We love staying at this condo. It is so cozy and makes us feel at home.
The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw dolphins multiple days.
We don’t need to bring much from home, because it is so well stocked.

My family and I have been coming to the Pelican Isle every year since 2005. We were so VERY blessed to secure an 11-day stay this year. Paid in full, paid in advance in July of last year.It was a great stay, having grown kids fly into FWB airport from CA for Father's Day. The Unit was clean and beautiful. Our only issues were a very pungent weed smell coming from one of the other rooms daily and that only one of the elevators was operable for most of the week. Neither was any fault of the owner. But... before we even got home Mr. Meiczkowski emailed us about a missing pillow (I assume they found it on one of the bunk beds. I have not heard.)a little minnow on the floor(we were at a beach but had I seen it I would've picked it up), and 8 towels and hand towels that were washed in something dark, therefore stained a blueish tint. He sent pics of the fish and towels. I agreed that if the towels were not salvageable I would pay for them ($300). I asked (7/1) him to let me know when the funds would be taken out of my account. $300 was taken out the very NEXT day with no fair warning. He was very short with me when I called him. At any rate, what's done is done. I was not going to rate so low, but everyone I've told this experience encouraged me to say my piece.Thank you for a lovely stay anyway.

Very nice condo, great location. Very good beach. Only thing I would recommend is more communication up front. We needed pool and bathroom security codes. We knew we had a private parking space in the garage but did not know we had to register and get a pass. Otherwise, highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo with a perfect view. We would definitely return. We really appreciate the parking space in the shade. Owner was quick to respond. No complaints here.

We very much enjoyed every part of this condo. It was especially helpful to us that check in time was at 2:00. It seemed like that gave us almost an extra day. Everything was very clean. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins in the morning. We will come again.

It was perfect for our trip! The condo was very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was construction on the parking garage, but it didn’t cause any issues. We will stay here again!

Very clean condo, loved our stay! The elevators broke down midweek so we stayed in room most of that day since we were on 5th floor and its not easy for me to go up and down steps, one or two flights is doable but not five flights (not owners fault at all). Then on Friday, last day, during lunchime the tv said service was interrupted and the company had to have an acct # to do anything. Otherwise very enjoyable vacation!

Property was just as we remembered from our last trip. The owner responded promptly. The building, pools, etc are always clean and the beach was beautiful. We will definitely come again!

My family and I have stayed in several dozens of condos all over Florida, and by far my favorite! Perfect layout for my family, great location, and very clean. Only recommendation is get your free beach chairs early, people line up at 7:30 to get them!

we loved our stay. The view was awesome. The only thing that I suggest is a chain log on the inside of the door. Children can open door and go out at any time. We have a special needs child and she could go out the door.

Newly renovated property. Very nice and comfortable. Prior to leaving for the condo, the owner emailed the wifi code for our use. While at the Publix getting groceries, it dawned on me that I left the code at home. I texted the owner what the code was and got a snarky response in return . A simple " check the refrigerator door when in the kitchen" would have sufficed. Wouldn't want to deal with him if there was a real issue. I did receive a nicer response 2 days later (obviously from someone else).

Overall a 5 star is given, however, it needs to be noted that the master bedroom's mattress is hard as a rock as told to us by our friend's who took the suite. That may be a huge issue for those who cannot handle such a mattress. Tim is an amazing host, and check-in was effortless. Easy communication from beginning to end.

Such a lovely property, perfect location, ideal place to just chill and getaway from it all. Very relaxing and peaceful. Close enough to all the sights and activities but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to let you fully relax and adore the beach, Gulf and sunsets, so beautiful

Beautiful area however the room did have cockroaches. It was a nice little condo. I called the owner someone did come out to spray. We also paid a $300.00 deposit and have not received it back. We left the condo clean. I have messaged several times and owner will not respond. The pool was also supposed to be heated and it was not. It was freezing. I called the owner about that and he really didn’t care.

I've been coming to the destin area for over 30 years. For the past 10 years we've been staying on okaloosa Island (and prefer it over staying in destin). This condo was perfect. My kids loved the bunk beds. My parents loved not having to bunk with their grandkids. The view was spectacular. I've never stayed in a condo cleaner than this one. A+ for the cleaning crew! The condo is tastefully decorated and the coveted parking spot is a plus! Only one elevator was working when we stayed and the circus with the beach chairs was annoying (after 2 failed attempts to get front row chairs, my husband had to mad dash it out to the beach at 715am to claim chairs. People were standing out there to claim at 7am). Even the beach attendant couldnt figure out what was going on with the chair drama. Neither of these is the fault of the owner though, just minor annoyances that hopefully management can sort through. We enjoyed our trip and the kids had a great time. We can't wait for our next trip!

Loved this two Bedroom unit! It was just 2 of us, but it also has two bunks built into the hall. So nicely decorated and very comfortable. I wish we’d booked 2 extra days. We ate at Stewby’s just up the street (counter service seafood), which was reasonable and delicious. Can’t say enough nice think’s about this condo. You’re really a guest in someone’s vacation home so we take care of it as we would our own. It’s beautiful!
Oh and we really lucked out on beach weather and conditions. The water was clear azure blue, sparkling white sand, chair/umbrella service including as well as covered parking assigned spot.

This was a very clean condo with a beautiful view. Tim was so wonderful to deal with and it was decorated absolutely perfect! It was furnished with everything we needed and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We had a fantastic vacation!!

This is one of the most cleanest and quietest locations me and my husband have ever stayed in...loved the double balcony and is gorgeous over looking the ocean...it is a must stay here...i will definately be booking this room for sure again...

Enjoyed our clean and nice condo. Proud I read the recent reviews. The mater shower/ tub is a Jacuzzi. So this was challenging to take a shower in the master bathroom.So my mom used the other bedroom and bathroom. The bed was less firm in the quest bedroom which she needs., We brought a shower handle to assist her getting in the guest shower.
A few of the electrical outlets are not working in different rooms. Had to take blow dryer to the bedroom to use from guest bathroom.
The place was still great. We just improvised.,

This beach condo was all we had hoped it would be. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of bath towels. The location is perfect, it was wonderful having a covered parking spot and a complimentary beach set up. The one and only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to put a safety rail by the tub in the master bathroom. It’s a little difficult getting in and out of the jetted tub/shower so we had to be extra careful. My absolute favorite thing was sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the dolphins play! We’ll definitely be back next year!!

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed , the condo was tastefully decorated and beds comfortable. The weather was fantastic! The only issue we had all beign over 65 plus years was the Master BATH it was soaking tub much higher than standard tub it would have been nice to have safety handle or bar to use getting in and out from . Entering and exiting was challange with the ones with joint issues so we had to use the guest shower . We have stayed in various places on the Island over the years and this was one of our favorites .

Top Notch Condo!
We came down to the Destin area for the first time with our 9 month old baby and couldn’t be happier with this condo. The road along the condo was very low traffic but still close to all the attractions, the condo was SO CLEAN and I’m picky with cleanliness, it smelled good when walking into, very roomy and we LOVED the double balcony! The pool was very nice as well as the beach. The beach attendants were very attentive with chairs. The beach or condo never seemed crowded. The condo was also well stocked. My only complaint which is out of the owners control was 2 evenings during our stay we had someone smoking on a different balcony which was blowing the smell into ours as we had the doors open to enjoy the ocean but I believe anywhere in that complex didn’t allow smoking. Other than that, we absolutely loved this condo 100% and when we plan to come down again in the future we hope to book this same one again!
