Great location, spacious, 4 good sized bedrooms, well laid out, good views etc. Garbage collection calendars outdated and some minor cleanliness issues but overall would be very happy to return.

Nice handy location with stunning views of the beach and town. A very comfortable house with most needs met. Love staying there.

Easy experience. Fantastic views. Quiet neighbours. Well start coed and easy to keep clean. Hosts were very accommodating.

Very comfortable place with all we needed. The views of the sea and the lovely town are stunning. Close enough to all facilities, quite walkable and in a quiet location. We had a great time.

Excellent location, with only a short downhill to the beach front. Wonderful sea views , rabbits running around in vacant block at back. Pleasant way of spending the evenings with a drink in hand and good company. Excellent modern facility, this was our second stay in our house in a year and we will be returning in the future. The host was very flexible with checkout time. Recommend this place at anytime of the year.

Modern property, personal space, roomy living. Beds /mattresses need updating. I found the beds on ground floor where we stayed were very hard and uncomfortable. I had to fold two thick quilts from other rooms to put onto my mattress to sleep. Then it was just acceptable. Mattress topper would be a simle fix. We found the lighting in the main living area was not adequate. Some globes did not work and there just was not enough light - we wanted to work on a jigsaw after tea but it was too dark. It was suitable for watching tv but if you wanted to play games or read it was not suitable. Also the barbecue needs a good clean. We had to clean it before we used it but it needs a very good overall clean with very hot water and detergent. It would have been a good idea if there was a fish cleaning area with water and a table. We had a good stay here but unless the beds are fixed I would not choose this property again.

Really well set up house with large deck overlooking the town, the ocean and the marina. The living area upstairs is great for everyone to socialise and the bedrooms are quiet even when people are up and about. We will book again.

Excellent accommodation, top floor: superb open space kitchen/dine/lounge area with wonderful views. Our wives spent evenings sitting on the top balcony enjoying the gulf views and the rabbits in the vacant block. Modern facility and owner prepared to give us early access and late vacating of facility. Will book this house next year. Fantastic 3 days!!!! Stan and the over 60 group!!!!!

We had a lovely time at Sea Breeze. It was clean and comfortable, with lots of room. The deck offered lovely views over the water, which meant we could watch the sailing. Amanda was lovely in her messages to us and generous with check in and check out times. Highly recommended.

We stayed over for the weekend with my family. We arrived late and It was very thoughful and wonderful to be welcomed to a warm cosy and clean home on a cold winters night. The house was well equiped and furnished with all facilities, especially the kitchen. Amazing beach view every morning. Was a real treat for us. Communication with Amanda was quick and easily reachable. Thank u Amanda for the great hospitality that you have given us in your home. Would definatly be back and highly recomend this place.

We had the best time as a family, beautiful spot & amazing house, loved the board games for the kids & everything we needed for our baby at our fingertips . We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking at the views - we will definitely be back .

The views from the balcony are perfect and the home itself was lovely to stay in. Our 5 year old and 3 year old loved the beach- it’s perfect for kids with no waves to bowl them over. The 4 of us stayed here with the kid’s Nanna and Poppa and there was plenty of room for us all! Would definitely stay here again :)
