Property was great. We do think a paper folder with local nenues and places to go. WE KNOW THERE IS THE ELECTRONIC OPTION BUT THE PAPER WOULD BE HELPFUL TOO. ALSO DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE TV WOULD HELP BUT THE ANSWER WAS A PHONE CALL AWAY

We had 12 of us ages 26 to 94 in town for a family wedding. There were plenty of beds and can actually sleep up to 18. There is a great living room to hang out in and nice outdoor space. We walked to the small beach each day. It’s about a 15 minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. And plenty of parking as well.

We had a great week gathering for my mom's 80th and Thanksgiving. There were 10 of us in total, 4 of them teens (who appreciated the separate sleeping area downstairs). The home was very spacious, with rooms for all of us and a nice large area to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked with great appliances and works well for cooking together. We had a great time being together, taking advantage of the Monopoly set, and walking through the beautiful neighborhood. We loved the quiet location and I'm sure in the summer, the patio would be great as would the association beach. Thank you for hosting us!

The property is beautiful.. the home was perfect for a family Celebration of Life. we had family from Texas, Maryland, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and Florida.
Everything was great … so manny extras were provided to make our stay very comfortable …Except.. Televisions did not work for the World Series and Sunday Football!. 2 Engineers, an architect, 3 grad students, 2 doctors, and 3 college students could not make them work. Written instructions for the TV would have made the house fantastic… a lot of grumbling from the sports fans! But, we survived and would love to rent it again.

Revisit to cape cod with adult children , their partners, and new grandchild. Had a great time visiting old and new places! The home was beautiful, spacious enough for the 9 of us. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. Will definitely visit again

Swallowed our party of 11 with room to spare and plenty of sound isolation between the generations. Ample space and good condition of the property.

Our family of 12 had a great week in the cape. The House is in a beautiful area that is short drive to Main St. Chatham, but tucked away from the traffic. The house is spacious and accommodated our group very well. The check-in process was smooth, and the house was clean. I do think that it is worth pointing out that the house does not provide beach towels, so you do need to bring your own. Overall, a very nice home that we would definitely stay in again.

Family Vacation
The property was perfect for our group of 12 adults. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy, the kitchen is spacious and the living areas were also nicely separated throughout the house. The younger crew had a huge basement area with ping pong and foosball. The back patio seating had room for everyone and the front porch with rockers was especially nice because it was covered and protected from the sun during the day. It is about .7 miles to walk to the water.

Weekend away
We had a perfect weekend away to celebrate our grandmother’s 86th birthday. The house was clean, gorgeous and a perfect location. Would definitely return again!

Thanksgiving family vacation
We had an amazing time!! The house was perfect there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was amazing for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. We couldn’t have been more pleased. House was located not far from downtown Chatham and a short walk to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Chatham. The house is clean and matches listing description and pictures. The neighborhood is cute and quite. Would recommend for groups of friends or families.

Excellent Cape Cod Vacation - July 2021
Our family, 7 adults and 6 children ages 3 - 12, had a wonderful vacation together thanks in large part to the Whidah property. When not off at the beach the children loved playing on the large well maintained lawn. The home was larger than the photographs suggested and provided ample space for our family of 13. Our property management team was very professional and quickly responded to our questions and need for additional services.

Great place for big families.
Nice house and layout for 2 families. Big kitchen and nice living space. The backyard could use some work - furniture is just ok and there is no grass. Kitchen is nice but utensils and cooking knives need an upgrade! Bathrooms also could use a bit of an upgrade to match the updates in the rest of the house.

Lovely family get-away
Great house and property with lots of space. Would be a great house for a multi-generational family gathering or a couple of families. Great kitchen, several common spaces for gathering, nice patio and yard space for games. Also reasonably close to lots in Chatham and elsewhere on the Cape.

Great house and grounds to accommodate a large group.
We had 12 people for a three day weekend. Lots of places to gather , either by the fire pit or near the open kitchen area. Very clean , bedrooms were nice and plenty of bathrooms. Great set up!

Amazing Experience
This place lives up to the pictures and more. House was beautiful. Everything we needed and more was provided. Quiet neighborhood and close to a private beach. The staff was also amazing. Very helpful and clear. No surprises. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you for amazing weekend.

Twelve of us shacked up here for a family gathering. All were quite comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Bright and clean rooms. Great outdoor setting. Convenient location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
