Very nice unit in a good location. I was Leary if being on the first floor, but the unit turned out to be kind of on its own and so quiet as far as other guests went. We would stay there again.

Perfect location at Ritz. Nice not having to wait for elevator. Ritz patio out front door to make biz calls etc. Layout of condo great for separation of bedrooms and condo lives big! Lounge entertainment and food a huge plus. Thank you!!

Loved the location however, the staff seemed disorganized and confused so we had to verify often we were getting our bill and not another guest, yet they were always friendly. The Ritz Ski Rental Shop misplaced our ski boots so they asked us to go in the back storage area to help find them. Again, disorganized but were very friendly while trying to resolve issues. Would go back to the Ritz but not recommend this unit - kitchen was missing most glassware, had minimal plates, one wine glass, 3 regular glasses, 2 steak knives, bent colander - basically needs to be fully restocked on kitchenware. Missing basics such as linens & blankets for pullout couch, pillows, so had to ask for them, etc.

Great service. Excellent value. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Used all of the property features, including game room, pool, ski valet.

Very nice. Wish it had more of a view versus the street, but traded that for proximity to pool, spa, lobby, etc.

We loved this property and would definitely book again. Not ski in/out but a short walk and accommodations were clean and nice.

Overall we had a nice stay. This property is nice, very clean and well stocked. It does have everything that you need. The steam shower was a nice amenity. We enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving while staying here. I highly suggest getting groceries and planning to cook. There is also a daily maid service which is great. Be aware there is no food and drink service until 1pm and the location is not walking distance for a quick bite/drink. Valet is $45 per day. They do run shuttles but we would have loved being in Vail Village for better access to slopes, shopping and food. The view on this unit is basically the road and blinds still not are fixed from previous reviews. I didn’t think this would be a big deal but it was when you want to see the little view you have. The floor heaters did not work. The property manager sent us to the Ritz maintenance for help but they were unable to assist because they weren’t the property owner so couldn’t actually address issues.

The sofa bed (which was sold to us as acceptable) was 4 inches thick. I called the property manager and was demeaned. The master bedroom bed was smaller than a queen and the mattress was older than me. The Ritz front desk people did everything they could to help but were subject to the property manager/owner. Terrible.

Overall, the place was very nice, and we enjoyed all the benefits f being in the Ritz-Carlton, which was great. The only negatives were that the decor was rather dated, and some of the blinds were broken or in poor repair, especially in the dining room. The blinds definitely need to be replaced.

Love this place! The property is beautiful. The condo overlooks the road so you have to go to the lounge for a view, but the condo is also the most convenient in the complex. It is right next to the boot valet and the pool. Needs new curtains and new speaker system that doesn’t require an iPhone 4 plug in.

This was an amazing property. Very quiet and clean. Great location! Beds are very comfortable and the unit is very spacious. Can't wait to book again!!!

We loved everything about the property!

We love the Ritz - such a fabulous property with an amazing pool in lovely Vail location. Access to Lionshead Village and the Gore Trail is easy, yet you are removed from the bustle. This unit was very convenient with children due to the ground floor location, with easy access to the pool and lobby. The furnishings in the unit itself are a bit dated. The window coverings were falling apart and hard to maneuver in the main room. This wouldn't have been as noticeable, but our children were sleeping on the pullout couch so we needed the extra coverage. Would definitely be a perfect layout for 4 - was a bit tight with 6 as there wasn't a lot of storage space. There is also no outside access, or balcony, which we would have enjoyed. Luckily the close proximity to the pool allowed us to easily access the common outdoor space and fire pits. We did stay during Covid, so housekeeping wasn't provided - but we were able to get everything we needed upon request. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed all that Vail has to offer. The Ritz did a great job making us feel comfortable on our first post-Covid outing!!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as part of the Ritz Carlton residences. Access to the pool and outdoor space along with the other amenities of the property were great. And staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The unit itself could probably use a bit of updating (frayed and falling apart blinds and carpeting), and there were very little, if any provisions, which we believe could mostly be due to COVID 19 restrictions. All in all, we had a great stay.

Very clean, well appointed property. Exceptional Ritz Carlton customer service. Enjoyed heated pool, steam room and lounge. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed a long weekend in Lionshead and the condo was perfect for our stay. Location in the building is super convenient to the pool, the lobby, the lounge/bar and most importantly, the morning coffee station. Condo was clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job each day maintaining it. Some of the nonstick pots and pans need to be tossed and replaced due to severe scratching, but we only made breakfast in so we just avoided those pans. Had a little issue with air conditioning while we were there but maintenance was super responsive and had it fixed quickly. Overall a wonderful location and very comfortable condo. Would stay again for sure.

We had an excellent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vail! Everything was as described and we enjoyed the property very much. Would come back without hesitation.

We stayed here in June with 3 kids (1, 5 and 7) and the unit was perfect. Spacious enough so that we didn’t feel on top of each other. Having a full kitchen when traveling with 3 kids is almost a must have. We also did laundry almost daily which was a huge plus. Every day we walked to Lionshead village and used the pool at the resort. Staying here was great as you had the advantages of a condo with the amenities of a hotel. The older kids even went to kids yoga and mom was able to get a massage. Some reviews call the unit dated, but it was comfortable and clean and the beds were awesome. The Ritz (as usual) had their top notch customer service. It was the perfect set up for our family vacation and we would definitely come back again.

Short weekend getaway for my brother's birthday. Property was very clean and well maintained as you would expect from a Ritz property. The owner has furnished the property with everything needed for a great stay. We stayed during the offseason so many places were closed around town but the Ritz staff was excellent with recommendations for food and activities. Would love to stay again soon.

Beautifully furnished home with definite interior decorator input. Great location minutes (less than .3 mile) from gondola in Lionshead, but we never had to walk since there was always a shuttle waiting to drive us to the gondola. The Ritz staff was exceptional. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms heavenly. The kitchen was properly stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans we needed. The rooms all had just the right number of humidifiers. The 5p $3 happy hour beers were a great surprise. The pool and jacuzzis a delight. It was great to have a ski valet and a shuttle to any where in Vail in a moment's notice. I'd definitely return! Though not a bother-- just more of a visual distraction, we couldn't get the woven shade to stay fully open on one side of the sliding glass door in the dinning area. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Myself, my Daughter & 2 Grandchildren, ages 8 & 12 totally enjoyed ourselves. The amenities staying at the Ritz Carlton property was well worthwhile! The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were all taken care of!

This unit needs some upkeep. The blinds are not in good working order, and get stuck a lot. The carpet in the master is in need of replacing. None of the humidifiers worked, but Berkshire sent 3 new ones. Was hard to reach anyone when sheets were needed for the pull out couch on Sat. Left messages, but never did get any sheets.

Great location, contemporary facilities and wonderful service

Overall the Ritz is fantastic. The new remodeling is beautiful. Sorry we had to miss the reopening of the lounge. The staff is excellent in all respects. So friendly and helpful. Shuttle and ski valet are great. Unfortunately we had a plumbing problem at our unit but the staff were very responsive. This is the third year at this unit and although it is a great place to stay, it does need updating.

The room was great in a great location. ALL of the staff were very friendly and attentive. We would love to stay again next summer.
