The staff were nice and sensitive to the needs of the guest. I requested food without garlic and they ensured that I get at least one dish without garlic. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Room services and cleanliness of the rooms, especially the washrooms were nice too!

Small things like providing toiletries, slippers etc. could have been done in a better way. They cost hardly anything but adds to the convenience of the guests.

The hotel staff is very supportive and it's a value for money stay.

We really liked the ceanliness, nice staff and good food.

There is nothing which we didn't like about this hotel. It is the best place to spend few days with family.

The hotel is right in the center of the city with all branded outlets and quality eateries within walking distance. The complimentary buffet breakfast at hotel is a value for money and they serve excellent tea and coffee. The lady at the reception is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and most importantly they give 24 hours check in and check out. Loved our stay.

staffs were courteous, facilities were adequate. Food was good just like home made.

There was a bill discrepancy but that got resolved on call. Mr Narla called and sorted it out. Although this was not deliberate, hope this will not be repeated in future. Hotel doesn't have full time restaurant and very limited menu to offer. But that is fine as there are many restaurants in near vicinity from where you can order food or eat out.

Food n staff are amazing n helpful

We checked in later in the evening and hadn't booked for dinner earlier, but the manager/owner very kindly assured us that they'd have dinner ready once we freshened up. The breakfast in the morning is a great spread. The hotel staff are all polite, efficient and helpful.
