Great place, comfortable, clean. The backless perfect and the pool was a big plus. You can find everything you need in the house to have a great experience, Bikes, beach toys and chairs
The area is fantastic, very close drive to shops, Walmart, Publix , restaurant and of course the beach .
We will come back for sure

This house it is the perfect place for a summer vacation. Thomas was an excellent host and he replied back very quickly. I would recommend it and I hope to be back next year.

beautiful house, very clean and most well tocked of ANY VRBO rental I have stayed in. Nice touch with leaving the wine and beer in the fridge .

The house was great and in a centrally located neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the private pool and spent most of our time just relaxing in the sun. Thomas was very responsive and a great host. We hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. We did have an issue with the AC unit on our second day there, the owner got someone out within a few hours but overall it took about 3 hrs from letting him know to the company having it fixed which was a little unfortunate because we had to cancel our plans for the day because we didn't want anyone in the house without us there because we had everything unpacked. Overall quick response and nice place, would stay again

My girlfriend and I were going to go to St Croix but when we looked at the weather for the week we were going to go it looked overcast so we randomly chose Naples, Florida - and we are so glad we did!!
The house is beautiful and clean and Thomas was an awesome host!! Lots to do nearby; the beach, the zoo, museum, mini golf, shopping and great restaurants!
We loved the very private pool out back, the tile floors throughout, the washer and dryer and the garage!
We have traveled extensively and I have to say, this is one of my favorite places that we’ve ever stayed.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days as I was working remotely in the area. She had the pleasure of having a little vacation while I worked most of the day.
The house was in excellent condition, clean and the pool was wonderful! Communication with Thomas was excellent and he was able to get us an extra day at the last minute. The house had everything we needed (plus a welcome package!) and was close to the beach! We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Very cute little spot for a young family. The neighborhood was amazing- we felt like we hit the jackpot there! Amenities in the cottage were everything you needed, especially the kitchen appliances (toaster and blenders got lots of use!) and we really appreciated the beach toys and gear. The backyard was so cute, private and the pool was a perfect size and great for kids. We will definitely check out Thomas’s other rentals!

Great location in Naples. Close to beaches - which we visit several and favorite beach was Clam Bass which we went late in day for sunset .You can walk or ride bikes to Mercator from the house.The Mercator has several restaurants, shops and live music. Having the pool which is heated was great. Went for a last minute vacation from the cold Northeast 3rd week of March. Weather was great. We are both in our mid 60’s. Would have stayed longer but was already booked.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this home. The location is great, with access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The home was clean and had lots of great amenities like bikes, beach chairs, etc. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard and pool area. Thomas was excellent from check-in to check-out and very responsive throughout. We will definitely be back!

This was a great property for my husband & I to enjoy some down time and soak up the sun. This home was clean and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our week here. We loved having our own private home and the pool was a huge hit with our two four year olds. The house was clean and loved all the amenities, there’s nothing like coming home from vacation with clean laundry!
Everything we wanted to do was only a 5-30 minute drive (beach, zoo, botanical gardens, groceries, great places to eat). Thomas was wonderful to work with, we highly recommend this place!

The house was perfect for a beach/pool getaway. My wife and I drover over from Miami to relax Fourth of July weekend. We brought our older dog who also enjoyed the stay. The house was well-kept and there were tons of beach/pool items available such as chairs, coolers, beach balls, etc. Vanderbilt Beach was a 4 min drive away. Property manager was extremely friendly and willing to work with us. Easy to reach and quick communication. We will certainly be back again. A+ highly recommended.

We wanted to have a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect location. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool in the morning and evening. It was close to the beach. Perfect for what we needed.
We visited the Fort Myers’s area and Sanibel. These areas are working hard to rebuild and shop owners, restaurants and lodging need the support of visitors .

Great home and location. Thomas was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. He was also extremely accommodating for us as well. Property is about a mile from Vanderbilt beach and easy access to everything you would want to do. The pool is great for all day sun. Only thing we wish it had was a king size bed in the primary bedroom, but we knew it was a queen going into it. They had some good essentials for our 16month old as well such as pack n play, sheets, and highchair. There was also amble beach toys and coolers. We would stay here again.

This property is awesome for a couple or small family! The pool/backyard was an oasis. The bikes and beach gear were awesome. We biked to the beach daily, plenty of bike racks! Would stay again with our two kids.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was exceptionally clean and everything was brand new. The location was great - we were within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space feel welcoming. I loved the pool! Very clean and lots on hand there. Very easy process for check in/out! Loved no carpet.. would say only thing I wish we had was small plastic bowls dishes for toddlers all glass very hard for us! I did bring her soppy cup but yeah not having plastic bowl was hard. Other then that we had great time:).

Place was great for a family of four , clean, everything you need in kitchen available, bikes, beach supplies, towels all you need to bring is food, everything else is provided.. Check in and out was easy no hassle.. pool was great and temperature in water was perfect, grill was perfect... Nothing to complain about.. This house is great for a small amount of people... I would recommend for a family of four...
