The view from this property is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. Very short walk to the beach. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting. Communication with the owner was superb.

This is all excellent place to stay. We stayed for a few days and the beaches were great, and the room had everything we needed plus we were able to make breakfast on the stovetop and they had a coffee pot, and pots and pans in the room. They provided the exact amount of things we needed prior to check in. Our days were spent privately and not intrusive by management. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous stay. The prices were excellent as well. Suggestions a couple extra towels for longer stays and shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathroom. We found the small bottle of soap 2 days in but the store right to the street offered great selections for everything we forgot to bring. It was nice being able to make biscuits and eggs every morning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We enjoyed ourselves in your unit. It was clean and well stocked for our 5 night stay. The view of the sound was great to wake up to, the walk to the beach very short and the pool refreshing in the evening! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time- perfect for our family. It was close to shopping, the aquarium, beach access, ferry rides to neighboring islands, and delicious restaurants. The view in the morning of the sound was to die for!

Property was clean, convenient and as described

Very impressed by the cleanliness and the way this place was managed. The only issue I ran into was promptly and professionally addressed by Jim and Sheila with no questions asked. Basically if you want to stay on the island and be perfectly located this is where you need to go.

There property manager shelia,was awesome. Room was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of raleigh. Loved the boat dock to fish. Besides finding 2 German roaches in the room loved the property.

My husband and I recently stayed here and have absolutely no complaints. The property is keep extremely neat and clean. Everyone was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great getaway.

It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent and the view was great. I was surprised by the lack of storage space due to the owners belongings in all the drawers, cabinets and under the bed.

Nice property, pool and grounds are immaculate. Beach is beautiful. Condo is small and smells like mildew but, the view of the water is lovely.

The room is small but was fine for the two of us. Would not want to have more people due to the size. The room was clean and in good condition. The view is beautiful and the location is convenient to the ocean. There is a nice pool on site too! Our only issue was the bright lights outside at night.

Jim was so very kind and warm. The view of the place is a 10. We were able to hang outside and do some amazing art. Inside. there was the one drawback of the "murder couch" which was the impossible pull out couch that killed our backs. We managed to work around it The overall stay was wonderful and I would go back. ~Cindy

Great location on the island and beautiful views of the sound, so peaceful and relaxing!

We really enjoyed fishing on the dock in the back, and we were right across the street from the ocean.

Great quiet location and the owner is very friendly and helpful. He addressed any issues we had. Can’t wait to visit again!😊

Me and my children had a blast. Great access to pool, beach, and a wonderful view of sound. My son loved to fish off of dock as well. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for all the love that was around the place. Everyone around treated us like family. XOXO
