perfect located in the centre of Oristano, easy to find and very clean

style, location and price

The location is perfect in the middle of the historic centre with cafes on the doorstep. The rooms were very clean and the bed super comfortable. communication via WhatsApp was swift and friendly and made the self-checkin easy. A great stay and would definitely recommend!

The water was behaving weird sometimes, there was none for several minutes in the morning

fittings and finishes starting to show wear and tear. noise travelled easily within the building.

Loved the central location and the really comfortable bed. The self check in was easy and though we arrived very late we were assisted by the staff to find the key and see ourselves in.

Our room had a really nice, unique design :) it was clean and ok sized

Breakfast included is served in a nearby cafe which is nice in general, it's very close too, but there were not many options, I am coeliac so I couldn't eat anything :(

The room is gorgeuous, and the little private terrarium a lovely feature to make it feel more open.

The bathroom is a little bit small and the shower was clogged which made a bit of a negative impact.

Right in the centre and approx 17 minute walk from the station. Comfortable bed, clean room and good shower. Communication with owners via whatsapp was easy. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty.

There was a nice round bed in the room, very comfortable and clean! location is great in the center of oristano!

the cooking system could work a bit more efficiently

I came to Oristano because I saw this beautiful Junior Suite with bath and green plants behind. So it truly met my expectations! Location is the very central and there are nice cafes nearby. But it is still quiet area. Parking is just around the corner and it's very cheap. Everything was great!

The room with the bath was gorgeous. Very big. Guesthouse is on a central location above a good pizzaria. Rooms were cleaned once every two days, which was perfect. Tea and coffee available. Owner was very quick with answering via Whatsapp.

Breakfast was a bit small, but I guess typical for what an Italian would eat. Lots of locals were eating there as well for breakfast.

Nice place

we came to the Apartment. it had 28 degrees. the airconditioning didn’t work. I called them, they said I have to wait. 3 hours later still 27 degrees. I called again. they said I have to reset it because it is still in winter mode. why do I have to do this. this should be done before. we had two rooms. in the other one the same problem. then for several minutes while I took a shower the water just stopped running in the whole apartment. after 5 minutes it restarted. the worst thing they never apologised for all this inconvenience. it was always just like “it’s like that”

We enjoyed the offered breakfast in a nearby cafeteria and the location is very central and convenient. Okay for one night.

The room looked better in the pictures than in reality. We did not appreciate the very pungent smell in the room (some sort of a very potent air-freshener).

A comfortable room, right in the centre of the city. Modern design. There's an electric kettle you can use. You don't meet the staff, everything is done remotely.

They don't clean the room in a longer stay.
