The property was adequate, the internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out. The hot water had a mind of its own. The one thing that was very disappointing was the front bedroom, the blinds are paper thin and there is an extremely bright light on the street. The whole room is very bright all night...and loud, a lot of road noise, the windows are ancient...the one thing a traveller needs is a decent nights sleep and not having block out blinds is very major oversight. There is an uncovered fuse box in the upstairs bedroom Kitchen was great, but overall it was average, I would not stay here again

Came in from Idaho for Aunt’s 70th birthday. Was a perfect place to stay. Right size had our own parking spot, which was needed. Not far from my Aunt’s. Everything was very nice. Thank you

Everything was just as it was shown on the website. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very helpful by keeping us informed of all the things that were going on. The plumbing next door was getting fixed so our water went off but the manager was quick to help us get it back on. Unfortunately the couch bed was broken a mattress was provided so that was nice. All the appliances worked great, lots of hot water, free washer and dryer is available.

The owners were so accommodating and helpful. It was in a great location to what we needed. They had helpful instructions for all appliances and handy hints for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if we were in LA.

We had a great stay at this property for 3 days in December 2022. The process of checking-in and gaining access to the home was super easy. The owner, Mr. Lan, was highly responsive. The house was immaculately maintained and clean. The layout of the home with 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs was very convenient. The presence of an additional bathroom downstairs was key. The home is located close to freeways and is only a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and close to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Beautiful property. After sleeping the night I noticed there were cameras inside the house. My wife is a very attractive woman and she changed in the room. Just thinking about someone spying on her while she changed made me unsettling. Now I just have to live the rest of my life wondering if her breasts are going to be on the internet somewhere. Other then that great place.

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed this property! Conveniently located, immaculate inside, and attention to detail was next to none! The owner thought of everything, from quarters and tide pods for the laundromat, to batteries on top of the fridge. We didn't need to use any of the baby equipment as our kids are past that stage, but I was so impressed to see a baby safety gate for the stairs, a baby bath, and a pack n play all stocked in the rental. We loved this place!

This was a very nice condo. Clean, comfortable, convenient parking and great communication with host.

This space was just lovely- looked exactly like the posted pictures and property owner was so accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with and always willing to help with any questions we had.

This was a great place to stay to access Disneyland. The neighborhood is pretty active with a lot of sirens at night. The property itself was well appointed and clean. I appreciated the AC units in each room.

I love how nice and clean of the house. The location is perfect for who want exploring the Vietnamese community and food in OC. 20 mins from the beach, and 1h30m from LA

This home was very clean and had a baby gate for the stairs. It had convenient parking located on the property. The owners were thoughtful and provided directions on how to use the AC, Baby gate, laundry etc. They thoughtfully provided a list of nearby restaurants and local emergency numbers and info. The location was a neighborhood that was mostly quiet but not to far from a main road. Good for small families. Two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths. No TV’s in the bedrooms but a nice one on the living room with great TV options.

This home was clean and cozy and was close to Disneyland and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and so were the neighbors. It was perfect for our family of four!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were great in communicating through the whole process. They also had different help aides displayed throughout the house to help out with different things and reminding of rules. It was a great location that was close to Disneyland and Huntington Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable and convenient

Had everything we needed and more. Even provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Communication was great as we would get an answer within 1 or 2 minutes of our message. Place had an updated feel. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a wonderful experience with this property and the hosts. The hosts were super quick to respond to our inquiries. We also asked if early check-in was available and the host kept us updated with the process. The property was clean and well kept. We had no complaints of anything being dirty or not working properly. The beds were super comfortable too. The area is within a good distance from a lot of good restaurants too, not to mention it wasn't that far from Disneyland and Disney California Adventures. I would def. look into booking this property again if I am ever in the area.

First off the property management was incredibly helpful even at 9:30 pm. We had trouble with the water heater getting hot water and they were very responsive and was fixed rights away. The location was great. Slight street noise but nothing terrible and they have ear plugs. The inside was as pictured and clean. Plenty of street parking for extra guests. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable! I do wish there was a few extra large blankets in each bedroom however. Overall, it was excellent and close to many things! Highly recommend!
