Fun was had by all! Pre-holiday family gathering. The house was a big hit with the family! It's big enough for our 7+. (6 adults 1 infant & 1 dog) Loved the covered patio with fireplace. The whole deck area was well used, the spa, barbecue and all. It has lush, green surroundings and a view of the lake too! The gameroom was unique and well used too. Football on the big screen was very cool while playing games. Kitchen was sufficient as we cooked daily. All beds were very comfortable with the acception of the queenbed. The mattress is ready to be replaced as it sinks to the middle. So glad to have the garage as it really saves you from dragging pine needles in your vehicle. But know that it is only deep enough for smaller vehicles. Our Lexus NX350h fit. It's rated a compact at 184" long like a Honda CRV and you can't open the hatch when you close the garage door. The house is located close enough to Seattle to enjoy the city and access the airport. The few cons we had stemmed from old information advertised by the rental company, Envovle. An update is necessary. We were never able to access the WiFi due to incorrect information. Also the information for the care taker is incorrect. And TVs up stairs were not accessable. They need some instructions. Overall we loved and enjoyed our gathering and would return.

Plenty of room for all of us in a beautiful setting! The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a great place to hang out and chat! Short 10min drive to all the wine tasting rooms!

House was great with plenty of room. There were only 4 of us with lots of room to spare. Great place for a family. Close to many wineries and other attractions. House is in a beautiful area. Some things could use some tlc but nothing major. I would ask the neighbours if they would be willing to cut bottom branches on trees so the lake can still be seen from the house.

House was very comfortable but could have been cleaner. Oven was discussing unfortunately. Need more hand towels and larger drinking glasses. We had 6 people and not enough water glasses. Weather was rainy so we were not able to enjoy outside. It looked very nice though. Overall it was a nice visit.

Very nice and comfortable home for our family of 6. Bonus/game room was a lot of fun as well as the hot tub. Nice grill and all you need in the kitchen. Sonos stereo was easy to connect to and gave us music outside and throughout the house. Only drawback was lack of AC except the master bedroom. We caught a unseasonably hot week so bedrooms were hot at night.

Location is ideal for days/night out in Woodinville wine district. Really convenient to just about everything in Woodinville. We had a great time staying here while our hardwoods were being refinished. We had so much fun in the game room and sitting in the hot tub enjoying some wine!

We loved having a home base to “land” with our grand girl and her parents! The rec room was a big hit for everyone especially with the rainy weather! Loved the kid toys and ability to put “toddler tv” on the big screen while the rest of us golfed!

Perfect house for a vacation with the family. So many amenities to entertain us.

This is an amazing place and has so much to offer. A great lake view, fire pit , hot tub, game room. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens. Plenty of comfortable seating and space for people to spread out if needed. We are already looking at other dates to stay here.

Enjoyed this large home. The game room kept us busy while at the house. Kelly was very helpful. We will rent it again when we come back to visit.

Really enjoyed this property. There were four couples and we all had our own space and enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Close to go wine tasting and be back to make dinner!

We enjoyed a casual weekend with a small group of friends. The space was great for sharing meals and playing games. We especially enjoyed the game room and the many places to relax. Definitely recommend to others!

This house was very spacious. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the game room upstairs made it such a fun weekend. We were 7 women who get together every year for a My Favorite Things Holiday weekend. The firepit outside was super relaxing. The manager was awesome. It snowed about 5 inches overnight and we weren’t sure how we were going to get our cars out of the driveway. We were very grateful that he came over and shoveled the driveway for us without us asking for help. It is a short but steep driveway. He was super nice and friendly. All in all is was a great visit. We would stay there again. My only comment is that this house gets a lot of use… and didn’t feel super clean. The showers had pink slime and the master was a little moldy. The beds & kitchen however felt super clean. I am just used to a cleaner house…. But they made up for it with such a nice the manager and shoveling the driveway for us. It was a fantastic weekend!

We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving here that was really relaxing. The house and backyard were large enough that everyone had plenty of space from the baby to the grandparents to the dog. There was even a pack and play on one of the closets that turned out to be a lifesaver.

Stayed for my nephews wedding and entertained the extended family here as our house becoming the gathering spot because there was so much to do! Everyone especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace area! Really appreciated the extras in the kitchen like the spices and foil and such.

With the weather being in the low to mid 90’s and no breeze on Friday and Saturday it was incredibly hot upstairs especially at night when sleeping . We had beautiful shutters on the windows but no screens on the windows when opened. Kept windows open at night but would keep bugs and bats out if the screens were on the windows. We found them stacked in the garage as we were leaving. Air conditioning would be ideal for the house. As we are a family who cooks and has breakfast in…. a sharpened knife set and replenished utensils would be great! Overall we loved the house and it was perfect for us as a family Kim Tunison

My friends and I rented this beautiful house for a birthday weekend getaway. It was a great stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and fenced in yard as well as the kitchen and entertainment room. Absolutely loved staying at this house. The area was great and the house was even better. Total package for my husbands “dudes” vacation! Even my daughter and I loved it here. Lots of time spent outside on the deck. Awesome views and loved being surrounded by nature. We visited the area for the Spartan races and it was the perfect place to relax before and after. Man cave was on point! They even had some kids toys which my kiddo loved. We would definitely come back to this property! THANK YOU!!! 💜

Our family enjoyed the game room and played many games of pool over our two day visit. The hot tub was put to good use as well. Beds were comfortable and the location is a plus for visiting Woodenville’s many wine tasting rooms.
