We've stayed at various homes and hotels in Vail over the years, and I have to say the Geneva Peak home was by far the best experience. We had two families, with a total of 4 adults and 4 teens for a week. The house is turn key and has plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax after a day of skiing. The huge fireplace in the family room was our favorite part. The outside decks and hot tub were a close second! My concern before getting there was having to drive or catch the bus over to Lionshead each day. It was a non-event, and only a 3 minute drive, easy all around. Andy, the property manager was so great. He was always eager to answer any questions and even brought us some more wine glasses. Although this place will cost you during peak season, it's well worth it if you can swing it. We'll be back for sure!!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We stayed here as our home base for our son's wedding in Vail. We had four generations staying in the house.. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The finishes in the house are nothing short of stunning. Close to Vail village and a short walk to Donovan Park. The stay at the house added to the specialness of the weekend!!

This house is incredible. We have exactly 12 guest and we all fit perfectly!! Each room is so beautiful and spacious. We loved having the hot tub, and the fire pit on the deck. Walking trail right down ther road that takes you into lions head. There was also a shuttle down the road that will take you to lions head and main vail. We will absolutely stay here again! Meg and Andy were great about communicating with us.

This house has everything you need. Covered garage, heated driveway, modern appliances, comfy (firm) beds, well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms, etc. Meg replied and met immediately to our requests… will definitely come back.

We had an amazing time! The house was spectacular and clean. When we arrived we were left in awe, the house seemed to be magical. All the rooms and the family were extremely comfortable. My favorite place was the spacious kitchen, where we all got together while cooking. Thank you for allowing us to create unforgettable memories!

5 couples went to Vail to celebrate our Anniversaries. This home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked, all of the bedrooms had their own bathroom with very large closets. This home is decorated beautifully and very clean. We will be back to stay in this lovely home again.

We had a wonderful stay here in this gorgeous modern chalet. It is well equipped, spacious and graciously appointed. The managers Meg and Andy were very responsive n attentive but not intrusive. We hoped for a foot of new powder but had a great time w family anyway.

My friend group goes on a week ski trip every year, and this is byfar the nicest property we've stayed at. We generally cook all of our meals, and the kitchen is top notch, with a nice grill to complement. The central living space is huge and perfect for hanging out and watching movies or playing board games. The hot tub is huge and can actually comfortably fit 7 people unlike some other "7 person" tubs that end up much more cramped. The views are phenomenal. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms ensure there's plenty of room and there aren't shower queues. It's only about 20 minutes from door to lift thanks to a solid bus system and a short walk to the bus stop (though you'll have to time the bus, but you can live track them via an app or just assume they'll be on time, which they always were). Our group is all late 20s early 30s folks without kids, but the property seems like it would be just as well suited to families, there's a bunk room with 4 beds and a downstairs living room that could be great for kids. Andrew is awesome, we needed to add some chlorine to the hot tub and he appeared out of thin air in 15 minutes. I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our teenage/young adult children. Everyone had there own room and bathroom which was very nice. After a day of skiing we enforced the large hot tub and the very nice living room to play games or watch movies.

Property is brand new and matches the pictures. Bus to mountain is 2 minute walk downhill. Would stay there again.

We rented this property for our family’s Thanksgiving week. The house was perfect for our group (3 generations). Andy and Meg (property managers) were super helpful, and great to work with! Would definitely rent this property again!

Absolutely beautiful property! New modern- warm with amazing window views, fireplace and a great balcony!!! This home is furnished beyond expectations and most of all dog friendly! Very spacious for entertaining family and friends but still able to enjoy quiet and privacy having your own room and bathroom! The large pre-heated outdoor spa was enjoyed by all as we welcomed Vails first snowfall of 2019 and beautiful cool evenings! Convenient location to grocery store liquor store gas and needed items for staying in a home instead of a hotel! The bus stop and entry to the Gore Creek Trail is just a short steep hill walk away! We used the paved trail for walking and biking to VVillage by day and Lyft in the evenings for time and convenience. This is definitely the nicest home in this area. Surrounding homes seem to be for the local workers and their dogs but quiet and friendly ... Andy, the manager went above and beyond always answering his phone and helping anyway possible. I look forward to visiting and staying at this location again!!
