The information I received on check in procedures was accurate and easy to follow. Toni and her staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, for example, as in turning on our crock pot, which we forgot to do before leaving for Dollywood. They also assisted with bringing our luggage and groceries up to the unit upon arrival while the elevator was being repaired. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and one call to Toni and two packages of new batteries were delivered promptly.

The unit's air conditioner seemed to struggle to keep the unit cooled. We have our thermostat set at 78 at home and feel comfortable, but had this units set at 73 and were not comfortable at times. The fully stocked kitchen lacked a toaster, but did include a crock pot. The kitchen was so small, the pots and pans were on top of the refrigerator and there was a serious shortage of counter top space. The cleaning of the unit before arrival was less than adequate.

The room was nice with a great view. The location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. The building manager was great and quick to respond to any needs.

The rooms could definitely be updated. The exterior of the building needs updating as well. There were several lights that were out and not working on the exterior of the building.

Everything it was amazing staff great and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept In being away from home!
