Very clean. Had a great stay with family from out of town. Lots to do for all ages.

Casa Mare was perfect for our family get away. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The children loved the game room and jumping off the dock. Such a fun and relaxing vacation!

We were a large family group. Pros:The house is beautiful inside. Very nice remodel and very clean. Air conditioner worked well the whole time and there was plenty of hot water. Large square kitchen table was great for playing games. The game room was great. All ages enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable. Nice amenities in the bathrooms-hand soap for every sink and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided.in the showers. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives and other utensils, also many small appliances.Our group came from many different directions and there was plenty of parking. It's a long curved circle driveway, (with a very narrow curve) but we got the hang of it. It was so nice to have a boat launch so close.The kayaks were fun. And the view was beautiful! Cons: Other reviewers talked about not much pantry space. Miniscule cabinet, so we brought a large plastic bin and put our dry groceries and snacks in it for everyone to find items. Worked well. They need at least 8 chairs for the table (have only 6). There's not enough seating for 11 people to eat together. All the kitchen chairs and bar stools are tall, so a little hard for children and older people to sit. When more seating is needed in the living room, you can't just bring in a kitchen chair. They're all so tall. We brought our own folding chairs in case we needed them, and we did. It would be nice to have one bedroom with twin beds. The fire pit needs a lot of help, and only three chairs down there.

We booked this location for our family to celebrate some landmark anniversaries in our family. We loved the location and we were all able to stay comfortably. We would stay here again! They left welcome gifts and made it easy to stay.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful weekend at CaseMare. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the Game Room was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. Activities in the area we enjoyed were shopping on the Town Square, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, Babe's Fried Chicken, Rockin S Grill, and boat rental with tube from Sam's Dock. Haven't laughed so much in a long time.

We loved the setting. It was like being in a different world. So many animals on the river, beautiful weather and we loved hanging out on all the different decks. It was big enough for our family of relatives to be together and also have space to spread out. Game room was a super awesome touch! My Mom’s 80 Birthday was perfect thanks to our wonderful stay!

Our stay at Mare Casa was just amazing. The home was very clean, smelled good, the view was stunning and everything was perfect. We especially loved the back deck and sitting out there for morning coffee.

Our family of 11 loved our stay and highly recommend it to others.

Our family of 6 loved Casa Mare! We stayed right before Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for two grandparents, our son, our daughter-in-law, a four year old and an 18 month old. The spacious rooms give us room to play, relax and spend much needed time together. My family had lots of fun playing in the game room. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed sitting outside by the lake. It was so peaceful. The neighborhood was nice to walk around. It was very quiet. If we needed anything Ana was very quick to respond. We also enjoyed exploring Granbury’s fun little shops and restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent most of our time on the decks enjoying the peaceful outdoors. View was beautiful. House was nice. My only suggestion would be to take out some of the dishes and leave room to put groceries in the cabinets since there is no pantry.

Had a great stay at this vrbo. Very clean, very comfortable and very nice home. Had all needed item and plan to stay again in the future. Great time spent with my children and my grandchildren! Youngest granddaughter even caught 4 fish and was so excited!!!

The house was clean and spacious. There was enough seating in the living room, dining room, and game room for everyone. Every bathroom was updated and had great showers. The balconies and porch were partially shaded and great to hang out on. Loved the house!

The house was very pretty, and had great amenities! There were so many things provided, that most rentals do not provide. There was a nice bottle of wine and snacks left for us when we arrived. So thoughtful of the host! :) The showers were amazing in the master bedrooms! The upstairs master had a nice tub, but the stopper didn’t work. However, we were able to buy one at the nearby Walmart. There are no closets in the upstairs master, but unless you brought clothes that must be hung up, there are plenty of drawers in the dresser for your clothes. The game room was nice, but as some previous renters stated, the pool table, air hockey, and foosball table were definitely not for any serious games. The air barely comes out on the air hockey table, and the pool and foosball table are uneven. A little disappointing for us grownups, but the little kids (age 3-7) were too young for it to make much difference to them. Unfortunately, Mother Nature didn’t give us great weather (triple digit heat and the Chalk Mountain Fire) so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors too much. But the property was beautiful! Despite the weather, we had lots of fun in the house! Great tv’s, and plenty of room to play cards and games! The air conditioner worked great during the brutal heat! This was one of the better rentals I have stayed in, and I would definitely recommend. I would rent again, but in cooler weather when we could enjoy the outdoors!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mare! The house was clean, spacious and nicely updated. The little touches like snacks, bottle of wine, kayak/canoe and other extras were so nice! Game room was so much fun!! Especially for our teens. Caught more fish in the cove than out on open water (thumbs up!). Just overall great week. Would love to stay here again.

I would definitely return to Casa Mere. It was a lovely home with all the amenities. House just off the lake in a quiet inlet where the water was calm and very private. Enjoyed the geese nearby! Gameroom - pool table was definitely just for fun, not for serious competition. Would have expected better mattresses upstairs but they were comfortable overall. Quick response when we needed extra sheets for the futon. One of the better rentals we have stayed in and highly recommended!

This is a great house with everything you need.

What a fun place and marvelous property. Our 6 yr olds loved the property and everything there was to do. Granbury is super close and everything there is amazingly family friendly. This is one of the most up-to-date and well maintained properties I've stayed in on a lake here in TX.

We had a blast at this property. Very peaceful and everyone has plenty of space to hang out.

We shot a film at this location and had 8 crew members who stayed in the house while all the actors stayed in a local hotel. It is a nice property and the owners are quick to stay in touch and be helpful. We would use this property again. The only thing we had an issue with was that there were weeds in the back up to my waist and we were trying to film in the back yard.

We had a great time here. The house was clean and beautifully designed. The deck was so quiet and peaceful, we could have stayed there forever just enjoying the scenery and listening to the geese and birds. We liked the backyard swing and the firepit too. This is a first-rate host, providing much-appreciated amenities including bathroom toiletries, snacks and wine in the kitchen, and a noon checkout. We hope to return soon.

This property was everything we anticipated it would be. Our family had a wonderful time.

We have 8 friends meet once a year for a visit. This house was perfect. Lots of room and lots of things to do. Beautiful view.

We had a nice time. We came with our family and another family. The house is spaced oit nicely where we felt we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the snacks thoughtfully left by the Owners. The only thing we were surprised by was, while the games were fun, pool and air hockey were hard to play due to pool table being uneven and air hockey not blowing hard air from both sides. It didn't keep us from playing & we still had fun with it. It just made us joke about having to be being better to play against the table. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived! Would stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated the home was. The views from the back deck were beautiful and it was quiet in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the home is close to many activities and shopping. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Quiet, relaxing house on the lake. Everything about the house was perfect. The host provided snacks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Would recommend 100%!! Enjoyed every minute!

Great place! Views are beautiful. I would say sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on couches though. Game room was fantastic for kids.

This is our second year at Ana’s place, my husband and his friends have an annual hunting trip in the area. The house is perfect, lots of space and tons of amenities. Ana is my favorite VRBO host! We will be back next year!
