bedroom balcony,WOW!! Easy trash disposal & hallways were super quiet during our stay. Can't say enough & what things I've noted are simple & very minor. You could stay & not have to leave. Pool, food & drinks on site! Driver beware, the parking garage is super tight, large vehicle drivers take note. We hope to return next year.

Underwear from previous occupants were still in drawers, crumbs still under dining room table, coffee grains left in coffee maker, broken stool in kitchen area, mold in showers, toilets not clean among some of the issues. We asked for credit to our cleaning fee but still have not received a response. . The beach was much more crowded than we anticipated, and we were stuck in the last row of 4 rows of beach umbrellas. We could barely see the ocean. The cost of this rental was substantial, but the condition of the condo and the beach arrangement was so disappointing and unacceptable .. Very bad experience. Still waiting for a response to our request for cleaning credit.

The condo is very spacious and well equipped, the location and resort areas are terrific. Lots of pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and activities to choose from. I’d recommend parking on the top 5th floor of parking garage so you only have to travel 1 floor to your 6th floor unit as the elevators get very busy (we used the stairs a good bit to walk 1 story up)
The bad: The condo has some significant condition issues that could easily be addressed to make it the perfect stay. The large couch in the living room as other reviewers have said has no purpose being there.. it’s worn, torn, battered, and so beat down you can’t even sit on it. The pictures show 3 bar stools but when we arrived there were only 2, and by the end of our stay down to 1! First morning there I sat on the stool and the legs immediately fell apart from the seat! Only weighing 150lbs that should of never happened.. come to find out nearly all of the bolts were missing. Called “maintenance” to repair this safety hazard and they did while we were at the beach. Returned and as soon as we touched the stool 4 screws fell out. Maintenance called again, removed stool and said it needed welded.. never returned it the rest of the stay. New furniture, fresh paint, general repairs, and a deep cleaning need done. Under the couch and chairs were crumbs and debris from previous guests. Would stay at resort again, but probably a different unit. Again with a bit of effort this unit could be perfect again.

I have stayed at North Beach Resort on multiple prior occasions, and this was the most disappointing experience ever. I booked 3 nights for a 4-day stay using VRBO app. The property management for this apartment was “iTrip” and I will make sure not to book anything that they manage; we understood from the listing that check-in was at 4 PM and checkout was at 10 AM. What they did not tell us was the following: you have to drive 10 minutes to their offsite office to check in, you are not allowed to go to their office to check in till after 4 PM, and you are not allowed to use the facility till AFTER you checkin because you will not be given the parking passes or pool bracelets or towel cards till after you check in after 4 PM. Then on checkout day, they require you to be out of the apartment before 10 AM (though the information papers on the fridge in the apartment say checkout is at 11 am!), pack all your stuff in the car and then drive back all the way to their office to drop all resort bracelets and towel cards before 10 am. With the above unreasonable processes, you are not allowed to use the facility after 4 PM on checkin day and after 10 am on checkout day. In addition, their staff will provide you with papers and make it clear (in a rude threatening manner on checkin) that they will charge you exuberant amount of money for any unreturned item ($50 for each unreturned apartment card or towel card; $10 for each unreturned pool bracelet). Please note that multiple other friends/families of ours booked condos using other property offices at the same resort, and none of them had to through the above complicated and absurd processes as we did (our friends were able to check in at the resort, were able to park at the towers and use the facility pools while waiting for their apartments to be ready, did not have to go back to any office to check out, and were told they can keep the pool bracelets and towel cards to use at the facility after they check out). The apartment has a beautiful view of the beach, but it is very outdated: doors bathrooms do not lock (you press the locking pin and the lock locks, but can be pushed open!); black mold on tiles in showers; 10 minutes for hot water; bathtub/shower fixtures do not shut down; broken window shades; etc.

This was our first trip to North Beach Resort Indigo Tower unit 601. First of all, I will say we enjoyed the spacious room of this unit for eight adults and one child under the age of two. The view from the balcony was amazing, although there were only three chairs and two chaise lounges for seating. Upon check-in we discovered that the unit looked as if it had not even been cleaned. The kitchen sink was dirty, the kitchen stove was dirty, the handle of the refrigerator was so filthy that you did not even want to touch it. There were empty used juice boxes on the floor in the living room, the area rug in the living room had not been vacuumed and the floor was sticky wherever you walked. The master bathroom had dried feces on the front of it, there were dried boogers on the wall in the one bedroom and the trash in the one bedroom was not emptied. The furniture looked very worn with the dresser and nightstand in the one bedroom missing multiple handles . The living room furniture was very worn and tattered looking, the living room carpet was stained and dirty and the chairs at the one dining room table had no cushion, so when you sat on them you sunk into the middle. It took the dryer three cycles on high to dry a small load of children’s pajamas and the iron that was provided would seep water all over your clothes. I had reached out prior to our arrival after reading some reviews that were posted after we had rented this unit. Robbie from Itrip rentals Asked me to email him my concerns and he would investigate and get back to me. I emailed him twice with no response to either email. I do have pictures of all of the above. The resort itself has beautiful pools although they are extremely crowded and if you do not arrive when the pool gates open in the morning you will not be getting a chase lounge for the day as they are all reserved with towels. The one day it started raining mid day and all five elevators of the tower were down and not functioning. We had to walk five flights of steps carrying a stroller and all of our beach gear as did many other guests. We rented what was advertised as a five star unit and what we received was not even close to that. Will never rent this unit or any unit at this resort again.

First off I Trip was amazing letting us rebook this trip 2 times due to Covid. They were very easy to work with and check in was easy as well. We enjoyed the location of the condo, the views, the pools .
The condo itself was large and spacious . We had 7 adults and 2 children. It was also very clean upon arrival .
However the unit needs a major update of furnishings Everything is very dated and worn . Also the 2 ceiling fans did not work in the living room and dining room and 2 days later they brought us floor lamps since this was our only source of light in those rooms. Also the dryer had to be replaced because it did not work properly, that didn’t happen until mid week. I would definitely stay at this location again but I would choose a different condo unless it was renovated. The comments from months ago said it was to be done after the winter but it was not.
Also worth noting is the entire staff we dealt with at the complex was extremely friendly .

This place was awesome. There were plenty of rooms, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we have no complaints. I would suggest a few extra blankets but otherwise have no other suggestions. We plan to book again next month!

A rectangular table is on the deck, but with only 3 chairs. Also it is not appropriately sized for the deck.
In all we had a great time, but the shabbiness of the furniture is enough to take the location off of my repeat rental list.,

A rectangular table is on the deck, but with only 3 chairs. Also it is not appropriately sized for the deck.
In all we had a great time, but the shabbiness of the furniture is enough to take the location off of my repeat rental list.,

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and Check out we’re both simple and the property was perfectly clean. We will definitely be booking again.
