it’s on the beach and there’s a hot tub at the beach.

I picked this place specifically because of the hot tub and it wasn’t even hot in the morning when I was planning on using it. I talked to the front desk and they just blew me off. also later that day when my son and another boy was in the hot tub, someone that seemed to be the manager, she was older and shorter person just to describe her. while she was yelling at the other boy about where’s your parent. I got closer and she started yelling at me about it when I was there with my son. she asked me for my bracelet and I said my son has his and mine is in my room. she got in my space and started yelling at me about my bracelet. I told her I’m feeling attacked when I don’t know these rules, I’m not even in the hot tub. when a owner got close she started being nicer so he wouldn’t hear her being weird. I told someone else from my family to go grab my bracelet and she started making fun of me to the owner guy that was there. I did not feel welcomed and I told her I won’t pick this place again because of her. she said she didn’t care.

The beach was 30 feet away from the room.

Location and view was very good. The complex's pool was nice and well maintained with very pleasant maintenance personnel.

- Check in was confusing and delayed because the property was a different unit than listed on the reservation and that took some discussion to resolve. Our unit was 213, not 316 as listed. Booking.com should list the correct unit number! - Broken toilet seat hinge so the seat would swing around. This must have been known because the toilet seat cover was in the dryer. - The central AC unit was very noisy; sounded like bad fan bearings and an out of balance fan. Property manager said they would keep that in mind for the next time. - Screen door was out of adjustment (with rusted screws that prevented adjustment) which resulted in a 1 inch gap that allowed mosquitos easy access unless we kept the sliding door closed. - Literally no storage space in the unit - we used open suitcases on a bed and a table for foodstuffs. - Very poorly outfitted kitchen. Don't expect to do any cooking. - No laundry soap, paper towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. - the kinds of convenience things you expect when renting a condo.
