We really enjoyed our stay in Oak Creek (just south of Sedona). This townhouse was extremely comfortable and homey. Me, my wife and our small dog (Schnauzer) spent March 2023 in this unit. Quite well equipped and close to everything in Oak Creek (grocery, shops, restaurants and pubs). When planning for the trip from Canada, I sent a message to the property manager (Vacasa) asking about bringing a portable gas BBQ and after waiting for some time for a response, I was told that the patio was too small. Upon arriving, 3 of the neighbours had BBQ’s on their patio’s (one being a full size BBQ). Also, my wife pointed out the following minor deficiencies - host needs to update their pots and pans as everything burns very easily. We also thought that more cutlery is needed. When travelling, we always try to book a unit with a bathtub bc my wife prefers to bath. This unit does have a bathtub/shower combination unit, but the hot water tank is too small to provide adequate hot water to fill the tub. I was also not very happy with the property management company (Vacasa), they were extremely slow in responding to questions and concerns - the latest question never answered! I will definitely avoid utilizing this company in the future.

Fully stocked, well functioning kitchen! Comfortable bed. Nice TV with Netflix. Nice back patio. Great view out the bedroom window of Castle Rock. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Love living in the Village of Oak Creek! Quiet. Clean. Laundry in apt.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet unit. Within easy walking distance to the market, numerous shops and restaurants. Numerous trailheads and various attractions are easily accessible from this location. Would definitely stay here again.

This review is based on a 6 week stay. The condo is reasonably priced and comfortable enough for an extended stay. Very comfy bed and a good sized living area. Very convenient location with market, restaurants and other shops in walking distance. Great mountain bike & hike trailheads close enough to ride/walk to. Vacasa and Leo were very responsive with any issues.
I would give the condo a 5 star review if it were not for the following:
Get rid of the desk and add a dresser in the bedroom - it's really tough to live out of a suitcase for 6 weeks.
The closet had an extra fold-up bed, mattress, set of golf clubs, about 10 pillows and a clothes hamper. This left little room for our stuff.
Too much clutter throughout the condo. Every surface (walls, tables, stands,....) was covered with pottery pictures, wall hangings and tchotchke stuff. This left little room for our stuff and was way too cluttered.
Kitchen area lighting is not sufficient, tall kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable.
Needs better outdoor table & chairs
When we arrived there was not a stitch of toilet paper to be found. Luckily market was nearby & open
Overall very nice stay but would have been even better with a little de-cluttering and bedroom dresser.

We had an amazing time staying here. We had a small problem with the water heater and Leo was amazing and was able to get it fixed on the weekend. He was very responsive to the questions we had. Will definitely stay with this group again.
