We were so pleased with everything about the property. The host was accommodating and the house was just as described. Beautiful house.

The neighborhood is peaceful and this home is centrally located between Kailua Town and Kaneohe/Windward Mall. The house has a spacious floor plan that was perfect for our family of five, but would still be comfortable with a few more people. The guest bathroom has been beautifully updated with a waterfall/rain showerhead and plenty of counter space. Another nice touch in the Queen bedroom is the charging dock for an iPhone and Applewatch. The master bathroom could use an update (the toilet seat at a minimum), but as with most everything in the house it was all clean. We did encounter a couple of cockroaches (some dead, some alive and flying) and some lizards throughout our stay, but nothing surprising or not warned about in the rental agreement. The front yard is great for getting some sun, and the outdoor dining table with automatic lights is another nice option for enjoying meals. The kitchen is stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and more. Each room has a fan, and at least during our October stay, we used the fans more than the air conditioning. The washer is huge, and perfect for the towels. No issues with parking, so long as you have someone willing to open and close the gate for you so that you can park safely within the property overnight. Gina made the booking process very smooth. We highly recommend the Hale Maluhia Main house for a long stay.

Beautiful, well-kept home for us to enjoy our vacation. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a short drive to anywhere on the island. Hope to be back soon!

Did you ever stay some place so great you don’t want to tell anyone about it because you want to keep it for yourself? That’s how I felt about this property. It is exactly as described and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is incredibly spacious and has great outdoor space as well. Just a short drive to numerous beaches and stores and restaurants. Look forward to returning here. Gina is great and super responsive.

Loved this house. Stayed for 3 months Feb-April with 3 generations of family and 2 dogs. The location and layout of the house are great. House is very well stocked and makes for easy living. Loved the clear kayak for exploring Kaneohe Bay. Plenty of parking. Easy access to H3, Kailua, etc.

It was a great location, and a very clean home. The home was well kept, and kitchen amenities to cook with.

Rental was well stocked in the kitchen. Comfortable rooms. Fruit trees will be producing in the spring and summer months but February wasn't a good month for that. Overall stay good and I would recommend it for families.

We were visiting friends that live right down the street so the house was perfect. It worked out great for our family of 4. We did arrive during a strange humid heat wave, so it was a bit of a climate shock that the main living area didn’t have A/C, but thankfully two of the bedrooms did. The house is perfect for a family with kids as there are two twin beds and the living bathroom has a low tub/shower. Our 4 year old loved ‘camping’ out with us in the master on the floor wall ‘nook’, and we brought a pack and play for the 1 year old that went in the 2nd A/C room- she loved looking out at the tree that covered the window every day. The house is stocked and supplied with everything you need with kids- puzzles, books, a few toys, a convenient high chair and beach chairs/toys/float. There’s also the cutest little mango tree in the front that we got to try! Gina was great assistance throughout.

We had a wonderful time and loved staying in this beautiful home! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for our family! The location was perfect for us and we plan to come stay again someday! Loved the A/C units in the two bedrooms as well! Mahalo for a memorable stay!

This home is so awesome! It's super clean and has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook at home. We took advantage of the grill and loved the big family style dining table. The beds are really comfortable and the AC was a blessing on warmer evenings. We enjoyed kayaking and stand up paddle-boarding and loved that we were so close to the mall and Kailua which has lots of great shops and restaurants. My parents came last minute so we rented the attached cottage as well. It was nice for them to have their own space. We would for sure recommend this home to families and will be back again someday!
