This condo was perfect for our family of 10. It is a lovely family home in a great location. Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with everything we could need and more. We hope to stay there again next summer.

Michelle is the quintessential Premier Host. You will be hard-pressed to find better. We forwarded some luggage to the condo address; it arrived early before we did. Michelle retrieved it, and placed it in the condo so it was waiting for us. And she was happy to do it! As we were travelling with toddlers, Michelle came through with an early check-in, and even a surprise waiting for us in the refrigerator. As the reviews attest, the property feels more like a home than a rental. We were a family group of 7 adults, and 2 toddlers for a 5-night stay. Everything about the property is exceptional; the owner; the location and amenities; cooking utensils; comfy beds; fast internet; streaming televisions; paper products; coffee and condiments; and lots more. You will never find a property that is better stocked. You name it, Michelle provided it! To those of you visiting in the summer, although the building does not have air conditioning, Michelle provides several fans that sufficiently cooled the condo during the day. In sum, we enthusiastically recommend this property, without hesitation. The 5-star reviews are well deserved. Should our plans include a return visit to Vail, it's a no-brainer for us - we will return here. Thank you Michelle (and your family)!

We loved the Condo. It had plenty of room for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 teens. The kids had their own space upstairs which was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook at home for dinner each night. The walk to both Lionshead and Vail Village was easy for all. We look forward to staying there again.

Everything about the property is fantastic - the location, the interior setup, the property amenities, the comfort of the bedrooms and communication with the owner. We comfortably fit 7 people in the 5 bedrooms and easily could have invited more guests! For the amenities , the kids and my elderly father enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The proximity to the lionshead gondola allowed the skiers to come and go as we pleased and the two non-skiers enjoyed both lionshead and vail village via the in town free bus. I would highly recommend the condo for anyone looking to head to vail with a group and hopefully i will be back staying here again!

Michelle was so quick to respond to questions and requests. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Normally I rent ski on off condos but I am not disappointed at all with the location. You can walk 1 minute and take the bus one stop from the library to lionshead village.

Amazing location walkable to both Lionshead and Vail shopping and dining. The condo is very cute and with an extremely well equipped kitchen. Only issue was one of the upstairs bedrooms was very cold. Hope to stay again on another trip.

It was a prefect set up for our three nights and 4 days in Vail. Everything was exactly what we needed. And the local contact Michelle was the best! Maybe we will come back for some skiing! The location was excellent! Thank you!

Comfortable sleeping arrangements: A+ Seven, count them seven real beds! No pull outs. Real beds, all of them comfortable. Our kids loved the upstairs living space. 3. WiFi: A+ Screaming fast with download speeds over 200mbs. 4. TVs: A+ They are everywhere and all of them smart. We could watch anything we wanted. 5. Waterpressure: A+ Nothing better after a long hike with a three-year-old on your back than a long hot shower with great water pressure. 6. Pool: A+ The pool and hot tub at this location are legit. This isn't a bathtub masquerading as a pool. Our kids loved it. 7. All the extras: A+ The condo had all the spices, condiments, cups, paper towels, etc . . . we could ever want. Michelle's nails all the things that really matter and she is a joy to work with. Book it and don't look back

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property in Lionshead in Vail! Michelle was an excellent property manager. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries and very easy to work with! This was a family gathering, several of whom were first time visitors to Vail. The condo worked out great for our 10 family members! It is very convenient to the ski area/gondola, shopping, and the Vail bus system. We had a blast! Thank you, Michelle - we hope to be back!

We needed a family friendly place to stay close to the Lionshead Village. Michelle's condo hit the bullseye!. Her condo is well maintained and so convenient to the slopes. Michelle was very responsive to every inquiry we made in a very timely manner. With two little kids we wanted to check in early and she came through!. Our family had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this condo to any family who wants to be close to Lionhead with a superb property!!

Cannot thank Michelle enough for letting us stay at her gorgeous Vail home. We had a fabulous vacation and the location of this condo cannot be beat if you’re a skier. Convenient to everything and sits right on the bus route. Vail is one of our favorite ski spots, and this condo made this year’s trip even more enjoyable! Host was super helpful and kind. The kitchen, was extremely well stocked with every utensil, spatula, can opener, whisk, shot glasses, quality knifes you need to cook for a large group. The pantry is also very well stocked with coffee, sugar, cooking oil and other items commonly used for cooking. The spice rake is also well stocked. There are three balconies which all overlook the hot tub and pool and face the ski runs, very picturesque. An extra special accomodation was the two parking spaces provided, one of them covered. We were very comfortable even with 9 people and would highly recommend this condo.

We had an awesome time during our stay. We had a large group of 10 adults and fit easily in the property. From the close walk to Vail/Lionshead villages to the on-site pool/hot tub that we enjoyed on an almost daily basis, this property is perfect for a friends/family group trip! We had an amazing stay at Michelle's condo in Vail. Location is king and it was an easy walk to the Lionshead gondola and chairlift and the ski shops if you are renting. The condo was very comfortable and one has the sense they are being welcomed into a family home. Thanks to Michelle for great communication with tips on restaurants and skiing as she is obviously an expert of the mountain. We had a great time. Christin

This condo was perfect for our family. Our grandchildren were especially thrilled with the loft bedroom, and the other bedrooms were roomy with storage and comfortable chairs to relax in. Four full-size bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living room with a large horseshoe shaped sofa to accommodate everyone made for a very comfortable family vacation. A hot tub and heated pool were just below our balconies. Michelle was our contact person. She supplied us with detailed information and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Staying in this family owned condo was a wonderful choice for us.

We had a wonderful time in this condo, cooking meals and warming in front of the fire with family. The lionshead gondola a short walk, with shopping and restaurants close as well. The owners were very helpful in recommending places to eat, rent gear and where to shop. I would recommend this to anyone looking to come to vail, no matter what time of year!

The kitchen was filled with everything you needed to cook and very organized. Washer and dryer was a huge help off of the master
