Apartment is not bad, but there where a lot of small things which made my stay very unpleasant….

1. Landlord have asked me for a photo of my ID card which he took with his mobile phone… 2. I have paid cash and asked for a receipt, did not get anything in return 3. Initially I have reserved the other apartment, and he contacted me via WhatsApp and gave a completely different address and when I have arrived, he is telling me it’s another apartment then the one I have booked. Well, I should have been told from the very beginning that I am being offered a different apartment 4. I was working remotely and it was almost impossible to work as there were workings in the building 5. We were asked to be quiet after a certain hour - what we did, however the other neighbours did not respect that…when you are asking for something you should give this in return 6. Some clowns were making jokes with the water, just turning it off (it was possible to do it from outside of the apartment) at least this place should have been closed, without everyone having access to it 7. Bedsheets very unpleasant and probably the cheapest….

The apartment was fairly clean, there was hot water all the time and, although we didn't use much, the kitchen seemed to be equipped with everything needed.

I didn't like that the apartment had no air-conditioning and during the day in July was very hot. The windows had no protection against insects. Luckily at night there are no mosquitos so we could sleep with windows wide open for air.

High standards. Calm and safe neighbourhood in general. Beautiful view from the window. Very big and comfortable apartment and very big and comfortable bed. Very nice owners.

At one side to loud party neighbours (but I guess I was just unlucky) and at the other side neighbour who was knocking on the wall if I was laughing to much. Small night light for reading missing.

New apartment. View was great.

Hair dryer (fan) was not found. It would be better if the apartment had an air conditioner installed.
