The reviews are spot on! This is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. If it had a sea view, it would command double the price. Loved having room to spread out (there were two of us) and was so happy to have a washer/dryer before continuing on our month-long trip. No negatives. Hope to return!

Very clean and well appointed flat.

The location was amazing for my golfing husband. Close to Old Course and many other courses. The entrance to the property was unkept and uninviting. Problem with toilet not flushing. Called owners. They suggested dumping bucket of water into bowl. Worked, but never heard back from them about plumber. It was a long week hauling water from Kitchen to bathroom. Sad issue.

We have been to St. Andrews many times and stayed at various hotels and guest houses. Nothing compares to this terrific apartment. The location is stunning, right next to the Old Course and sited on the Scores so that your first view every morning was the vista of the North Sea and the expanse of golf courses. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. I have never been in a better equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making our breakfast each morning and looking out on the pretty neighboring gardens. The location is the best. We could walk to the golf courses, the grocery store, and all restaurants. We took advantage of the Fife Coastal Walk and beach walks as well. Hosts Siggy and Hillary were exceedingly responsive and have the easiest checkin process and key system. They answered the few questions we had immediately. We felt as though we were staying in a friends home, not a leased apartment. We could not recommend this property more highly and wish that there was a ten star rating available!

You can’t find a better location in St Andrews. Old course is right out your door. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped flat. Owners were great to work with. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is a super flat, clean and with lots of amenities. Location is excellent. My husband and I were here with our adult son for my daughters graduation. Enjoyed many long walks on West Sands, practically right out the door.

Very nice flat with awesome location for 2 golfers. Stones throw from R&A building. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Owners were helpful and courteous. Very clean with nice beds and shower. Having a washer and dryer combo was a real asset. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting St. Andrews.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property for my 5 night stay! Clean, comfortable, nicely kept, quiet, well stocked 2 bedroom apartment in the perfect location to enjoy all St Andrews has to offer; is right across the street from West Sands beach & adjacent to the golf course. Very short & pleasant walk to town (shopping, restaurants). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would happily stay here again!

Spacious, clean and the perfect location! What a wonderful experience waking up every day steps from the Old Course. The unit was well appointed and thoroughly cleaned. Upon return trips to St. Andrews, this will be the first place I check for availability. Very kind and accommodating owners as well. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property for golfers or visiting your University student! Hilary and Siggy are conscientious hosts and the property was 100% as advertised. The location cannot be beat - literally steps from the Old Course, West Sands Beach, the University and all this charming town has to offer! Self check in was a breeze and the apartment was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We hope to return again in the future!

This is a cozy place with a great location. There is an amazing shower, washer and drying machine and a coffee pot. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice flat for two, and maybe one more. We hope to be back. The best part is it is 151 steps to the front of the R&A clubhouse, ideal.

The flat was so convenient to everything and quiet at the same time. Certainly hoping that it's available next time I decide to come over!

My husband, daughter and I came for golf in St. Andrews. Plenty of room for all of us. Great kitchen too! The flat was a 30 sec to 1 min walk to the Old Course and we could get to fun restaurants in 5 to 10 min walks. Great location and very clean!!

Perfect location with easy access to downtown, university and golf. The one flight of stairs to the apartment is awkward, but the apartment itself is great. Lots of light with south facing windows. Nicely appointed kitchen. Hope to stay again!

We had a perfect first time 3 week stay in the flat with no car, we walked St.Andrews, beach and to golf, with bus/taxi service reasonable to explore further. A multitude of restaurants and pubs were fantastic. We hope to return!
