Had a great stay here! The place is in a great location, super walkable to restaurants, shops, grocery stores etc (5-10 minutes) and about a 10 min walk to gondola! The place had great views, being located right on the river. Having 2 balconies was a plus! Fully stocked vrbo, would stay here again!

Loved the location and quietness.

The view and sound of the raging river right outside our balcony made this condo very special. The location was perfect: just a 10 minute walk to downtown. The condo itself offered together and separate space for 2 couples. The management team made check-in and check-out super easy. Thanks!

The management company was very responsive to all of our issues. However, ownership needs to do some serious updating. The outlets all need to be replaced. The plugs don’t stay in the outlets. The toilets are old and hardly flush. The Formica countertops and kitchen cabinets are old and need to replaced. All the faucets drip unless you turn them really hard. The best part was the beds. The sheets, comforters and towels were super nice. The radiator fried my suitcase. There should have been a warning sign. I think if the owner put a little money into the unit it would pay for itself.

Location was incredible. Short walk to town or the bus is basically at the back door. The place is great for friends or couples. Quite outdated and old school style, with minimal kitchen utensils and old dishwasher/oven etc. But overall loved the space and would recommend.

We had a lovely weekend in Aspen at this condo. The location is fantastic - very quiet but so close to everything. Back deck with the rushing river was peaceful. Pool and hot tub were perfect for us. Condo was very clean and well stocked and the property managers were awesome. Photos are very representative of the property - while not totally updated, it is very functional and clean and everything is in working order. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic and the stay couldn’t have gone smoother. Walking distance to shops, parks, gondola, and restaurants. The location is in a very quiet corner of town and the constant sound of the river is a reminder of why we took the time to check out Aspen for a few days.

This condo is an awesome location. Quiet neighborhood on the rotating fork. It needs new beds in the entire condo. The place is old and tired but we loved it. New mattresses and I would give this a 5-5. My kids feet hung off the trim beds. The queen mattress is impossible for two people to sleep on... it folds to the middle. Plumbing is also weird .... grest location nice area waking to downtown

The family had a great time mountain biking and hiking in the mountains around Aspen. The location is very convenient and very nice to walk around, the kitchen is well equipped; the only thing I wish the apartment would have are darker curtains on the windows so that the bedrooms are not too light to sleep. McCartney Property Management employees were very helpful when I called them asking for help; Overall I would like to rent this place again for another family summer vacation.

So many wonderful things about this place! Great amount of firewood and fire starter for us to use over the 4 day stay. We had all the pots and pans ever needed to cook Christmas dinner, and the view was spectacular of the mountain. Walking to Ajax mountain was easy as can be with this awesome location. Thanks for giving us a late checkout time with my mom being sick. We truly appreciate your hospitality and the wonderful place you provided.

We loved the location of this condo ... very quiet neighborhood yet a quick 5-block walk into town and only minutes away from shuttle bus. Condo is starting to show its age, but otherwise we were very comfortable. We would like to have used the pool and the hot tub, but the ice-caked covers were never removed. Management was very helpful in accommodating our request for a late check-out. With an 8-inch snowfall during our first day of skiing, we were very happy campers! We enjoyed Aspen's hospitality and hope to return one day.

Very nice condo. Comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet, all necessary amenities, and convenient to town and skiing. Loved hearing the Roaring Fork outside the windows.

We liked the location, at the end of the street and facing the stream which you could hear from all the rooms. The condo was a little old but very comfortable and clean. Products in the bathroom a nice touch. Easy walk into town. First trip to Aspen and loved being there in the "off" season. Beautiful and easy. Would have been nice if we didn't have to take the keys back to management company at departure. Opposite direction and lots of traffic. Thanks

Had a great stay at the property. Arrived on a late flight but check-in was easy. Location was good - bus was just around the corner and the walk to the Aspen mountain base was ~15 minutes. Enjoyed the shared outdoor hot tub, and the fireplace at the unit. Everything at the unit was clean and in working condition but you can see the age (adds character and totally didn't mind it). The back deck was quite nice, and you could hear the sound of the nearby stream flowing - very soothing. Unit was pretty sound-proof and had no issues whatsoever during out stay. Would definitely recommend, exceptional value for the cost.

Conveniently located within walking distance of all the core Aspen 'downtown' area. Our fall visit for the film fest and changing leaves made this a great place to stay. The beautiful river right off the back patio, a soaring mountaintop right behind it - Morning coffee doesn't get any better. One of the most affordable places to stay in all of Aspen, even considering the hotels. But those hotels do not come with these 2 separate rooms and baths; a kitchen, dining and living room. And 2 patios! Some of the fixtures are original and retro in look and function, but it was funky and I liked it. This city girl from Dallas looked at the floor heaters for a few minutes in wonder, I've actually never seen them before. McCartney Management company was great and handled everything exactly as I anticipated and expected they would. Great after hours arrival option, 2 keys, lots of information for everything from emergencies to enjoying everything Aspen offers. Map of Aspen we took with us everywhere was handy from the very first hour we arrived and had dinner delivered. Would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in Aspen.

Great location. Comfortable with everything we needed to have a great stay and family reunion.

We had 4 couples up at the house this past weekend and had such an amazing time! We took full advantage of the perfect backyard, with it's pool, views, big yard, volleyball area, trampoline, picnic table, BBQ grilling area; plus the kitchen inside where we prepared breakfast each day and one big dinner. Plus there's a tennis court and small little golf area - which we used Sunday morning. It's 5 min from Solvang and 15 from Los Olivos and Santa Ynez.

Place was great, spacious, short walk into town (10 minutes or so) right off Roaring Fork river; Had 2 Humidifiers, soap/shampoo, started of toiletries; Large TV, DVD, fireplace with wood; Big Hot tub; 2 decks; W/D, all kitchen stuff needed; 2b/2ba, living room area, dining table; Beds weren't the most comfortable, but very adequate.
