I stayed in the rental for five nights in order to visit old friends where I lived and worked for 36 years of my adult life. The property location was perfect for this purpose. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The rental was well stocked for incidental needs.

This was an amazing efficiency apartment in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. My wife and i stayed here for my friend's wedding, and it was exactly what we needed. Close to everything and easy access to highways. The owners thought of everything and we needed nothing! Will definitely book again when we visit.

We arrived from Naples in the evening and it was easy to find. The little place is perfect for a single or couple and it had everything we needed. We only stayed one night was it was really great. This must have been a converted bedroom at one point, we think, so there is a door that could go into the main house but it was secure. We did hear a dog bark from the other side when we arrived but only for a moment. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is clean and well stocked. The bed was so comfortable.

This was the perfect place for us! We had a comfortable bed, wonderful shower and refrigerator and coffee pot. It was wonderful, nice neighborhood and convenient for us to visit friends in Land o Lakes. Thank you for sharing your home.

The efficiency apartment was exactly as advertised, a great value for a very nicely appointed room.

It was a perfect place for us to stay. We had the convenience of being close to family and friends plus we enjoyed the privacy. We came home and installed a water softener in our home because we loved the soft water in our shower there. Owners were great.

The apartment was nicely decorated with an eye for the details. All the comfort of home, with lots of little extras that made us feel welcome. Comfortable bed was such a treat. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay someplace so homey? Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will stay again, and we have already shared this with our brother who will also be coming down to visit our parents soon.

I felt very comfortable in this apartment for 2 weeks.
It is cozy and comfortable it has everything you need even if you travel without luggage .....
The location is quiet and at the same time central for excursions
Liza and Darrel are very sympathetic and extremely helpful.

This room was perfect for us and we were very pleased with the optics and cleanliness. The owners are very nice folks and will not bug you at all during your stay but will communicate if you need something very quickly. Highly recommend!!

The neighborhood is quiet yet stores & restaurants are within a short distance. The room & bathroom is very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable Kitchenette is perfect for a short stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place for our quick trip
Property as described. Very, very clean and up to date. Great shower. All necessary materials supplied. We got in late, Darrell texted us the next day to see if we needed anything. All good. We stayed 4 nights. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Had ice cold water in fridge and Little Debbie honey buns! My husband’s favorite!!
