The King bed was soft. There were plenty hangers in closet. Water pressure needs checking especially in main bath. Small toilet area has a slight off odor. Not sure what it was but put toilet brush out and it seemed to be better. We were unable to get local news channels on the tv but really enjoyed the Netflix!! Oh yes. Needs more hand towels and wash cloths. Only 3 wash cloths and 2 hand towels.

Good location. Very clean. Could have provided better instructions on operating the cable tv. Extra TP would have been helpful, and a box of Kleenex!

This cottage was perfect for our week in Morro Bay. Nice neighborhood. It had what we need to make meals if we wanted. Close to beach , restaurants and a Market. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The home is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our sons and their families were camping at Morro State Park and the location of the house made it very convenient to join them at the campsite.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable and cozy. We would love to come back.

Wonderful time - quiet yet close by to a lot of things to do

We rented this property because we were attending a family reunion and there were so many people coming that we couldn't stay with my sister the way we usually do when we visit the area. Our party consisted of 3 adults. We were busy with our family most of the time, so we didn't take advantage of much of what was available to us in the house, but it was a very convenient place to eat breakfast in the large well equipped kitchen, and relax for an hour in the evening watching tv. The location was very convenient to both Los Osos and Cuyucos. I loved that it was so close to Taco Temple (try their tacos!) and Spencer's Market. The house was perfectly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by how welcoming the host made the house by providing so many extras - videos, games, + tea, coffee, hand and dish soap, etc. All the things you'd prefer not to have to buy when you are staying for only a few days. It was nice to have a driveway (and garage if needed) to easily park our car. One family member rented a place in downtown Cuyucos, and while nice, we preferred the peace and quiet of this nice neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Everything was just as promised. Cozy, comfy and clean with anything we could possible want ot need close by. Janell was super easy to reach for any questions and we would definitely book again!

We've stayed multiple times now and have enjoyed it each time. Great location--easy access to a supermarket, downtown Morro Bay, and just a quick ride on the 1 to Cayucos. We will continue to book as long as there is availability.

We had a great time here. The house was very comfortable and clean. And the location was great. We used the boogie boards which was nice since we had forgotten ours at home. Being able to park in the garage was a nice bonus! My one complaint was that I had thought the kitchen was fully stocked with what we’d need, but the only pots and pans available were nonstick and they all had scratches. I was so disappointed. Also, I know each guest is required to clean the dishes when they leave, but we had to rewash most of the dishes we used as they were put away greasy. Overall we enjoyed. We’d stay here again, but bring our own cookware next time.

We really enjoyed this beach house rental for our weekend trip to Morro Bay! The host was great she replied to my questions very fast. Upon arrival the house smelled clean and it was super cute! Beach theme and has everything we needed for our beach trip! The beds were super comfortable and everything was super super clean! She provided everything we needed even beach supplies! The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed the beach house! We will be back! Thanks Janelle!!!!!

Morro Bay was a perfect location to stay while visiting by some in SLO

We've been coming to Morro Bay since 2012 in January and February. This was our first visit without a dog. Janell's little cottage was perfect for our dogless visit and a good location.

Leading up to our stay i had a few questions and the owners were incredible. It felt more like talking to friends than conducting business. The property was perfect, honestly it was awesome. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Everything we needed for a few days in Morro Bay. Very comfortable bedrooms and living room. Looking forward to returning.

First time to rent a VRBO. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable. Easy access into the house. Nice to have a driveway to park in so we were off the street. It was convenient to have two restrooms. Loved the lavender tile in the full bathroom.! The only downside which the property owners have no control over is that the neighbors to the north were a little bit loud in the evening and as we were preparing to go to sleep. But again that’s not the property owners fault. We would stay there again.

The home is in a great location close to the waterfront and many restaurants. Spencer’s market is a great store with many easy ready to go options. We highly recommend The Taco Temple fusion Mexican dishes all delicious. If your stay is more than a few days be prepared to purchase extra paper products such as paper towels and TP. Spices are limited but all cooking options for pans are available. A nice Kuerig coffee pot is also available. Host was easy to work with and access was a breeze.

Lovely 2 bedroom bungalo in the quaint beach town of Morro Bay. Clean, well appointed, comfortable house, within a quick drive to all Morro Bay has to offer, from ocean side State Parks to the Embarcadero.
