The house hosted us for a mini family reunion of 13 adults and one child. Such a beautiful home and property with an amazing view! The home had everything we needed and much more, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Thank you Matt for being so helpful throughout the process and ensuring everything was in place for us to have such a wonderful time! We will definitely return again in the future!!

This was our second time to stay at this Lago Vista home. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay and the size and layout perfectly accommodated indoor activities for grandparents, adult children and grandkids. The home has many amenities and is clean and well maintained. The property manager is great to work with. We love this beautiful home and will stay there again.

Great house, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had a pretty big group of family and friends stay with us for my husbands birthday and never felt like the house was crowded. Matt was awesome providing lots of information and suggestions about the house and the surrounding area. The swimming cove is great and sits back from the main part of the lake. The house is well appointed with pretty much everything you need. Highly recommend for a large group.

Amazing house, just a perfect home for large families to gather. We had 2 nieces ages 8 & 9 and our grandson age 12, plus several adults join us on this family trip. We all had so much fun playing ping pong, and so many more fun activities to mention in the huge game room. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the lake, which was simply amazing!! The layout + use of space with couches, tables and chairs (inside and out) provided more than enough space for everyone in our group. Kids and family had a hard time picking a bed to sleep on from the abundant amount of beds available to sleep a village😅, all mattresses were very comfy. Upon checking in the AC was left at a wonderful temperature plus there were so many fans throughout the house left on, which was very appreciated with this Texas heat. We barbecued, we cooked in the kitchen, and spent the majority of our time enjoying the cove, boat dock along with our Boat and jet skis with no issues putting them in the water at the near-by ramp. We were able to keep the trailers at the house (side driveway) along with 5 additional cars without needing to use the garages. Matt is such an amazing host, he provided us with so much information in advance and was easy to contact during our stay. We loved feeding the deer each evening!! All in all, a fantastic location, incredible cove + views. This beautiful home on the lake provided a lifetime wonderful memories. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you again Matt.. God Bless

Great family holiday gathering facility. Best stocked kitchen ever !!!!

There were so many nice touches to this place that it is hard to list them all. But top of the list is the kitchen, which had so much to offer we were able to make a full Thanksgiving meal for 14 without any problems. The dock and lake were great - went kayaking and even swimming in the cove! We loved watching the deer. The owner Matt was incredibly responsive to our questions. We definitely would come back!

This property is very nice. The listing does a very good job of representing the property. There was plenty of room and each room was well equipped (nice beds, fans, TVs, linens, etc.). We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and we found the entire weekend very relaxing. The lake was rather low when we were there, so there were quite a few steps down to the dock. Matt was a very helpful responsive host.

Matt was great and made us feel very comfortable. Only issue is that the kitchen is a bit small for such a property.

This house is the perfect home for large family gatherings! We had several kids ranging from 9 months to 14 years and several adults for a multi-generational family trip. The layout + use of space with couches, tables and chairs (inside and out) provided more than enough space for everyone in our group. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the cove, boat dock along with our rented kayaks and paddle boards. We brought our boat and no issues putting it in the water at the near by ramp. We were able to keep our trailer at the house (side driveway) along with 5 additional cars. We parked two in the garage and had 3 large truck/SUV’s in the driveway with the trailer. Matt was an amazing host, he provided us with so much information in advance and was easy to contact during our stay. He also went above and beyond to secure a close location to store my sister’s RV. We loved feeding the deer each evening and spent time with the neighbors who take great care of them as well! All in all, a fantastic location, incredible cove + view. The house had just the right amount of expected wear and tear where you aren’t worried about every move the kids make, but also enjoy a clean and well cared for home! We will definitely be back!

House itself was good, needs a little updating for $ rental rate.. Boat dock area is designed for one boat and two jet skiis. picture of cove and boat dock area needs to be updated to show all the other neighbors boat docks. Driveway will not accommodate a trailer, so renters are told to leave tow vehicle with trailer at ramp a mile away from house, with all the proper paper work in window. We followed these rules and still were ticketed on vehicle. I received numerous calls from property manager for unnecessary matters and unneeded matters when one is on vacation. the neighbors were all very nice and cordial. I believe the issues may lie deeper with management on this property

This is a fabulous property with all the amenities of home! Swimming off the dock, games in the huge backyard and cookouts each night! Ample room for 14 adults and toddlers, extra large game room to hang out! We’ll definitely be back!

This was our 4th time staying here and we’ve loved it every time! So much room to spread out! This is one of the absolute best stocked houses we’ve stayed in. The cove and dock are so much fun to hang out in all day.

We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed having coffee on the deck with great views of the lake and deer! Matt's lists with tips on local places and what he provided in his home made packing easier and we ate some great breakfast tacos! He was the perfect host and made sure we had what we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the summer time to enjoy the water. Thank you!!!!

The house, yard, neighborhood and all the amenities was perfect for our large family gathering. Lots of room for family meals, visits, games, and celebrating Christmas with the grands. We are looking forward to staying there in the summer when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the lake and dock.

Great house to be at with family. Ample amount of space provided if you need to just be. Rooms are spread out and plenty seating. The cove/dock is another great place to be at. Felt as if you had a private cove if you wanted to just be on the lake. Kitchen can be a little cramped if everyone is trying to help cook, but we worked that out. Boat launch is 5 mins away. Peaceful allocation. Owner Matt, was great in communication. Overall, a much needed get away with family to enjoy a simple life.

The house is in an amazing location with a private cove that the kids loved!!!! We sat on the dock during the nighttime most relaxing place I’ve ever been the property is very clean and very welll up to date we will be back what an amazing trip we had!!! The manger is great at responding to your needs as well take all their recommendations they were amazing as well

This was the third time we've stayed at this property. It has always been awesome! It has a great, large dock to swim off, the kitchen has everything you need for meals. There's plenty of room to spread out...I highly recommend this property for families, couples or whatever. It is a true home away from home. Matt is so easy to work with and if there's ever a problem he gets right on the issue. We all loved it!!

This property is perfect for multi families. The downstairs was perfect for all the young adults we had in our group, which worked out perfectly. At all hours of the day you can see deer around. Our stay was cut a little short due to medical reasons and Matt was very accommodating and was extremely patient with all of the questions and back and forth.

We loved the house and the water was great. The parking was a small issue but after speaking with the owner, he was able to help us and also provide some background information to explain the situation. The houses on this listing don't do it justice. Cool AC, comfy beds...great dock. Thanks for the weekend memories.
