On-line pictures were misleading! House is in need of upgrades and deep cleaning. The carpets weren’t clean, there were torn and non- operating screen doors, ceiling fans that weren’t functional and a large L-shaped sofa with electric recliners that didn’t work. The bedding (pillows, blankets and bedspreads) were old and smelly. For the price we paid, we were extremely dissatisfied!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was so convenient and having 2 separate living room spaces was perfect for our group. Although we enjoyed taking in the beautiful outside views from the main living space best!!

Location was great for all we wanted to do at Lake Tahoe. House was spacious for 6 adults and could have accommodated more. It is an older home that could use some updating, but everything worked and was comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: House is big with plenty of beds, extra bedding pillows, etc. Fit 10 adults comfortably. Kitchen had several pots, pans, and utensils, had a crockpot, blender, and coffee maker. Has two ovens, the newer looking one under the stove seemed to never get up to temperature, but the other one worked great. Heaters worked well and warmed up house quickly. Hot tub and BBQ worked as expected. House has lots of board games in addition to the fooseball table, pool table and a mini blackjack/roulette/craps set. Pool table is in the downstairs living room, but on two sides of the table need to use a short stick as wall can get in the way. TVs worked and we were able to watch the NFL playoffs, didn't turn it on otherwise. House is a short drive into the main strip of town (near casinos) or to Heavenly ski resort (NV or CA sides). If Skiing with a beginner I'd recommend the gondola or CA side as only boulder lodge on the Nevada side has a single green run (canyon lodge has only blues or blacks) and its a trek for a beginner to make it over to the CA side. A block away there's a cultisac the deadends into a trail system, went on a snowshoe hike from there and it was easy to stay on trail (no fresh snow in a week) and got views of the lake about a mile into the hike. There's a cool dive bar and rental shop about a half mile from the house. Overall was a great place to stay for our group.

The house had plenty of space for our group of 11! Close enough for a 10 minute Uber to the casinos, but close enough to walk to a bar or gas station for supplies. Would recommend to others!

We did a week long family vacation at this house. The positives were the size of the place and location. We had 5 adults and two children and there was plenty of space. You can’t beat the location - near the beaches, heavenly village, grocery stores, hikes, etc. The one disappointing thing was how outdated the house is. Definitely could use some upgrades and a deep clean in the kitchen (drawers, cabinets, etc.). Overall, great stay. The property manager. Tom was very helpful as well!

Our stay was great & this very well maintained house. House was very spacious & gave the whole group plenty to do while at the house. We had kids of all ages, pool table & foosball was great entertainment for them. Everything is in close proximity so location is great. Great spot that offered a lot of amenities. It was clean and well kept. Location is relatively close to everything. Only complaint was appliances weren’t well kept. The toaster, microwave, grill, and stove gave us some trouble but property management was more than helpful getting it fixed quickly

OMG!! I dont know where to start, but ill start with saying how nice, sweet, and thoughtful Tami is, she answered ALL my questions gave me very useful info, now the house, it was very big and spacious, it accommodated all 14 of my family members, the house was clean, and well stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, I would definitely book this home again!

My husband and I are working from home. I’m a teacher and it can get pretty draining teaching from home. We decided to get away for the weekend, from raining ash, red skies and just our home. Our family joined us the next day and we had an excellent, relaxing weekend. Although there were a few things in the home that weren’t working, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

Myself and a group of friends needed to getaway for the weekend - had a wonderful time , this place exceeded our expectations! Communication was great throughout the weekend. Over all a great experience.

We found Tom and Tami from Sierra Tahoe Realty a real pleasure and very helpful with local tips. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen,there are tons of pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc. we found nothing missing. Dining on the outdoor deck was heavenly. The entire family enjoyed ping pong competitions, pool table games and just having a wonderful relaxing time. The backyard was nice and the back neighbor has a built in stream which could be heard from master suite and outdoor dining deck making it feel like a high end resort. Dining outside there are two tables enough to accommodate 8. There were 7 of us our group, adults and teens we all had privacy and room to spread out. 3 rooms had on-suite with the other room sharing one of these with a double door entrance. There are two family rooms one upstairs which has a new leather sectional. Downstairs is where the pool table bar area is located. A hiking trail is nearby and stores too. If you are looking for good old-fashioned vacation in a large home with something for everyone,this is your place.

Great location and lots of family fun

This cabin was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 1 child The ages of our group was 12-64 and this cabin accommodated everyone. As soon as you open the door it is breath-taking. The cabin is very spacious and clean. My favorite part was sitting outside in the patio drinking coffee in the morning taking in scenery and fresh air. The neighborhood was safe and calm and beautiful. The location was perfect to go to South Lake or North Lake. I would recommend getting a car if you want to visit different areas of the lake. We coooked breakfast and dinner for our group of 9 and had no issues. You can also walk down to Red Hut Cafe and have some delicious breakfast at a fare price! Check-in and check-out was super easy and the rental company was very nice. The cabin was exactly as the pictures show and will book again if we come back to Tahoe.

For a first time renter it was great!

We rented this for our family and a couple of our teenage boy’s friends. Location was great. Quick to everything - Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Heavenly Village, etc. Boys loved the hot tub, pool table and the fact that they could be downstairs in their own space away from the adults. We were there over 4th of July and we asked a neighbor if there was somewhere to walk and watch the fireworks. They directed us to a park just down Kingsbury Grade. Took us 5-7 minutes to get there and was a fantastic view of the Edgewood fireworks show - perfect! We do a lot of cooking and the BBQ was easy to use and clean. The kitchen was spacious and very well-stocked. The only issue we had was that every pot or pan we wanted to use needed to be washed beforehand. It appeared that the previous renter did not wash them thoroughly as they all had grease residue. Even the drinking glasses needed to be hand washed. Plates, flatware and serving pieces were fine. Frig was spotless. We are neat freaks so it was fine to just give the pans a good wash before using. Would definitely recommend or rent again.

Very quiet neighborhood. Located close to Stateline and three great shorelines. Fooseball was a hit, the pool table was awesome but most importantly the hot tub was hot. Would love to stay here again.

We rented this property for a get away weekend for a group of guys. We had 8 grown men, and this property was more than able to accommodate for our needs. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet but not so much so that we felt we needed to be quiet on the large patio while grilling. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room was perfect for a large meal with everyone. The hot tub was not working one of the nights we stayed there but after I reset the system it worked perfectly and reached the desired temperature. There was not much of a view compared to other properties but the ease of access to everything was very nice. We didn’t have the time to take advantage of everything this property had to offer so we will be back next time for sure! Overall I would say that this is a wonderful property for the price point, if you’re looking for a particular style this may not be your choice, but with respect to the management, neighborhood, amenities, & location.. 10/10
