The condo layout and location are great. The only complaint I have is that for the cost of the cleaning fee the condo could have been cleaner; no paper towels or dishwashing soap were provided and the bath towels were old and rough, they need to invest in some new ones.

I was told by the condo owner the kitchen would be stocked with basic cooking and cleaning supplies but once Ocean Creek took over nothing was as promised. The owner was completely out of the picture. We were there for 10 days so wanted to do some minor cooking to not have to eat out every meal. There were no cleaning supplies - not any dishwashing soap, not a scrub pad, nothing. This is more like a motel with kitchenette totally defeating the purpose of renting a privately owned condo. No washer and dryer in unit. The facility laundry was coin operated. There was towel service but the towels were cheap and flimsy. There were cockroaches on the outside walkway but none in unit. Bring your own beach towels and kitchen supplies. The swimming pools were great and the resort close to beach.

We loved staying in this condo for the second year, however going forward this condo will be operated by Ocean Creek Resort. That being said we cannot request this specific condo as this resort decides the unit you can rent. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating and provided a most enjoyable stay. We will miss being able to stay here again.

I didn’t like that property took over my rental. I would preferred vbro handle the check in.

Second year at this condo. Everything was great as the year before. Hope to make it next year. Host definitely is above the norm.

We have been coming to Ocean Creek with our extended family for over 20 years. Lisa the owner thinks of everything from children’s toys, basket with items one might need (I.e. toothbrush), beach toys, we’ll equipped kitchen etc. etc. :o) Lisa was easy to reach with any questions. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated…we will definitely return next year!

Lisa made the process very easy. The condo was great with easy access to the beach. Lisa had the place stocked with plenty of beach toys and those forgettable toiletries!

The unit is just as described, includes lots of amenities such as pots, pans, bowls, utensils, towels etc and the beds were comfortable. The unit is in a building closest to the beach so the walk is not too bad, even with a 9 year old. The people that had stayed there right before us left the unit a terrible mess, even left all of their food there so Lisa had to take extra time to get it cleaned up so that delayed us being able to check in but Lisa did allow us to drop our luggage and change up so we could go to the pool. The area carpets in the bathrooms could use replacing and I kept tripping over the long area rug in the hallway otherwise the unit was nice. I would stay in this unit again.
