We thoroughly enjoyed our family time together over the holidays. The house is beautiful and roomy with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy the views. Even though the weather was cloudy and gray outside, the inside was warm and beautiful with family and a Christmas tree! The host was wonderful and very responsive to our pre-stay questions and we were happy we had no problems to address while there!

It was great wonderful amenities, Tv was limited for services. Step or 2 in the front entrance was loose. Fireplace was hard to turn on. Our VRBO host was so sweet courteous and attentive with me and checked in pretty often. She was so awesome!!!

Ali was awesome to work with! We stayed for our daughter’s wedding at Geneva National Resort with extended family. The house and setting are gorgeous. Our daughter used the dock for her “first look” pictures with the resort in the background across the lake. Great to have Mars restaurant/bar 2 doors down. It was a perfect weekend. Thank you— we plan to return!!

The house is gorgeous and spacious. We had a large group of adult woman, and there was plenty of space. The location is great. We were able to walk to places and the drive to downtown was only like 10 minutes. We had an incredible stay

What a pleasure this rental is. It is as if the house was built for this purpose. In addition almost everything you might need is included. We are looking forward to returning next season.

The house and location were perfect for our family. Plenty of room! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. I especially liked the communication w owner of property. He was quick to respond and answered any and all questions. I would definitely stay there again.

kids loved being on the lake. we brought "floaties" of various types & sizes. also used nice items provided for water fun. Property mgr Ali was attentive and responded quickly to any questions and a requests.

Our family has been taking Lake vacations for 16 years. This place was perfect for our family - the best place yet. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and sitting rooms. The kitchen was able to comfortably accommodate all 17 of us. The lawn out front was flat which made it perfect for playing games, of which we do a lot. The outside sitting areas offered a shade canopy if it got too warm. The location is perfect - under 10 minutes to Lake Geneva. We had all the advantages of Lake Geneva without the hassle. Lake Como is so much better than the crowds on Lake Geneva. Two lots over is Mars Resort which has live music on Friday and Saturday nights. This did not bother us at all, but it may bother some people. We walked over there twice for drinks and sandwiches. We rented a boat for skiing and tubing. They dropped it off (it was there when we got there), and picked it up at the end of our stay. We were able to watch sea planes practicing their take off and landings which was fun to watch. This location and the house itself was perfect for our family. We will definitely be coming back.

This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful home with two years canceled due to Covid. We have never had a problem, the management is the best, a maintenance issue was fixed within an hour. There has never been dishes, glasses, or any kitchen utensil (or anything) needed that wasn’t available. I had a couple of special requests that they were very willingly accommodated. I cannot say enough about this home..

Without asking anyone in the family that participated, I can easily say everybody had a great time from the youngest @ 14 months to the oldest @ 75. Great location with easy access to downtown Lake Geneva, championship golf minutes away. We rented a pontoon boat and tube that also provided more fun than anybody expected. Live music 2 properties away @ Mars Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. Only disappointment was having a hard time eating @ Mars because it was so busy. We had 8 adults and 7 grandkids on-site for the week and can’t offhand think of anything we needed that wasn’t supplied. Just a great place for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our grown kids and grandson. Beautiful clean home...just like the pictures and description. Perfect location to Lake Geneva where we could drive to for boat rides, restaurants etc. but then could come back to Lake Como for a more relaxed feel. Thanks for the memories we made at your home!

This home is awesome! We had plenty os space to comfortably enjoy a week of family fun for my dads 84th birthday! From the grandparents to the grandkids everyone can wait to do it again!

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous house right on the lake. We rented a boat for the week and they were able to drop it right off at this houses’ dock. Lake coming is such a fun and peaceful lake. All the kids had a blast both on the boat but also playing right on the beach that is right in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for all of us (9 adults and 5 kids) it was very comfortable.

