The home is gorgeous and very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Bedrooms have individual air conditioners for comfort. All of Prokopios and Anna are within easy walking distance. You can throw down a towel under some trees just steps from the door or a brief walk takes you to sun beds. This was the perfect location for our family aged 17 to 70 and Takis is the ideal host.

This was best way to see naxos. Cant rate takis hospitality and local knowledge high enough. All restaurant and sightseeing recommendations 5 star awesome. Villa was perfect lication and incredible amenities.

Beautifully designed house, meticulously maintained. House was just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is spacious. The views from the rooftop and all three stories are beautiful. The location is good within easy walks to beaches, bars and restaurants. The house was wonderful for our 2 year old grandson as he had a safe area to toddle on all floors. We had one issue and the Manager resolved it quickly. Would recommend this house to my friends and family.

Our stay was amazing! We were met at the airport by Takis as we arrived early, and our villa was not yet ready. Takis recommended a place to eat, and we were given great service... Takis had notified the taverna that we were arriving for an early lunch. In addition, he still got us into the villa earlier than we expected. When we arrived at the villa, we were taken by the beautiful and perfect location. You are across the street from the beach and I would say it is one of the best beaches. The house was spotless and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly want and then some. Takis was the perfect host! He provided water, some food, and fruit. He showed us around and provided us with all the information we needed about the villa. He had great recommendations for things to do and recommendations for tavernas and even helped us book reservations beforehand. Takis was always very responsive throughout our trip and I would highly recommend this piece of paradise for your vacation!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Takis, the owner, bent over backwards to make sure every detail, every aspect of our stay in his elegant seaside villa was perfect! He arranged and paid for our initial transfer from the ferry port and then brought me to the airport the next day to pick up the car I booked. Refrigerator was totally stocked with everything imaginable for breakfasts and cocktail hour for a week for the initial four of us (two more joined us a few days in). We had things like yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, bread, champagne (toast on arrival with him), crackers, cereal, milk, jams and butter, beer, sweets and more. He made reservations for us wherever we wanted to go and we were often greeted as special friends because of his connections and friendships on the island. While we enjoyed the front terrace for breakfasts and cocktails, people who walked by would often stop and ask how they could book the villa. The rooftop terrace is divine for sunsets. The location is ten stars - couldn’t be better half way between the two top beaches on the island - walking to restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques in under five minutes in either direction. Fabulous housekeeping ever other day. Kitchen easy to cook in for the several meals we prepared on our own. And the villa itself is even more beautiful than the photos. Thank you - we’ll be back with family we hope next year.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, and great location! The host and hostess were excellent and super helpful. Everything we needed to know was accessible. Snacks, coffee, and beers were waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!
