Very unique! The owner was one of the friendliest and welcoming person we have met in Portugal! The property had everything we needed and even more we got treated with home made cookies made by wife's owner! In addition a private parking. It was close to both the ocean and also all main attractions in Obidos and nearby!

Lovely quirky place in a quiet little village. Joao was an excellent host who obviously is a very talented artist and couldn't be more helpful. All amenities anyone could wish for and such a lovely touch to have some local cherry licquer and homemade biscuits as a welcome gift. We could easily have spent another few nights here.

We are so grateful for this unique opportunity to be in this LOVEly home, the creative work of art of a Dream Host who knows how to set the tone for a special warm and welcoming stay. On top of the impressive and imaginative construction details were the personal touches like the ginja shots and delicious home-made cookies (thanks to Mrs.Dream Host). We loved it!

Joao’s home is a work of love and a work of art. He built most of the decor using unique concepts and objects—a drum as a tv table and a guitar as a lamp. The swing in the patio was my favorite spot. I had the morning coffee there while listening to birds chirping. The home was immaculately clean and well appointed including a private garage. Above all it was very quiet and ideally to rest and recover. My husband and I slept like babies. Joao is just delightful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
