This house was amazing! Very spacious with a large deck on the back. A great place to stay for multiple families as everyone had their own space and own bathroom allowing everyone to have their privacy. Lots of seating areas for visiting. Owner was very responsive when we had a question either by the website or through text during our stay. You will not be disappointed!

This home was perfect for our needs! We met several friends of ours from different parts of Missouri to ride the motorcycles in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. The house was a lot larger than we anticipated, but perfectly appointed for our extended weekend. We enjoyed breakfast each morning there at the house, then after being on the bikes all day, we'd return for dinner and play pool downstairs. We really enjoyed reminiscing and catching up on the back deck. We were super grateful that the garage was able to house all five bikes and a vehicle during the storm that occurred while we were in town! An all-in-all perfect weekend, largely due to the wonderful accommodations we booked.

Everything is as pictured and described. Kelly is a perfect host! Also, we can verify the hot tub is cleaned between guests, because we saw them. Can't wait to stay a third time!

Gorgeous property. We liked playing on the pool table and watching the ncaa championship. Had a full kitchen in the basement with lots of seating. Was more like 2 houses in one. Very comfortable stay. Lots of baby deer around along with great sunset views.

My family spent Christmas at this beautiful property and had a wonderful time. Santa had no trouble at all finding the chimney at this lovely home. As to the particulars, the house is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. It’s spacious enough for families to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were great. We appreciated that every switch was labeled. It just makes things so much easier. There’s also a binder with lots of good information and brochures for local attractions. During our stay, we especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the fire pit. It also should be stated that the owner, Kelly, is an excellent host. I had questions before we arrived and received a quick response. She is very accommodating to your needs. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!

We've stayed on or near Beaver Lake a number of times and the house was wonderful and was everything it said it was and more.
Comfy beds , easy house instructions, all the ammenities you could want and all for a good price!

Overall, the property was was sufficient for our stay. There was plenty of space forca family of eight. We loved the layout of the home. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed. Pur only concerns were the lighting, especially in the kitchens over the sinks and stoves. It was very dark. There should be some cleaning behind the heads on the beds for spiders, found a fed spiders and webs. We had to clean the grill before we could use it. Just a few maintenance updates. This would be a perfect place. I would return to this property because it is a well designed home away from home.

We met our friends from Texas here for our annual trip together. The house was so big and clean! It easily fit the 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids really loved learning to play pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. The location was beautiful with views of the lake and lots of deer visiting us in the yard. It was so peaceful and relaxing! It’s just a short drive into town for ice cream or the multitude of hiking options. We can’t wait to plan a return trip.

This property has it all! The location is great for all adventures, whether on the lake, in town, or just some peace and quiet. Serene views, relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub. Great family time around the fire pit. The best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great living rooms for movie night, and very comfortable beds. Kelly was quick to respond to any of our questions. 5 stars all the way!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and is was a beautiful view! It was a short 15 minute drive into downtown Eureka Springs and we found lots of fun things to explore close by with our 4 young kids.

Beautiful spacious house, soft beds, perfect pillows, enjoyed the hot tub, grill & pool table, 6 deer were outside the back porch morning of checkout, highly recommend this amazing property. You won't be disappointed.

The house is beautiful! Our family of 7 really enjoyed our time together here! We could all do our thing and not really get in each others way. We spent a lot of time in the game room and loved it. Deer were in the yard on 2 days and it was amazing. Its a great place for peace and quiet and to get back in touch with nature. The communication with the owner could not have been better. We would rate it 5 stars and definitely stay again!!!

Two couples getting away for a fall break! Location is fantastic. Close to town and plenty to do. We adored the view, deck and porch. The house is well stocked with dishes and cook wear. The fire pit was extremely enjoyable. There was so much room in the house for us - we should have invited more friends! We will absolutely be returning to this location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Zero concerns or hesitations in fully recommending this house!

This was our third summer staying at a property on Beaver Lake. This place was easily the best. Very clean, has everything you need. Plenty of space for 8 people. Very close to downtown Eureka Springs and to Starkey Marina.

we had a family of 7 and had a great time. everything was as described and very nice comfortable place with comfy beds and great views of deer every morning and evening. the house is perfect but the only things that need to be addressed is the carpet is getting very worn and needs replaced, the pots pans and oven pans need replaced badly. last but not least the deep cleaning needs to be addressed (the place was very clean for the most part just simple cleaning as in the vent hood was covered in grease, light bulbs were all different colors and warmths [3k-5k] so a fixture of 4 light would have 2 different color bulbs in it. not an issue but doesnt look professional and the wall sconces had layers of dead moths in them. again not a deal buster but need to be addressed for a more clean professional appearance. we did have an issue with the propane tank being empty and the owner is supposed to give a refund for the inconvenience so we will see. they should have a spare tank on hand for such issues but thats not my call. owner was fast to respond and tried to help as much as possible. would we stay again??? of course and would definitely recommend. minor issues but definitely worth the stay and trip there. great property all in all

Accommodations for larger families
We had 8 people for a family gathering and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen on both floors and bathrooms for each family. A nice retreat for everyone!

Wonderful weekend
My husband and I along with two other couples spent the weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured but better. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and fire pit. The host even left us stuff to make s’mores! The house is so roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great weekend

Great location! House had everything we needed. Host Kelly Carmen very responsive. Needs new mattresses and a another queen bed rather than double/trundle. Deck need some attention. Great stay otherwise.

Terrific location, well supplied, met all of our needs
A wonderful place for a family vacation. house was well stocked and pool table + Jacuzzi added so much more. Close to so many attractions and at the end of the day a secluded retreat awaited.

Very nice house with tasteful decor. Our stay was quiet and restful. Only con, cellphone connection was next to none and WiFi was slow but wouldn’t stop us from staying again, thank you:)
