A perfect oasis in the heart of San Juan. Lyzanne was a gracious and accommodating hostess!! The ambiance reminded us of a Mediterranean villa. Access to a soaking tub!!

No outlets, no instructions for tv, broke nail off trying to unlock key box, no options for late checkout or even place to change, lights too bright outside even with shades, checkout too early

This was a last minute booking straight off the plane and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The location was great to walk to all the different businesses, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was definitely handy. We also loved the set up/location, tucked away and private, but still within proximity of everything we wanted to check out. Thank you!

very hard to get in. Doorhandles covering lock ..you have to have slender fingers ..it’s a task. So many steps to take to get in..Hard to find, no coffee maker , worn but stylish interior.

The room is spacious, the secluded outside seating area was nice especially at night withe the lights on. Very clean. Nice updated stainless steel fridge. Large dining room table. 6 to 8 chairs. stove. microwave. close to beach. close to airport. $10 to16 uber.

There is no full size mirror. that was a big inconvenience for us. the sponge to wash dishes was very dirty. pls switch them out after every stay for sanitary reasons. No counter space in the bathroom. water in shower does not stay hot for long. No pool.

Everything was more than I expected. What a gem! We had a late flight but the host was fine with it. Parking is right in front of the door so no issues there. The room is even better than a 5 star hotel! If we come back we will definitely come back here. There is an overpass where you can cross and get some food too.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. For people who complain about city noise what do you expect it’s the city.

Missing iron and ironning board. Iron was provided on request. Internet had some intermittent issues for first day or two. It will be good have better hangers in the room.

Would be great to have soap for the kitchen and/or bathroom sink. There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. Ample on street parking available. Easy check in with keypad. Our room was one of about ten within a walled-in complex, so you enter a secure courtyard area before entering your room with a key from keybox. Room was very clean and welcoming after a day's travel.

We needed a quick place to crash before an early flight out the following morning. It was clean, secure and simple.

It smelt badly of stale cigarettes smoke even tho it’s advertised as non smoking The bed literally creaked so badly on every move so didn’t sleep well at all. It’s next to a busy high way so constant traffic noise too That aside It would be difficult to spend more than a night here due to lack of room to unpack or put any belongings out Host also needs to communicate earlier I messaged her the day before as hadn’t heard any details for check in etc

Very comfy bed, good AC and wifi, nice tv. Enclosed property on a quiet block. Within walking distance to busy road with access to beach, restaurants/bars, and pharmacy.

Very sparsely furnished; no closet, hooks, or dresser for storage; desk lamp had no bulb; aside from hand soap, 3-in-1 shower wash, two bath towels, and a bath mat, no other amenities; sliding doors to our room didn’t close correctly so they couldn’t be locked—it didn’t feel secure; no staff on site. Sound travels easily and we could hear others guests very loudly. The path to our room was very narrow and has uneven paving stones so it is not accessible for those with mobility devices.

Communication with the host was great and directions for self check-in were clear. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bed and sofas were comfortable.

The kitchen amenities were lacking—there were coffee filters but no coffee or coffee machine, for example, and there were only a few big tablespoons, no teaspoons. One of the remotes for the AC unit had no batteries in it. (Another unit near it worked.) There was nowhere to plug in the lamps on the nightstands next to the bed, and it was clear they had never been used because they still had all the packaging on them (stamped "remove before using"). There was also nowhere to put our toiletries down in the bathroom. The space was fine for our short stay, but for longer stays there are some basic amenities missing that would make it more comfortable.

Proximity to the beach wasn’t too far at all and very modern/updated room. Attentive and communicative host. Easy to check in.

The noise from the highway is loud, the refrigerator didn’t work well due to being frosted over, pillows are kinda flat/uncomfy. No hair dryer.

The room was clean, the host was very communicative and easy to access the room.

I didn’t like the location as I like the other side of island verde. The hotel room was located in the side and the walkway was too narrow to walk with baggage. The room does not have any closet or toiletries. I had to walk to the pharmacy to purchase what’s needed.
