This is a great property for a family vacation in Rio Grande. Well located on golf course, with easy access to close pool and playground. Ride golf carts ( all part if the fun) to nearby included beach club with chairs, pool, restroom and food truck. Apartment clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Owners lovely and responsive. Equipped with beach toys and beach towels. We would highly recommend. A car is needed for restaurants and groceries but you can ride golf carts to hotel ( wyndham rio grande) for restaurants etc. Many fun activities in area…. Rainforest, cocoa farm, coffee farm etc.

We loved the outdoor porch area. Golf carts were great to ride around in and go down to park area and pools. Very clean with extra things that we needed all ready there. I don’t even know what I could say to improve our stay it was excellent. Many Thanks to Jorge and Irma.

Nice location convenient to El Yunque National Forest. Only 30 min to Old San Juan by car, we enjoyed the beautiful views and lovely resort. A quick ride by golf cart found us at the beautiful beach. Plenty of area restaurants, highly recommend Richie’s, El Yunque Treehouse, Rico Pan, Las Picuas and Cafe at the Visitors Center. Very spacious villa, very clean and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend. 5⭐️

Overall this is a suitable villa for a family vacation. Pros: -The 2 golf carts included were an amazing plus. - very close to a really nice pool (and kiddie pool) -very close to a nice playground. -pool noodles, tubes, floatie vests for kids, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas are available -lots of bath and beach towels. Cons: -there were a few light bulbs that needed changing. -the oven did not work -the tubs in both guest bathrooms drained very slowly, so water accumulated during showers. -there are HVAC systems are they are both very loud. -there is no cutting board. -wifi was choppy

The Villa was in a great location, clean and plenty of space for 5 people. The 3 bedroom, each with a bathroom, was fantastic. In addition , the 2 golf carts allowed us to travel back and forth to the resort when we wanted to.

We had such a great trip. This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we think this location was perfect. The property is beautiful and the gold carts are super handy for going down to the resort and beach. I brought my whole family including my adult children and the house the just right for the 6 of us. The property manager was so responsive and helpful. The property is clean and well stocked with anything you’ll need. I left some calamine lotion for the next group. Beware the sand flies that come out at dusk are buggers. I was eaten alive my first night so bug repellant is mandatory. We lived our stay and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week at the villa. The villa was clean and well stocked and the two golf carts were perfect for us and our adult children. The villa beach area was our favorite, plenty of sun and shade for those who want to stay out of sun. A rental car is a must for activities outside of resort, El Yunque, bio bay, Luquillo. Also, Rico pan and las Picuas at bottom of hill from resort were amazing, highly recommend!! All in all, we were so pleased with our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was perfectly clean and very spacious. The location near the pool was a big bonus for the kids. We also took advantage of the beach and beach club pool, as well as some of the hotel restaurants. The included golf cart was great! Our kids were bummed that the tennis courts were $45/hour but other than that the villa and resort had everything you could want.

The villa is very spacious and very clean. We had a few maintenance problems during our stay and the grill and the toaster were broken. Hopefully the items will be fixed or replaced before the next guests stay. The 2 golf carts were handy to use around the property. We loved the breeze on the spacious patio. Would highly recommend the place.

Having use of the golf carts was awesome! We cruised to the various pools and beach several times. Beautiful setting!

This is quite a spacious condo to stay in. Three bedrooms, all en suite. However, if eight adults truly stay here, there is not adequate dishes, glasses, or silverware. Everything works great in the house, and it is a great location in the community. Easy to find, unlike other places in there. It would be extremely helpful if a large map were given of the development so that you can find your way around. Loved the use of the golf carts, really necessary for use in this community.

Loved the property and the golf carts. We enjoyed our stay but be aware saw a couple roaches in the kitchen/fridge. Spoke with the owners and they are actively trying to fix the issue. If you are from the island you know this is an issue that most people face. Overall great experience.

