Чудове дуже сучасне помешкання, дуже гарна територія, шикарна підсвітка басейна. Взагалі-то там 2 басейни. Багато комфортних лежаків біля басейнів. Номер гарний і теж дуже сучасний. Все зроблено дуже якісно. Є невелика ігрова , дитячий майданчик, спортзал, чудова тераса на даху з видами на місто. До моря 5-7 хв пішки. Гарна набережна поряд з великою кількістю кафе, ресторанів. Співвідношення ціна/якість чудове. Недалеко від Задара- на машині 10-15 хв

Very comfortable, spacious room. Nice swimming pools. Parking place. Very attentive in friendly host. Close to the beach and cozy restaurants. You have everything within walking distance.
There are several apartments in the building, therefore it becomes noisy sometimes, especially when children start running around shouting.

Very modern room in one of several blocks. Good facilities. Easy parking. Good local restaurants within an easy walk.
No reception. You must ring ahead and a lady pops out of nowhere when you are walking round trying to work out how to get in. Also payment required, in cash only, in advance.

This is a brand new building with 5 star qualities. Room was immaculate, location is 5 minutes walk I the seaside and the host was very helpful

Very disapointing. fasilities (Gym, Pool) dirty or not available, room towards street and parking. People were looking into appartement. No breakfast possibilities arround. Appartements in the middle of nothing. There are much nicer and cheaper Appartements in this area available. I was very disappointed. Nice pictures, reality ist different

It was a great place to stay for our weekend gateway. Can definitely see myself spending summer holidays here. Many thanks to the extremely polite and supportive hosts.

Amazing! Pleasant private accommodation. Many thanks to the owner who accommodated us late at night as our flight was delayed! We stayed only one night, but the accommodation is also suitable for a more extended stay. I recommend it.
Is not much to say in a negative aspect. I did appreciate the accommodation, as well as the treatment received from the owners.

it was lovely to be here. everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. calmed down from a 22 hour journey. And the owner of this hotel was very sweet ❤ thankyou!!

The price also no reception. You have to call them with international call number. €350 was extremely to much for that facilities and location.”

the site is modern and nearby shops, restaurants and few attractions for children.
we liked the apartment got the sea view, the air conditioning not connecting to whole electricity in the apartment and netflix on tv and very good wifi, the swimming pool
the property was fairly clean.
the play areas: baby-foot, dart and pools need some more building work to look more comfortable and safe. some noise above our floor and people not respecting the pool rules ( diving…)
tiles in the pools a bit damage, our child got injured with piece of glass inside the swimming pool. that cut his toes.
if you come here by plane , there is no iron for clothes, no washing machine, no microwave,not much in the room if you want to eat inside only glasses and mug( deluxe room with balcony and sea view with double bed and a sofa bed)

it was good about the pools for spend a weekend on the last minute, parking good close to the sea, near the shop new building, the staff cute

why the lift outside ? wich bonus for this?

nothing for dry clothes ( need when you are going to pool beach etc..).
