Everything was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Owners were attentive as well. Beautiful and cozy house, definitely worth it!

Overall the house and location were nice. Did not like the fact that we couldn’t turn the AC below 74, as both families keep their homes at 68 at night. Also the water pressure was very low.

The house was adorable and the workers were super sweet. However, it was filthy! I spent my entire vacation cleaning. I mopped 3 times the night we arrived. Scrubbed and wiped down the cabinets that were full of dust. I made videos in the event anyone wants to see. There were dirty pink sheets left on top of the dryer, the floors were awful and the bathrooms were not cleaned either. We paid a lot for cleaning fees and we were the ones that cleaned and sanitized the property. We won’t be returning but the cabin was adorable and the staff members were very sweet! Another issue we received an email stating the river was “wide open” and dated on the day we arrived. There was no river sadly it was dried up. A few holes to swim in, I just didn’t like the deception. This will be our last year vacationing to Concan. We used to love it but times have changed.

The house was awesome! Had all the space we needed. It was very clean when we arrived. Not issues at all during our stay. The outside bar was very cool and used often.. The way the outside lit up at night was great and set the mood for a good time. The location is very great! I cannot find anything to complain about. We will diffidently be coming back!

Monte Vista is was a great 4 bedroom cabin. It had all the amenities of home, plus a very nice front porch area with a rustic bar. The deer pass by the front of the property, it's a very peaceful and relaxing home. It's a short drive to the River and from Garner State Park. We can't wait to get back for another visit.

Beautiful place will visit again... very clean and comfortable... convenient and perfect for getaways from everyday life...

Our stay was magical from the time we pulled up at Monte Vista. The wildlife just drew you in, while eating almost all of our meals outside we had an audience. Sitting around the fire at night was the best medicine. It will be a vacation we won’t soon forget.

An absolute AMAZING place! My family had so much fun floating the river and relaxing at the property: roasted marshmallows over the outdoor bonfire pit, hung out at the outside bar, bbq’d, this house was sooooo relaxing! And the admin were very sweet people. 5stars!

Our family enjoyed the stay, we did have a toilet issue as soon as we arrived but it was fixed in no time. We would definitely rent this house again!

We were impressed overall, the property had everything we needed and more.

We had a group of friends that just wanted to get away from the big city living. Unfortunately the frio river was very low but had a great time! The location was perfect from Gardner and the frio. Make sure to bring food and stick up on house supplies. Great place! We used the fire pit and the grill ! I recommended this place

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We came to Concan from Houston and this cabin was PERFECT for the 3 families that were with us. We have 10 people over all with 6 adults (3 couples) and 4 kids. The sleeping situation was perfect! Kids had the 2 sets of bunk beds in 1 one and the 3 couples all had queen beds to sleep in. Love the fire pit and the bar was a huge hit and gathering spot for meals and just hanging out after a long day on the river. I HIGHLY recommend this spot to large families or small groups of families / friends!!!

The outside area was amazing it had horse shoes, a fire pit, BBQ pit and enough seating and tables for all the family members. The inside was definitely roomy downstairs and had plenty of options to sleep inside. The beds are a little on the firmer side. The stay was great.