Great location and large comfortable home. Easy access to a beautiful quiet beach, great restaurants and El Yunque. The hosts are incredibly communicative. The only issue were with cleanliness and pests, which could be due to prior guests.

The owner was fantastic. Answered all my questions right away. Had everything we needed in the house and the access to the 2 golf carts really helped! We will definitely be back!! We 100% recommend this location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay on the property. It was my 50th birthday, and I wanted to do a beach vacation in the islands, but we didn't want to stay in a hotel. Instead, we wanted a spot where all 9 of us could hang out whenever we wanted, go to the pool, the beach, or a restaurant. The property has a good mix of all of these amenities. If possible, rent a car that moves your whole family, or failing that, just Uber everywhere. There are grocery stores on the way into the property from the airport, so stop and fill up your pantry while still close to San Juan. There is a smaller, less well-equipped grocery store within a couple of miles of the property (Famcoop). A quick Uber ride is all that it takes. The two golf carts provided by the host are crucial to getting around the Wyndham complex. I thought it would be inconvenient to load the carts and drive across the property to get to the beach, but the opposite was true. The carts are a great convenience. The only issue we had was the power was prone to going out sporadically, though I believe that is not a property issue but a power grid issue. It was a minor annoyance. All things considered, we loved our experience and will be coming back again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in the Villa, it has a big kitchen with a great table for 8. The golf carts made visiting the beach or the pool awesome. We golfed 18 on the river coarse it was excellent.

We had a group of 9 traveling to PR for first visit. We stayed for 3 nights in Rio Grande. Very close to rain forest. Weather was beautiful. There are 3 full bathrooms (one in each bedroom) and a half bath. The golf carts were a great amenity and the 1.1 mile trip to beach was quick and easy with the golf carts. There are two pools which we were able to use and both were quite nice. One was on the beach and had a food truck adjacent. There are lounge chairs and a small hot tub. The second pool is much closer and an easy walk. You can watch the sunrise by the beach. While you can’t use the hotel pool (wrist bands required) , you can drink and eat at the bar. The beach had thousands of sand dollars just a few feet off the shore. The unit has items to snorkel. There are lots of towels for the bath and the pool. There are enough outlets for the chargers. Good AC. We were able to make several meals in the kitchen. Few minor cleaning issues such as dried cereal on one of the kitchen chairs. Bedding was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The villa was nice and clean. The private pool was a big plus to get us at from crowds at the main resort.

Villa well equipped. Roomy enough for all. Beds a little hard, but otherwise comfortable. Nice to have some spices, condiments. Nice to have childrens toys for beach. Will come again and request that unit.

This property was ideal for us for a short but very restful get away. The golf carts and amenities like the beach club made this rental good value and very family friendly.

This was a great location & very accommodating for our family. We have a large family ( age 1 to 20) and it was great. We enjoyed the golf carts it made it a breeze getting to the beach. We had eight family members stay in this open and clean villa. The golf carts were wonderful to use as we went to the beach and pool every day! Great location and owners were very easy to work with throughout the process.

Irma and Jorge are outstanding property owners! The villa was AMAZING! Super clean, had everything you need for a vacation. Very responsive and informative, the washer broke down and they had it fixed on a Saturday within 5 hours of us contacting them. The golf carts were a great addition, made it great to get to pool,beach, casino spa and restaurants on the property. We highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again if we go back to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Thanks for the outstanding stay Irma and Jorge!

Irma and George were really great about responding back to us in a timely manner. The Condo was as pictured, nice, clean and spacious. The condo was well stocked with dishes, toiletries , cleaning supplies, towels ( did not have washcloths but plenty of towels), beach chairs and activities . The golf carts came in handy. We were able to easily get around the resort and to the beach area. I would recommend renting a vehicle to get around town to the local stores, shopping, and site seeing.

The condo is bigger in person than it appears in pictures. We all fit comfortably and were happy with the place.
