The lounge was excellent to let the three of us spread out.

There waslittle floor space for luggage, but we managed.

Second time here- this is everything a BB should be- comfy ,warm, friendly, and a great breakfast- all at a great price- with an attentive host- thank you- if I'm in Donegal after Easter 2023 - expect a call!!

The property was clean.

How can this be advertised as a bed and breakfast when 'breakfast' is not included? Fortunately, there was no extra charge for a bed! Some kind of fan or pump in the neighbouring room was so loud that it woke me on several occasions. The central heating badly needed bleeding so made a loud gurgling noise whenever it turned on.

First time staying here- but i hope it won't be the last! Great value- BB - everything i needed- great welcome from host- so friendly. Great nights sleep- comfy single bed- good hot shower. Breakfast is optional - with choice and menu - I'm so pleased i took it- delicious, hot and tasty.

We were a group of people who were invited to a party in Donegal & I was responsible for making a booking for all of us & it was not the first time. I booked in different location as there was no availability in this hotel for all of us. Upon making a booking for a single room & a double room, I chose to pay the single room upon booking & €48 was deducted & it appears on my bank statement along with confirmation from Booking.com. I chose to pay at the hotel for a double room which was booked for my friends. When I got there Patricia demanded that I pay for 2 x rooms even though I explained to her that the single room is paid for & I even showed her my bank statement, as well as confirmation from Booking.com. She insisted that I pay & I refused & left because she had no intention of letting us stay without paying for both rooms. She said that Booking.com did not give her the money and that was not my problem. I left and the couple who were supposed to occupy the room arrived and Patricia was not there. When they called her she said she was going to be there in 30min and they claim that she was rude. They went to the hotel and waited but Patricia did not come that 30min. They got upset and left, not knowing where they were going to sleep. Eventually they got a room at Station House & paid €180 for 1x night thanks to Patricia. I persuaded them to go back but they could cope with her rudeness. I have used Booking.com for years and never encountered this kind of problem. I am not even sure who is to blame here because Booking.com messed up my other booking and Patricia claims that she received no money from Booking.com I will not accept being charged twice, if I pay with Booking.com, I should not have to pay at arrivals. I had the worst experience ever with Patricia which spoiled my entire plan of going to Donegal to have a good time, as well as my friends plans & it costed them much more than their budget.

Spotlessly clean, secure parking, easy to find.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was home cooked with good ingredients at a time that suited us. The host was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for Balleybofey and Dinegal.
