We got to watch players come through on the 14th fairway and even ordered some drinks from the cart girl. Every rental has its quirks and ours were handled by our host Karen in the quickest ways imaginable. Her communication was impeccable and we felt really taken care of.

This house was perfect for our guys golf trip. We each had our own room and the house was so spacious. The spa was perfect after a long day of golf. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here with family. The pool was heated and the grandkids were in it for hours each. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare and cook for the holidays. It was a perfect place for us to all be together.

Our stay was great. The home was nicely furnished, very clean and in very good physical condition. We chose this home as we were familiar with the floor plan and knew the amenities would be in keeping with the luxurious nature of the home. We used the hot tub several times and had no issues with its operation or heat. We did not elect to heat the pool due to the additional daily cost. The kitchen was well equipped with an abundance of pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, etc. Exactly what you would expect to find in a quality rental such as this. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone commented on what a great night’s sleep they had. I had several opportunities to reach out to the hosts and they were very responsive. The check-in process was very simple. Overall, I would highly recommend this home if you are staying in the La Quinta area.

There were 10 of us there for our 17th annual high school reunion. The agent was on top of everything with the instructions and the follow up. Security at the gate was well done and we felt very safe.

It’s at least a 15 minute drive to anything. The complex is strictly a housing tract with a golf course. Great place to stay if you do not want to go anywhere. My 10 friends and I did our annual getaway after school lets out, we are all teachers. We really enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room to play our games, read, and relax. We made wonderful meals in the beautiful kitchen, lots of supplies and utensils available. We definitely want to come back... but it will be a year.. darn!

Just be careful as golf balls were literally flying right outside the pool area! Speaking of the pool it was great and you could adjust the heat to your liking. The outside misters were a nice touch to help keep you cool on a warm day. Inside was spacious and more than enough room for our large family gathering! The A/C worked wonders and kept the house cold. Each room also had their own A/C unit to adjust as they saw fit. I enjoyed stayed at this property and would book it again. Only downside was dealing with the property management reception center, as they were unhelpful when an issue occurred and a guest wasn’t on the list as they were supposed to be. Everything got sorted out at the gate because the attendant was super nice. I would recommend to the owner/property manager to get a new receptionist center!

The house, location and property are beautiful. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the fridge, which has a sign on it that says to keep door closed (hard to do with 12 people staying there). After stocking it the temperature rose to the “not safe” zone and stayed there our entire stay. We had to go buy a cooler and ice to keep perishable foods so no one would get sick. I would make sure the fridge has been replaced before renting or bring your cooler. On an up note the property manager was very accommodating, when we discovered we left a necklace there she made sure it was returned to us.

This group has been making this trip for over 20 years and this property was our favorite home through all the years. The property was very nicely appointed, the rooms were spacious and clean (and the beds were quite comfortable). We especially enjoyed having the pool table and bar area (a must on future trips) and the firepit in the backyard. All made for a very enjoyable weekend and a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy the company of friends.

We spent four wonderful days and nights in this beautiful home to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with our children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren under the age of 5. The home is set up well for this size group although the fifth bedroom/bathroom is only accessible by going out the front door (it seems to be a 'caretakers' suite?). The pool and hot tub were lovely being situated overlooking a golf course. The home was well equipped to enable us to cook, barbeque and entertain as we so chose. I would highly recommend this property!
