To start the house is beautiful with beautiful views. We had the best time spent majority of it in the pool! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! The house was very clean and is so accommodating! The location is perfect with a quick walk or even faster golf cart ride to the beach. Has all you need for a beach day and a pool day. We loved it so much! We used every part of the house with our big group. The backyard feels like your own private oasis. Can’t wait to come back!

Only one issue. Floors were dirty. They didnt look dirty or feel dirty but when walking around in your barefeet, they became very dirty. Not a major issue and Everything else was outstanding.

This was a nice house with ample space for our group of 11 adults. We would recommend that your cleaning crew mop the floors rather than just dust them....we walked for a few minutes with barefeet and the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt! Also, some of the bathroom wastebaskets were not emptied before our arrival. The patio furniture cushions were very soiled. We called maintenance about the spa jets not working. The pool company said they needed to order some parts, but unfortunately they problem was not resolved before our departure. Also, the maintenance worker came regarding our refrigerator needing a new filter. He wrote down the model number, but never returned with a filter. Overall, though, we had an enjoyable trip.

The house was amazing and even better than expected! Plenty of space for six couples and never feel crowded. Pool area was wonderful!! Close to beach. Check in was very easy and communication with property manager was very good. Highly recommend!

House was nice. Furniture could use a good cleaning. Kitchen could use some organizing and better pans. Some of the locks in the house didn’t work. Overall, nice place to stay.

Very nice home. There was an unpleasant pet urine smell especially second and third floor. They did try to clean it but believe it in grout. There were also german coach roaches in kitchen. They did come out and spray but still saw some. The pool side kept turning off at main breaker which required them to flip because it is locked. House was stocked well with necessities. Good location. Lots of toys to play.

Wonderful experience overall. House was perfect for our entire family. Everyone enjoyed the fun pool and short walk to the beach. Limited kitchen items but plenty of space. We will definitely return!

I would have to say that I loved this property and dealing with AMI and their concierge service was awesome. The only negative I have to say about the property was that you had to buy everything from Kleenex (none provided) to trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. They furnished plenty of towels but not enough kitchen towels and supplies, For the price we paid for this rental I was disappointed in the supplies that were provided. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and clean and the property management was quick to respond.

Absolutely met expectations! We had our six grandkids and their parents here and the home provided all the space and comfort that we could hope for. Proximity to the beach is excellent and the pool with its water slide was a huge hit with all the kids. We hope to return for another “reunion”!

We loved it definitely a paradise our whole family said it was the best vacation ever.

The property location is great and the beach across the street couldn’t be better. As other reviewers have stated the beds do take their toll on you after a week stay and the mattresses need to be replaced. The kitchen and main living space become an issue carrying water or anything up the 3 flights of stairs over a stay. The water slide and pool are nice but the pool should be bigger for a 7 bedroom house as the pictures make the pool seem bigger than reality. Overall the property is nice but does present a few challenges for those traveling with aging parents or family members.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! The location cannot be beat. The house was clean and cozy. We had lots of young ones so the pool was a hit, after coming back from the beach. The adults enjoyed the rooftop deck every night after the littles were in bed. A few recommendations; bring or buy coolers as the kitchen is 3 stories up. There were no kitchen towels or dish rags so we went through a ton of paper towels. Hands down, it was an amazing home and very comfortable for a large family!!

This house is perfect for large groups. It’s very clean, very close to the beach, and the pool area is awesome. Only drawbacks are that there’s only a small water heater to support 7 bedrooms so cold showers for most. Also, wifi doesn’t reach pool area so advertised tv in that area is useless (not that you even need it). We hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house is beautiful and in a great location! Very close walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The kids loved the slide and the hot tub! No big complaints overall except as the reviews before us stated- kitchen is a lot of stairs up from the pool for snacks/ drinks etc. All beds are squeaky. Had some trouble with the outside TV (not a huge deal to us). And the dishwasher needs an upgrade. But overall the house was amazing and would definitely recommend to other families!

This amazing home was the perfect location for our weekend beach getaway. Just steps from the beautiful beach right in the middle of a very clean and unkept neighborhood. The rooftop balcony was amazing for the sunsets. Highly recommended!

