This is a great property for entertaining kids but also for adults who want to just relax! Sand Dollar could not have been more responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We love watercolor and visit several times each summer, but this was our first Christmas there and this home was perfect! The house was spacious with great porches and ample parking for three cars (some houses only have space for one car) a great pool with a jacuzzi we used nightly, and a fabulous six seater golf cart! We hope to visit this property again!

Wow, we loved our stay at this property. Very well appointed, great floorplan, fantastic outdoor area with hot tub and pool, and convenient location near all Watercolor amenities and services. Really appreciate the communication with property management, they were very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

The description of the house was a lie. There was barely a yards for our dogs. The grill was awful. The golf cart is old. The bikes were old and we had to call property manager to bring decent ones. The house was dirty. No drawer space to put clothes in. Been coming to Watercolor for 12 years worst house. Side note the property manager showing up fixing the bike situation was why I gave it 2 stars

I chose the Mint Julep because we could bring our furry family member along. I know that homes that allow a dog are not as nicely kept as ones that do not…This home has nice space and is decorated very nicely. The slip covers on the couches and chairs are all dirty and stained… because it’s pet friendly. The kitchen has dishes ready for use. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towel in the kitchen… the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are no beach or pool towels. There is one trash bag for use. There is a small bar of soap for hand washing at the sink. For almost $2,000 a night, the host was stingy and we had to purchase basic essentials in order to make it the full week. The bikes are rusty and old, the golf cart broke down at major intersection.

We enjoyed our stay at Mint Julep. Here are the pluses and minuses of the home: Pluses: -golf cart was a huge plus for getting around -location is fantastic. Super close to Publix and Camp Watercolor as well as the beach -beds very comfy -spacious home with great floor plan -cute front porch with big swing -upstairs area was perfect for kids Minuses: -pool alarm was absolutely annoying. We stay in Florida homes with pools every summer and have never dealt with anything like this. Constantly having to remember to push the button to turn off was so annoying when you have a family of 9 with 5 kids. -floors seemed very dirty, almost like a black film -screen porch is oddly located and only has a dining table on it. Would be better with some chairs and couches -fire pit area needs cleaned up. Not inviting. -No beach towels provided. Which just means more stuff to pack. -no lids for any of the pots! -cover on front porch swing cushion could use a washing -no cushions on back porch couch. And the pillows were dirty We would probably stay here again but the property just needs a a few little basic fixes to make it a 5 star stay. With the money you pay to stay here it needs to be better managed rather than “set it and forget it”.

We had a wonderful week at Mint Julep. The home itself was in the perfect location. An easy walk to the pools and a short golf cart ride to the beach. We had a few complaints about the property, especially with young kids. The floors were extremely dirty. You could not go barefoot in the home without them turning black. This was difficult with the amount of kids in the home. Also, there are no blinds in the upstairs bedroom where the bunk beds are. This leaves for a very early and bright wake up for the kids or anyone staying in the room .

Had a great stay, the place had new counters installed the day prior to arrival. There was a water heater issue, promptly taken care if by management company with great response from owner and management company. Highky recommended.

We stayed here for my moms 60th birthday! The house was amazing and just as pictured!! The pool and so were so nice to have and everything was so close by! The golf cart made getting everywhere super easy and the community pools were so clean and nice! We will definitely be back in the future!

The house itself is prettier than the pictures and the furnishings and kitchen housewares are a nice quality. Everything was in very good condition. It made for good eating and comfy sleeping while we were there. We are considering returning again to seaside and would happily return to this exact house.

The Mint Julep house was perfect for our family! Everyone had plenty of room, and it was tastefully appointed. The management office was always available, and that was a bug plus when the back door pool safety alarm was acting up. The only small negative was the fact that one needed a PhD to figure out the TV remotes. It was rather frustrating. A small “how to” card would have been helpful. Regardless SD One manages a great property and we look forward to coming back soon!

This house was a great layout and size for our two families, with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. If need be you could sleep another 4 easily. The kids LOVED the pool and used it multiple times a day. The only recommendations I would suggest are these... 1. Update literature in the welcome book about towels and heated pools at Camp WaterColor. Due to covid they do NOT supply towels and the pool isn't heated until after Thanksgiving. 2. Supply beach towels. We flew in so didn't think that we needed to bring our own towels. Given you can't rent towels at any of the pools this is a must for families. 3. Provide soap trays in the bathrooms to hold the bar soaps. They all had to just sit on the counter making a mess. 4. Provide more plastic cups to use outdoors. 5. Consider adding a few more kitchen staples such as a simple salt and pepper.

This property was perfect for our family of 10 and still had extra room and beds! It was extremely clean and had all the accommodations you would need for your stay! We couldn't have asked for better!

Nice house with all amenities. Great kitchen, great pool. Only issue was that 3 of the 6 bikes were in poor condition and one of the 3 good ones had a lock that we couldn't get unlocked. But all in all, a great house for a family vacation!
