After traveling 5 hours to get to our accommodation we were greeted with the most unhelpful, uninterested receptionist who told us that the hotel was fully booked and that the room we PAID for and got confirmation over was not available. After much deliberation and speaking with the manager we were told that their sister hotel had a room available so we brought all our bags back into the car and drove out of town to the sister hotel. The room they wanted to put us in a tiny room that we would not have fit, nor to the standard we had paid for. After essentially begging for a room for almost two hours and we’re left wait we were eventually told that another room (on a different floor) was available but made feel guilty and told that because we’d be taking this room the bus driver would have to sleep in the bus. The staff and customer service was way below average. Never once apologized and almost made it out to be our fault. I would not recommend anyone to stay with this hotel company.

Great Location could walk everywhere! Very secure in the late evenings when we came back. Bed and shower were great too

Location was excellent, key card access to front door and room, night porter service, all excellent.

Extremely loud in hallway! My door wasn’t sealed properly and I was woken at 1am by people talking in the hallway. Not loud just talking. Was not happy.