We weren’t used to LR, kitchen and Dining were on the 3rd story. It could have used an elevator but we left in better shape I guess. Even though the place is beautiful and decorated upscale beach there were a few things I can suggest since you are paying top dollar for this unit. They need a better blender (it’s old) the dishwasher doesn’t work very well, the toilet on the second floor center bedroom with bath is a slow fill, the beds need foam toppers to make more comfortable, box springs squeaks in each room. The kitchen was well Stocked with plates cups bowls crock pot Tupperware 2 coffee makers baking dishes pots, pans,pool ware. The ice maker couldn’t keep up with us so ice trays would be good add on! We must have bought 100#s ice :) We left a cooler there for the beach so hopefully that helps Someone. Can’t believe they didn’t have one since there is no fridge by the pool ... A cooler is a must. Last thing, no one is mentioning AMI is rebuilding the beach. They are dredging up sand from the gulf and pumping it through miles and miles of pipe to widen the beach.. The beach directly across the street from the house was roped off and you had to walk down a way then over the pipe. It can be a challenge when you have a cart full of stuff and the Water is Not Clear. 2 ft visibility. We did not expect this at all. No diving, snorkeling, but we did see dolphins and manatees at the beach. So not all sea life was driven away. This truley is a beautiful house, great little island, fun locals (Go to Smoqe House), eat tons of fresh seafood, see Capt Marvin at Dolphin Cruise, and get some sunshine! Everything was amazing .

Very nice house in a good location. Would have given 5 stars except there is no foosball table (as pictured in listing), the hot water heater is only 40 gallons.... go figure! You will run out of hot water pretty quickly in a house this large. The refrigerator is broken up inside- busted drawers and missing parts. The garbage disposal did not work. The hot tub controls are finicky and it did not work properly. The sliding door has a huge crack in the glass. I emailed the property manager about all of these items and they did get the hot tub to work on day 5. For a house at this price point - I would not expect these issues.

We loved the home and had a great time. The pool was a lot of fun and we were thankful to have it. Proximity to the gulf was another great plus. We all enjoyed walking to the beach each night to watch the sunsets. Hope to return again sometime, would not hesitate to rent the same property.

We had a great time here. Very spacious and comfortable for our family gathering. Spa/pool were awesome and secure, off the main floor so less to worry about with the kids. Good location near the beach.

100% agree with previous reviews on ridiculously squeaky beds and steps to the main living BUT the proximity to the beach and AMAZING sunrise & sunsets from the rooftop deck, large kitchen, great pool area with water slide was absolute heaven for us! The Management was immediately attentive to any questions or problems and we actually stayed an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. One of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you!

I am so happy we booked this house for our family vacation. The house was perfect for such a large group of us. The house was incredibly clean. We love how close to the beach it was, and having beach chairs, toys, and wagons was an extra surprise!

Great location. Great pool, awesome view. Beds squeaky but not a deal breaker. Kids loved the slide and pool.

We expected more from this property, especially for the price. Ice maker was broken, can opener was broken, scratched dishes, needs a new dish washer, no lids for pans or skillets, no salt or pepper (really). The worse part were the beds - horrible mattress & box springs and cheapest bed linens I have ever seen. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed when you slept. You could not sit or lay on the bed without making loud noise from the box springs. Everyone old and young left with sore backs, necks and just plain tired. No one was able to get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this property to another vacation renter. I realize the property is for sale and the owner probably doesn't want to put any money in it - but for the money we paid we all expected more.

This property was great for a large group and a perfect location on the island. There are several stairs so you get your exercise going from pool to kitchen. The kitchen is on third floor so consider when carrying groceries up. The property also has two half baths (toilet and sink) on the second and third floor but that is not listed in the description. The bedrooms are great with the bathrooms attached, however, all beds were very noisy (box springs making them very creaking with every movement), perhaps its time to replace them. The bunk room is perfect for kids, however, the sliding barn door to the room did not have a stopper so a few fingers were smashed. We ended up placing a towel on the bar so it had to stop and not slam any more fingers. The pool, slide and spa were incredible and very warm so the kids never had cold water! Great place to make memories!

Our group of 13 enjoyed our week long stay very much! Pros:The pool was heated nicely (weather was cooler the first few days), plenty of rooms ( loved the king beds and bathrooms with each room), kitchen and living room were spacious, loved the view from the top floor and rooftop deck, beach items (wagon, toys, chairs, towels) were super nice to have. It was so convenient to have the beach so close that we could go back and forth to get items or use the bathroom if needed. Emails and phone calls to AMI were taken care of promptly. Cons (very minor): Ping pong table was in the garage, took us a few days to figure out how to get the hot tub heated just right, dryer over-heated and we had to pull it out to clean out all the lint, lots of steps (kids didn't mind though). The area is so nice, we would love to stay here again!

House was beautiful, pool was heated upon arrival. There was no Foosball table as stated in the listing and the ping pong table was there in the garage but no paddles or balls that I could see. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice for the kids. Over all a great house.

The home was extremely spacious for our group of 12. It was extremely clean upon arrival. While our group did not use the pool, we did thoroughly enjoy the rooftop area to take in the sunshine as well as the view of the water. The only drawback we experienced is that the water heater does not appear to be large enough for number of bathrooms. Many of our house guests experienced cold water due to their showers. Despite that, we would definitely consider renting it again.

Family loved the property, especially the pool!
