Location of hotel is superb. The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. The SPA zone is the nice addition to the hotel experience.
The breakfast was nice as well. :)

Un très bel hotel, bien situé, très propre avec un très agréable spa. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de très grande qualité. Le personnel est très professionnel et très sympathique.

this hotels room is very dirty. and the cups in room very very dirty. beds is very dirty. while bathing in the bath, it overflows with water. there is no hairdryer in the room. do not put toothbrushes and toothpastes in the room. The staff treated me unprofessionally. I don't believe this hotel is 4 stars.
reviews should not be 9.1. I came here believing that this hotel is 4 stars on booking and the reviews are 9.1.
I reported these problems to the staff. I called the reception 7 times after informing them but they are not answering my calls.

Отель находится на тихой приятной улочке. Небольшой СПА, в котором можно хорошо расслабиться. Очень хороший номер. Удобные кровати с белоснежным постельным бельем.
Прекрасный душ. Завтраки великолепные, большой выбор.
Очень понравился персонал на ресепшен( особенно при заселении- очень душевно и мило) и в ресторане на завтраке.

There is a nice jacuzzi on the lower floor. There were plenty of options at breakfast. Also, the staff was much friendlier this time around than in 2021.
Pillows were too high. Also, very strange location of the TV in the back of the room (it's just how lucky you are with the room).

spa is too small and cold. there are no any treatments. restaurant is open only for breakfast. breakfast is quite basic, nothing really special (except sparkling wine and desserts). so, basically you pay only for the room, which is okay, but nothing special. location is okay, but you anyway have to walk to anything interesting - old town, restaurants, etc.

Breakfast was great. Very versatile and presented in a beautiful way. The spa was relaxing and cozy. It was nearly empty when we were there.
We were promised two separate beds, but the beds were zipped together so it was technically a large double bed.

Aamiainen oli todella runsas. Mentiin aamupalalle n. 10:20 eli 40 min ennen sulkemista, kaikkea oli vielä saatavilla, mutta esim. raejuusto tuntui todella lämpimältä, mietitiin olikohan se seissyt siinä koko aamun. Aamupalalta sai myös esimerkiksi kuohuvaa joka oli super kiva lisä! Sain gluteenitonta leipää, joka oli tosin kylmää - piti lämmittää paahtimessa jossa oli ollut vehnä leipiä.. Olisi varmaan saanut keittiössä sulatettua jos olisi pyytänyt mutta laiska kun olen :) Spassa tosiaan vain 1 allas, mutta tosi viihtyisä! Ei ollut paljoa ihmisiä. Kaksi saunaa, normaali ja höyry, mutta höyry saunassa ei kyllä ollut lämmin tai höyryä :D Henkilökunta avuliasta!
Huoneen chrome cast ei toiminut olleenkaan. Valitimme aiheesta, sanottiin että menee 30 min niin pitäisi toimia - no ei toiminut. Kävin respassa asian tiimoilta 3 kertaa ja yritimme saada sen toimimaan 3 tuntia mutta ei toiminut :D Lopulta saatiin uusi huone mutta ei se sielläkään toiminut. Staycation meni siltä osin vähän pieleen kun piti tyytyä youtubeen.

The staff was excellent, the room much bigger than I expected, and so was the balcony. Although the pillows were too big and too firm for me, the staff was quick to get me a smaller softer one. The breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for me - 15 minutes of walking to Old Town, and 15 minutes of walking to my worksite.
the bed was a bit too hard for my preferences, but I used the second duvet as a topper to soften it, and after that it was fine.

Super good value for money - the location is very central, our room with a balcony was a very decent size (huge bathroom as well), clean. The breakfast was also very nice and gym well equipped. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Tallinn.
Unfortunately the spa steam room didn't work when we went there, so the spa experience was only one sauna, the jaccuzi and the lounge.

Tolles Frühstück - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei :) Lage ruhig, fußläufig zur Altstadt. Spa + Gym inkl. & zu empfehlen! Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Wirklich gutes Hotel hat alles gestimmt ! Würden wir wieder buchen . Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot ! Sauna und Pool klein aber fein. Hatten es Sonntagabend für uns allein . Innenstadt fussläufig alles sehenswerte zu erreichen.

The facilities were good, there were bathrobes, different towels, even body lotions. Fridge was full of snacks and drinks, although i was doubtful either we should pay after for it but apparently it wasn’t paid and we weren’t told. There was also free spa which unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use, but we enjoyed the variety of breakfast they offered. All and all i liked it and i probably visit again.
There were some spots on the carpet, hair on some towels, the toilet lid had urine splash on it:(
The afternoon staff weren’t as friendly and inviting, i assume because they couldn’t speak fluent English, but the morning staff were smiling and friendly.

fast check-in, confortable room in general. During my stay I enjoyed the spa after a long day of exploring the city, helps you charging you up for the next day!
The location is 10 min walking to the beautiful Old Town, also good spots nearby the hotel for dinner (in case you check-in late).
Room lighting can be improved to be more cozy. Sauna opens until 4pm.

Olen hotelliga täiesti rahul: tuba oli puhas, vannitoas mõnus soojendusega põrand, minibaari külmik tõesti jahe, ka toas oli veekeetja tasside ja teepakikestega, samuti normaalsed klaasid ja veiniklaasid, ka oli triikimise võimalus.

Breakfast was fantastic. There was a wide range of options, no issue with the quantity you were able to take and the staff weren't funny about timings (coming down a bit late etc).

Достойный отель с хорошим месторасположением . Номер просторный и чистый. В номере было тепло , кровать удобная , мы отлично выспались . Завтрак- выше всяких похвал ! Горячие блюда , закуски, выпечка и легкое игристое вино - все очень вкусно )
Спа небольшой. В первый вечер было многовато людей для такого спа. Во второй вечер народу было гораздо меньше и мы прекрасно отдохнули .
С удовольствием вернёмся в этот отель при случае.
Хотелось бы какой то русскоязычный канал по телевидению. В гостинице много русскоязычных гостей.
Если совсем придираться, то можно бы добавить второе полотенце для рук и полотенца для ног в ванной комнате .

Ωραίο, μοντέρνο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο καθαριότητας και χωρίς αξιοσημείωτες φθορές.
Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, με πολύ καλή ποικιλία τόσο σε ζεστές όσο και κρύες επιλογές.
Ωραίοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και άξιος επίσκεψης ο χώρος του σπα.
Το προσωπικό, ευγενικό και βοηθητικό.
Πολύ ικανοποιητική τοποθεσία, σε κοντινή απόσταση από το ιστορικό κέντρο για να πας με τα πόδια αλλά και από στάσεις λεωφορείων.
Εάν αναλογιστείς ότι δίπλα είναι η πρεσβεία των ΗΠΑ, η γειτονιά είναι προφανώς ασφαλής και όχι απόμερη.
Όλα ήταν απολύτως ικανοποιητικά.
Εάν κάτι πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι έχει περιθώρια βελτίωσης θα αναφέρω απλά την λεπτομέρεια στην καθαριότητα.
Σε καμία περίπτωση βέβαια το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν βρώμικο αλλά υπάρχουν κάποια μικρά περιθώρια βελτίωσης για το ιδανικό.

Perfect distance from the main shopping centre and old town, whilst also being tucked away in a quiet side street.
Facilities and food were great with staff being really helpful.
There was no option for to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, though this was already stated on arrival.
