친절한 직원들 덕분에 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 필요한 걸 말하기 전에 먼저 챙겨준다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 전담 직원과 왓츠앱으로 소통할 수 있어서 빠르게 도움을 받을 수 있었어요. 넓고 예쁜 수영장은 말할 것도 없고, 요가하는 곳도 정말 예뻐서 인생샷 건질 수 있습니다. 마사지도 정말 힐링이었어요. 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.

우붓센터에서 조금 떨어진 곳이라는게 단점이라면 단점인데, 셔틀서비스가 있어서 편안하게 우붓 중심가에 구경 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 우붓센터에 가보니, 거긴 사람도 많고 소음도 심해서... 숲속에 있는 숙소에서 잘 쉬다가 필요할 때 셔틀타고 나와서 구경하는 것이 더 낫겠다 싶었습니다.

Больше всего меня удивили прозрачные двери в душевую и в туалет! Так как я отдыхала одна, то мне это не доставило неудобства. Но если бы я приехала с партнером, то мне было бы очень неудобно делать интимные дела за прозрачной дверью. Не знаю, что за дизайнер додумался до такого.

2베드룸에서 지냈어요. 정글에 쌓여있어서 자연에서 지내는 느낌이 좋았습니다. 아침에 있는 요가클래스는 난이도가 있는편이 아니어서 초보자가 듣기에는 좋았습니다. 요가를 하는 곳도 멋있고, 건너편 나무 숲에 원숭이들도 보면서 재밌게 요가했어요. 빌라에 있는 풀이랑 공용풀 모두 꽤 깊어서 즐기는데도 좋았습니다. 마사지도 한번 받았는데, 시원하고 만족스러웠습니다. 직원분들이 모두 매우 친절했습니다.

1. 직원들이 매우 친절하긴 하나, 말귀를 잘 못알아 듣습니다. 뭔가를 요청하면 웃으면서 친절하게 알겠다고 대답은 하지만, 원하는 요청을 한번에 제대로 들어준 직원은 거의 없었어요. 2. 조식은 인도네시아식 음식이나 아주 기초적인 메뉴(에그베네딕트 같은)는 먹을만 했지만, 일식아침은 너무 별로였습니다. 저녁에 컬쳐나잇 보면서 식사도 했는데, 대체적으로 음식은 별로였어요. 나시고랭이나 미고랭, 사테 등 인니 음식은 먹을만했지만, 커리나 태국식 샐러드 등은.. 시도하지 않는게 나을 듯 합니다. 3. 빌라 욕조 물 막는 부분이 고장나있어서 두번이나 불러서 겨우 고쳤습니다. 공용풀 베드도 하나가 한쪽이 무너져있던데 시설관리가 좀 더 잘된다면 좋을거같아요. 4. 마사지 받는 곳이 야외에 있는 룸도 있는데, 야외쪽에 공사를 하고 있어서 엄청 시끄러운 상황에서 마사지를 받았습니다. 저희 빌라도 공사하는 곳이랑 가까워서 낮에 공사할때 좀 신경쓰이더라구요.

We loved staying at Aksaki, the views and location really is in the forest and inspires peaceful meditation. The resort is just beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are available and the restaurants are lovely.

Too little to mention. I'm sorry. this hotel is a glorified disaster. I can smell when I'm treated like a walking dollar from miles away

1. First thing they tell us "Do you want to extend another night?" - I just walked into the hotel. What Makes you think I want to extend my night already? Do some work first and then we can discuss. 2. They started drilling at 8:30 am in the morning. Hypocritically, the hotel is full of signs to keep quiet. 3. We asked for Mosquito spray (Just for the heck of it).. They answered us "Sir, do you know you are in the jungle?" I stayed quiet knowing that I will write a jungle of a review on Booking.com. 4. The price was medium to high. the service was mediocre.. Avoid this hotel.

للأسف لم يحالفني الحظ ان اتناول وجبة الافطار ،، واما ما يتعلق بطاقم العمل فقد كانت الخدمة ممتاز جداً فطاقم العمل بشوش و خدوم بشكل سريع لكل ما يطلب منهم وقد كنت اعاني من وعكة صحة وقد تجاوبوا معي واحضروا لي العلاج

وجود بعض الحشرات وقت تم التواصل مع الاستقبال وتم تزويدنا بمادة مضادة للحشرات وقد ابلت بلاء حسناً ولله الحمد

Aksari is an amazing resort, the food is amazing. Bathroom is big and nothing to complain about. The beds are super comfortable. We had Alexa and netflix in our room. Complimentary water and coffee. We had the Aksari suite which we had booked 2 rooms, when we arrived they told us we can open the door between them which made it 1 huge suite. Which we loved. We even enjoyed the 7.30am yoga class! We were welcomed with drinks.

Obviously prices where a bit expensive when it came to food but it was soo goodd!

Beautiful hotel, welcoming & friendly staff! Highly recommended!