We stayed here for a guys golf trip. Close (approx 10-15 min) to multiple great golf locations. Property was great. A lot of outdoor space for relaxing, cards, dinner. Ali was very easy to work with. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful and has everything we could have wanted. The back yard is nice and goes directly to the lake. Even have a couple kayaks available! The kitchen has all you would need for a large group and grill is very nice. Parking available for multiple cars in driveway and garage. House was remarkably clean and communication for check in and with the management company was prompt and helpful! Really enjoyed our stay

Fabulous home. Topped only by responsive and charming hosts. Stayed as nine adults and four toddlers 2 and younger. Great space and outdoor fire pit found happy campers staying warm on a cool spring evening. One of the best homes for large groups as the owners provided plenty of dinnerware, coffee mugs, glasses, and utensils. Even sharp cooking knives. Thanks to Ali and Steve, once again. Hope to see you again!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The entire process was easy, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We are very happy with our stay.

My group included 8 adults, plus kids ages 13, 5 and 2. Everyone had a wonderful time. The weather was not the best, but with this house it didn't matter! We enjoyed an amazing view of the lake thanks to windows that span across the entire back wall of the family room and dining area. The kids loved the playroom upstairs, and said they would miss that "sweet playroom" the most. The grown ups used the family room for jig saw puzzles and video games. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean and in working order. The house provided plenty of space for our group to have the cozy family time we wanted, but also privacy when needed. We would be happy to stay at this house again!

The house was perfect for 16 people. The location is great.

House was just perfect for our large extended family group (10 adults, 6 kids). Our only complaint was the beds were a little lumpy. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the hardware you could need. Plenty of towels and super soft. Large dinning room table was fabulous for a weekend of cards and board games. Would defiantly stay again and highly recommend to others.

This beautiful home was perfect for our group! Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, lots of space to spread out. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was amazing. It was well provisioned for making large meals. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time visiting! The home was perfectly set up for our family, which included uncles, an aunt, and a grandma. There was plenty of room for us to gather together for meals or games; and still have quiet time or retreat to our separate sleeping areas. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy all the other amenities!

Our group of 10 Wisconsin Seniors had a wonderful weekend. We walked over to Mars for a fish fry. The house was super clean and Ali and Steve were wonderful to work with.

Great house for families. Great open kitchen, dining & family room - comfortable for 14 people to gather. Great party area on the lower level. Bedrooms are very good size & well appointed. Owner responded quickly to questions..

This home on Lake Como is absolutely beautiful and our stay was PERFECT! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and activities if that's your choice. The beds were all very comfortable, and the home was spotless. There were plenty of things to keep the children occupied (they LOVED the 3rd story playroom!), and said they couldn't wait to come back! The kitchen was very well stocked, which was important because we were there for Thanksgiving. We didn't want for a thing! Both check-in and check-out were extremely easy, and the host, Ali, was THE BEST!! She was great at communicatng and even left us a nice note and a pie for Thanksgiving......what a nice surprise! They found a blanket that one of the kids had left there, and Ali called and offered to send it back to us. The entire experience was amazing and thoughtful from start to finish!! :)

It was an great weekend. The house was amazing. Beautiful view of Lake Como. Thank you to the host. I will rent again for a family weekend.

The best thing that can be said is that our grandkids were so sad to leave and did not want to go home! We have six grandkids ranging from 8 to 1 1/2, four girls and two boys. The girls loved playing upstairs in the third-floor playroom, especially the dollhouse. The location was great and even though a little chilly they still played on the beach and in the water! The suggestion of the Timber Ridge indoor waterpark worked perfect for an afternoon of water fun.

Absolutely brilliant

This property did not disappoint, but was more than the description gives you. It was a wonderful balance of amenities to make the stay feel at home with a gorgeous view of Lake Como from all levels of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need, including garbage bags and a bag of ice in the freezer. so many seating areas made a large group feel comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet and private. Outside seating and play area of small beach, kayaks and fishing poles made our little ones busy the whole time. We were blessed with warm weather, but a fire pit and adarondak chairs at night made for a great place to gather. I can't say enough about the owners who answered questions right away. As we left, our family said "same time next year."

Just returned from our family birthday reunion at this lake house. Clean house, perfect location, comfortable beds, something for everyone to do. Thought that being so close to the restaurant would be an issue but it was not. Manager was available if needed. Would definitely return for another visit!
