This place was so nice!!! Loved the sunsets and was well equipped with all the things you needed. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The Cabanna Club membership that comes with the Condo was great (it is 7 miles down the road, but who cares we were on vacation) We sunbathed, ate there and swam in the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved IT!!

The condo was verry nice and clean. We had no problems at all.

The location was good for traveling to Key Largo and to Key West. Everything was clean. Caution that the steps going to the 2nd level with the two bedrooms is steep and narrow.

Returned to Duck Key after 14 years and memories came flooding back

We had a great experience at the property! Location was perfect and everything was exactly as listed in pictures. Sunsets were beautiful!

The property was in excellent shape – clean, updated and well equipped. The location is great – just a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The two patios offered fabulous views of the water. Actually, the pictures do not do the property justice. We had two issues during our stay. First, the Keurig coffee maker would not turn on. Maintenance picked up the Keurig to get it cleaned, descaled, and whatever. It worked fine after it was returned. Great response! The other issue was that one of the TVs in the bedroom would not power on. The manager said: “It’s not something that I’ll be able to address during your stay”. So I paid to rent the place and didn’t get everything that was in the description. Not cool. No adjustment was offered. Not cool. If the TV wasn’t an issue, I would have easily given the property a 5/5. I know that things break, but management didn’t seem to think it was import to honor their commitment or make adjustments.

The property was clean and a great setup for our family. Jarod was easy to work with and responds quickly to your messages.

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would book again.

Our family enjoyed the very nice unit owned by the Carters. It was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We kayaked and paddle boarded right outside the unit daily. Thank you for a lovely stay!

House was great! Had everything we needed for our stay. Condo was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the rest of the Keys. Great to sit on back porch and watch the sunset over the water. Great location! Whole house had great furniture, like you do in your own home. Definitely recommend to anyone that i visiting the Keys.

We thought the pool was was going to be on site. The Cabana Club was 7 miles away. Very over crowded and no chairs available. Cottage was in a great location. Close to many restaurants and activities. We very much enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others. Owners were easy to contact.

It was a lovely home, but did not like the steep steps to get upstairs. Too dangerous for older folks.

Perfect weather and a super accommodating home made for a wonderful week with friends. This unit had a bathroom for each bedroom which made it very nice having your own space to get ready.nice beach towels and beach chairs were available also. The Ninja blender was the bomb! Already told my husband that we will be upgrading our (now substandard) current Ninja! Lol! Thanks for the great place!

The house was everything we expected and more. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Beautiful location and excellent views from the porch. 100% had a great stay. Would stay here again.

This property is just as listed--extremely clean, updated and the location is beyond perfect! Sunset views every night and convenient to all Keys activities. We visited Key West for the day and also enjoyed the water sports that are located across the street. There are two restaurants at Hawks Cay which is in walking distance and open to the public-we enjoyed the meals at both. Jarod was amazing to work with--communication was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It was spotless and had plenty of room for our party of 7. Three bedrooms (one bedroom with two queen beds)and 3 baths made it very easy for everyone to get ready in their own space. We would definitely book this house again if the need arises.

Property was in excellent condition, clean and fully furnished. We received the door code a few days before we arrived. That was all that was involved for check in. Paper work and payments were completed months earlier. The house is in a beautiful location. Ten minute drive to Marathon, thirty minutes to Islamorada and one hour to Key West. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again

We wanted to be able to drive up and down The Keys and this was a perfect spot. The condo is well taken care of and the owners easy to work with. We would not have changed a thing!

Absolute perfection. Nice beach decor. The three bedrooms were perfect for our trio of friends. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking amenities we needed. Wonderful location right on the water. A little bit of Nat Geo in the backyard watching all of the wildlife. The views of the sunset did not disappoint. Either from the top deck with a comfy couch or down on the bottom porch at the good sized table. Loved our visit. Would definitely come back.

This property is exactly as described. We (4 women above 70) had a lovely time and enjoyed the space! We had an issue that was speedily resolved by the owners and they went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend renting here! Thanks for the lovely trip.

Loved this property. The setup was ideal for the group with the 3br/3ba, and the view was gorgeous. Very short drive to Marathon, where we do most of out activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo! Being able to kayak and paddleboard right behind the condo was fabulous. We spent two days swimming at Bahia Honda, and on the third day we went to Pigeon Key. Every day when we returned to the condo, we would sit in the shade of the trees by the water and also use our kayaks and SUP. (And watch the iguanas, lol!) Being inside the unit was also great. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. The “beach living” decorating scheme was so nice! This condo is beautiful! We LOVED being here!

Great space for a small group- we had 4 adults and one little one—we traveled for a wedding we were attending in Marathon and extended our stay to have a day or two to explore and relax. The view is beautiful, it’s easy to find/access, owners made checking in super easy (they sent a key code prior to arrival). Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and water pressure was good. We loved having beach towels, beach chairs, and the washer/dryer and dishwasher available. Just one thing to note about the layout in case you’re traveling with other couples/two families— one bedroom is downstairs directly off the kitchen and very small with a full bathroom next to it but not attached. The other two rooms are upstairs, very spacious, and each have balconies and their own bathrooms. It totally works, just a heads up that they definitely aren’t three equally sized/equally private rooms. Water access right off the backyard is rocky but doable if you’re dying to get in the water like we were. Great location for checking out different things in the area and, while we didn’t do it ourselves, we heard lots of good things about the Dolphin Encounter right in Hawk’s Cay. Publix grocery stores are about 15-20 min drive south. We highly recommend Sombrero Beach if you’re looking for a wider/more classic beach experience (approx 15min drive) and the Beach Cafe in Islamorada for dinner/drinks and a beautiful sunset view (25 min drive). Key West was an approx 1.75 hour drive and the Butterfly Conservatory there was very cute but also very popular (crowded). Loved the Green Pineapple shop/cafe/yoga studio on Duval Street in Key West as well. Overall a great stay! Thank you!!
