The location is the best, it’s close to almost everything of interest and the owner was wonderful, very helpful as he explained everything to us. Would definitely go back again.

Old furniture in the living room

Large appartment with 3 bathrooms. Excellent location to shops/restaurants. Lots of free parking around the area. Large kitchen and living room area.

Walls slightly thin. Poor wifi signal in bedrooms but there is signal in the living room.

Brilliant location and fantastic host. Peter was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location and view. High ceilings, picture windows etc. Furnished and felts like you were staying in an authentic home of the area.

Could have had some milk supplies to go with tea and coffee.

Our accommodations were superb and our host Peter was very accommodating

very nice location near to the harbour and nice restaurants. very helpful and friendly welcome from the owner . really lovely apartment with great facilities , nicely furnished and super views over the water.

We loved the location, the traditional but modern decor & facilities. The host was friendly and communicative. We slept well and so enjoyed the fabulous views. Seriously, we could live here! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this establishment.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. Location, hospitality, and cleanliness was a 10 out of 10.

The apartment was beautiful.. fabulous location .. spotlessly clean and Peter was a superb host !

We absolutely loved our stay to the point we arrived, had lunch and booked again for the same time next year! The feel of the place is right up our street! The apartment is a period property with sea views and is decorated accordingly. The owners are lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful. They show you around, give helpful directions on local points of interest if you’ve never been to Portrush before and ask if you have any questions. The lounge/kitchen has a gentleman’s lounge feel with high ceilings, leather sofas, winged back chairs, footstools, and the most huge windows allowing for it to be drenched in sun. A whiskey decanter wouldn't look out of place! It’s the perfect place to put your feet up and have a sip of wine. The bedrooms and shower facilities are to the back of the property meaning you don’t hear the noise of the road - excellent when you have a child staying or are a light sleeper. The owners even add little things in the apartment to make your stay more comfortable: yea/coffee/sugar, extra bedding and towels, cutlery and crockery, books for the kiddies, and tv. It was central to where we wanted to be, close to the beach, the eateries, the shops and the proposed airshow even though the airshow was cancelled.

It’s not a negative for us, but it’s maybe something to point out to potential guests that there is no bath to bath a toddler in for after beach visits. We travelled with a toddler who was happy enough but I know score others may not be. The internet and phone signal also doesn’t stretch to the bedrooms, this is common in this type of period property and we were happy and prepared for that (in fact we like it!) but it could be worthwhile mentioning as it could be important for some.

Excellent property and great host. Will definitely stay again :-).
