Calidad precio.

Algún vecino fuma y la entrada siempre con olor a tabaco y otras hierbas. Tapa taza baño rota pellizcaba. Ruido aviones. Menaje cucharas muy desgastadas.. La playa más cercana todo piedras. Te cobran 4 euros al día por aparcar el coche en garaje. En la calle cuesta mucho dejarlo.

required some maintenance shower wall fitting,electrical socket hanging out of wall,towel hanger,washing dryer and thought I would get a change of bedding and towels at least once or twice in the month. also had to buy two wine glasses and a cork screw

Our visit to Tenerife was not for vacation - so I only wanted somewhere basic & cheap in the general area. Amancer Cabezo Beach was indeed basic & cheap.

Don't bother requesting parking in the booking - I was told on arrival just to use any free space on the street.....which, by the way, may mean the next street also. Not that I wanted it but it was obvious the owner knew the washing machine was not functional before our arrival. The fact that it had not been fixed prior to a letting, says a lot. A couple of the bathroom towel hooks were coming from the wall....I was afraid that if one pulled out, that I might be charged for the damage - I was careful! The window blinds in the main bedroom were likewise below par - somewhat old I would say. One looked like it was on the receiving end of a shotgun blast - because of the small holes visible. The ceiling fan did not work here either - but in fairness, the owner promptly supplied a stand-alone fan when we pointed out the problem.

The place is great. A lot of young people, nice restaurants, kids friendly beaches (if it is not windy). And the apartment is only five minutes walking from the sea.

Good location in easy walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants.

Would have been very good with a larger large balcony, outside are very small.
