How could we possibly have any complaints when the ice cream shop is a block away? 😊 home is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has super beach accessibility. Pool is great too! Even with ten days of crummy weather we were comfortable, and happy !

We especially loved the large backyard with lots of privacy where we enjoyed the pool and had a nice family BBQ. The location of this rental is great, close to beaches restaurants and grocery stores. Barefoot Beach is a fantastic beach very close by. Unlike other rentals we have booked in the past, this one is bright with lots of natural light.. just what you want for a beach vacation. The tasteful, unique furnishing & decoration did the rest. It was spotlessly clean at arrival. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. We will for sure recommend this gem to our friends & family. Apparently the owner has more rentals in the area. We would absolutely book one of Marion's rentals again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mrs. Bergs Beach Cottage! It could not have been more beautiful and comfortable for all our needs. The house is wonderfully decorated and the location was perfect, we immediately felt right at home... It is equipped with everything you need, from lots if kitchen supplies to lots of towels, bathroom supplies and everything was absolutely clean! The beautiful Pool with large garden and terrace and lots of space and beautiful beach chairs and loungers to chill on made this stay even more perfect for us, we enjoyed to fire up the grill and have dinner outside. The large entry and living room space and two sides for bedrooms makes this house perfect for families, it was huge for my husband and me! Nearby is a super nice Ice Cream store in walking distance, it was so nice to walk there after dinner! Everything was so perfectly detailed and beautifully decorated, I cannot wait to return!

We stayed for 5 days and had an excellent experience! The house was clean, well furnished and had a nice flow and was in a great area. The house had nice decor which made it feel like a home and not a hotel. The outdoor space is very private and sunny which made enjoying thr pool really relaxing. We traveled with a toddler and having a separate room with a crib was great so that we could hang out while she was napping. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. We'd definately stay at one of their properties again!

When booking a property with a pool, the direction it faces is important. This large pool has plenty of sun and a lot of lounging area. The host is most accessible to adjust the pool temp and schedule as needed. Comfortable home in a great location that is well stocked.

This was our very first time using VRBO, and we couldn’t have been more pleased!!! This was a fantastic experience and home !!!!! The decor was perfection !!! The house was equipped with ALL the necessities one would need for a long stay such as ours. The Pool is large and clean!! Beautiful outside area!! The house was clean and there were no cut corners , right down to the luxurious bedding. We will definitely be returning here as it is centrally located to all that Naples has to offer . Marion was a wonderful host and assisted us with all of our questions promptly. Beach necessities were even provided: umbrellas, lil cooler and toys. We made so many wonderful memories there and excited to return.

This cottage is well appointed, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient to beaches, dining, and shopping as well. Great ice cream shop walking distance from the cottage. The pool was refreshing and I love that 1/2 of the pool is shaded at the beginning, and then again at the end of the day. So you can move in and out of the sun as you wish. During these extremely hot summer days, that’s a bonus. We would recommend this cottage and we would stay here again.

Property was exactly as described - very clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and smelled lovely. Best VRBO home we’ve ever rented! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood which made it extremely peaceful when lounging by the pool. The pool was absolutely perfect and always warm like bath water. Marion was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t everything was perfect). The location is also very convenient to the beach, children’s museum, shopping and several delicious restaurants. We look forward to vacationing at this home or one of their other properties again in the future!

The house: clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, efficient use of space, well equipped, effective air conditioning in the summer heat. Outdoor space: wonderful well-maintained pool, comfortable open lanai, lovely landscaping. Neighborhood: while we usually stay on the beach or a short walk away, we were happy with the area. Short drive to grocery stores, beaches, activities, and restaurants, Royal Scoop a quick walk for ice cream. Host: Marion strikes just the right balance of proactive communication, responsiveness, and respect for guests’ privacy. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and I’d rank Marion as one of our very best hosts.

We needed a last minute place to stay because our condo flooded. Marion was very helpful and even called to see if she could help the night the home wasn't available. The home was clean and just as described.

The house was very charming and we loved the pool/backyard space. It was beautifully decorated and had just about everything we could have wanted/needed. I would recommend some plastic glassware for hanging out by the pool and dinners out back. Thank you!

My boys loved the pool! They would have stayed in it all day if we let them! They have tons of beach stuff in the shed. Plus, there is a delicious ice cream shop right down the road! We had a great vacation and would definitely stay again!!

Loved our stay at this adorable beach cottage. Especially loved the sitting room away from tv for my coffee, excellent bedding, and the fantastic pool in the back yard.

Very cute cottage. We liked the location & kids loved the pool. Owners very responsive! House could use a good deep cleaning. Would be very nice if they added a garbage disposal to the kitchen sink. Otherwise it’s very cute & comfortable!

This home was very clean on arrival, well-appointed and cared for. My family was very happy and comfortable in this home. We have rented many homes in Bonita in the past, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- highly recommend!

This home is adorable…decorated in a very modern, soothing beach vibe, close to everything and it has everything you need during your stay. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to Barefoot Beach. The owners were lovely to work with…accommodating and kind! We will be back for sure.

Break the sanitary clean sticker…Walk through the welcoming sign and front porch to a beach vibe! Well appointed, close to the beaches and Scooper Ice Cream parlor, new bikes and beach supplies in the shed. Seems easily comfortable for a full family. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the location and available amenities. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked our opinion. We were surprised at first to find only one TV, especially with having children we thought it was going to be an issue, however this opened up more time to spend as a family and in the outdoors. The pool is perfect and we spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying the water, rabbits, birds, and the weather. I would recommend more plug-ins for electronics to charge, or some way to gain easier access to the outlets available through the house without having to move furniture. The only issue we had was the dishwasher, the wheels on the lower rack were missing completely on one side and made it a small issue when loading and unloading. There was plenty of plates, utensils, cups to satisfy a whole family. I am grateful for our find and look forward to staying in your other rentals in the future. Turns out your location is only fifteen minutes away from my sister's home in Estero. Highly recommend this location as the cost of the rental is well worth the amount we spent for our stay!

Our family of 4 had an amazing week here! The place is even more stunning then the pictures and that rarely happens. Beds were comfy and seriously everything was decorated beautifully. Oh and the house was so so clean!!! We loved the pool, grilled out a ton, enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop, and went to the beach every day…it was the best week!!
