I had a business engagement at Punta Mita so I decided to include my daughter (18) and one of her friends. We stayed four nites - it was awesome! Condo was impeccable - heart of Four Seasons Resort. From the views to furnitures the condo was perfect! Open door brings the outside in - we could see whales from our deck! The resort itself speaks for itself - we will 100% be going back. Mark

The week our family had at this villa was a dream come true. Every part of the villa was superbly furnished and that included our kitchen...it had everything you needed and much, much more! The view from our private patio was beautiful and overlooking the ocean with gorgeous sunsets every evening. Our own plunge pool had us relaxing each day, awed by our beautiful, tropical surrounds. The residence cllub at Four Seasons Punta Mita had everything you needed each delightful day, from a variety of restaurants to activities either at the pool, in the ocean on the beach. We snorkled and fished right off shore and then spent some of the afternoon in the lazy river or at the infinity pool overlooking the endless ocean. The owner of the villa provided suggestions for restaurants if we wanted to venture the short distance to town ....he steered us in the right direction and both times we had gourmet meals at very reasonable prices. There was nothing that we couldn't ask him when making the reservations and we would definitely do this again at this place. I agree that we were spoiled with all the amenities and the room service and wanted to stay. Alas, we had to leave, but we know we will be emailing Gregg again for next year. Kudos, Gregg. You and Four Seasons deserve the five star rating!

Just got back from a fantastic week in this villa in the residence club at FS Punta Mita. Every single detail about this place is truly spectacular. Simply the best accomdation and service in Mexico for our family of 6. The FS does not miss a single beat. We have traveled all over Mexico and there is not a chance you can find this sort of accomdation elsewhere. In addition as a first time vacation rental booker it was truly amazing how great our host Gregg treated us. His insight into the resort as well as nearby restaurants and activities was on par with the best tour guides around. He was also always available for an immediate response to all emails and calls regarding anything Punta Mita. Highly highly recommended.

Our stay at the Four Seasons residences was a dream vacation. Instead of cramming into a small hotel room, we were spoiled with a spacious villa that was luxurious through and through. Our kids utilized the plunge pool morning, noon and night, while my husband and I lounged on the ultra plush patio furniture and took in the ocean view. We were pleased that despite being at the residences, we had daily room service that made beds, replaced towels, and did our dishes! Access to all the restaurants, pools, game room and kids club made this villa ideal. The owner answered all of our questions in a prompt manner, and went the extra mile to assist us with great recommendations and tips. I was nervous being a first time VRBO user, but he couldn't have made it easier. I found him to be very trustworthy. You can't go wrong! I would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

Punta Mita is our favorite place to visit! This was our 6th time staying at the Four Seasons and it still exceeds our expectations. The residence club is beautiful, well appointed and has an amazing patio. There's no way we could go back to a hotel room after being spoiled like this! It's perfect for our family to spread out and the kids enjoy it as much as the adults. The owner was exceptional with timely communication and offering recommendations for the area.

The villa was absolutely amazing. It was so nice to have over 3000 square feet of space rather than feeling crammed in a hotel room. It felt like we had our dream vacation home. The outdoor patio has a huge jacuzzi and gorgeous ocean view - great way to start the morning and relax before dinner. The villa was spotless and nicely decorated. Also, the resort was exactly what a Four Seasons is known for...exceptional service, activities and food. The owner was fantastic and a pleasure to work with, he is so helpful and really cares about his renters having a great time. We will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful location. We arrived later in the evening and the kids love the fact that they could still swim in our own little plunge pool. The view from the unit was amazing! While the kids splashed around my husband and I enjoyed the amazing view while sipping a cocktail! The service that we received pre-arrival was great! We were able to order food to be in our fridge, book restaurant reservations, spa appointments and pretty much anything else we wanted to do was booked before we even arrived! When we got there we only needed to enjoy! I would definitely stay at this villa and in this resort again! We had a great time!!

From the initial contact with the owners, to the wonderful suggestions they made with regards to restaurants, activities, etc. the entire process was a pleasure. It was only made better when we arrived! Fabulous villa, gorgeous resort and terrific staff. It was wonderful to have the kitchen in the villa and followed the suggestion of the owner to go to Walmart on the way to the resort. We ate dinnner out every night and tried all of the restaurants on site (all were delicious) and especially loved the place in Punta Mita that they recommended (Si Senor). Can't wait to go back!
