We loved this little beach cottage. It was right across the street from the house. We also enjoyed a night swim in the packyard pool after dinner. I loved the king size beds in both bedrooms. They were very comfortable. Downtown time square was just a short walk and we enjoyed shopping and doning at my favorite restaurant, Yucatan. This cottage met all our needs. We will definitely be renting this beauty again.

Location, location, location. This little diamond in the rough is in the perfect spot. A block away from the beach and other action. The house itself is cozy and clean, perfect for a small group. We got a cute little welcome basket with some staples you need to get started. Communication was timely and easy. Only complaint is maybe getting a couple more bigger sauté pans for people that like to cook. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quaint, and close to the beach. Watched a pair of osprey feed fish to their young in a nest visible from poolside. This place is awesome! Highly recommend!

Great location, perfect house for a family of 4. Walking distance to everything you need. Other restaurants were an easy short drive. 5 Minute walk to the beach, beach accessories were available (chairs, umbrella & wagon). Would definitely return and rent again. Can't wait to see the rebuilding progress of the area in the future.

Pros- amazing location
-pool
-on site washer and dryer
Cons- no Wi-Fi the entire time so had to run
up cell phone bills using our hotspot
(Owners were notified but only gave a
30min notice for someone to come fix
it, which we were already out)
- when trying to find the router to reset
internet found a half eating sandwich
behind the dresser.
-although had a washer and dryer it
was in the shed out back(not the
problem) which was used to store
pool toys wagon umbrella bbq grill…. It
smelt like it was going to catch fire
from the lighter fluid being stored in
there so everytime we wash/dryer our
clothes smelt like lighter fluid.
-shed also had a flood light on the side
Which you couldn’t turn off so
backyard was always bright which
shined into 2nd bedroom.
-found a roach coming out of the
cabinet when going to get a cup.
-grass has not been mowed in a long
time.
Overall was so so for the price on off season. Definitely wouldn’t pay the price listed for in season… lucky there was a lot to do around the villa so we didn’t have to spend much time there…

I had a 4 year old and 1.5 year old and my mother in law stay and it was perfect! It’s perfectly located and having the pool and washer/dryer was the cherry on top. Everything listed was accurate!

My boys and I truly enjoyed staying at the Mango Villa. It was perfect for the 3 of us. It’s just steps away from the beach and some of the best restaurants. The house came with everything we needed. The inflatable pool toys were some of the boys favorites. Thank you so much! Till next time…

I’m so sad that we had to leave! Literally heaven on earth. It’s so perfect; can’t recommend it enough. It’s in the ideal location, quiet but close enough to the busy areas and less than two mins from the beach and everything you could ever need is provided. Care package provided with things like dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods and the shed at the back has all the inflatables and BBQ bits you could ever dream of. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for us to stay!! Close to the beach and walking distance to all bars snd restaurants!! Was a great time! Loved our own pool!! Was just perfect!

Not too big not too small, it’s just RIGHT!
What can I say, amazing location, 1 block off the main drag, 2 blocks from the beach. Close to bars, stores and restaurants. Awesome private pool and lots of outdoor space. Mango Villa had everything we could need. I would not do more than 4 people just because there is one bathroom but it was the perfect fit for us. Clean house, excellent location and private pool did it for us. Owners were awesome at communicating. We will definitely recommend Mango Villa to friends and family! Thank you for an excellent stay😊

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay ! The house is in a perfect location to the beach . You can walk to restaurants also . We all really enjoyed the pool . The house was clean. There are plenty of beach chairs a cart and sand toys to enjoy.

Nice house, nice location
Small 2 bed 1 bath. Worked well for my family with 3 small kids (5,3,18months). It wasn’t really walking distance to Times Square for us but would have been if we were bored and without kids. The beach was approx 100yards away and was about middle of the sandbar. I’d rent there again.

Great house close to the beach
This was was just what we needed. Short walk to the beach and about a mile down the street from Times Square area with lots of shops and restaurants. It was 2 boys ages 1 and 4, myself and my husband. The only thing was in the photos online there’s another fence around the pool that isn’t there anymore.

Awesome home!
Our family of 3 enjoyed this small home very much. The big highlight was the large patio and private pool. We were out there swimming and grilling out every day! The beach access across Estero Blvd. just a few minutes from the home is really nice, and the location is convenient to everything on the island. Loved having acces to beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler to make our beach trips perfect. Highly recommend!

Good location/great communication
The house was in a great location!! The area was still close to everything but also still not as busy as the north end of the beach! David and Lisa were amazing ! We had a couple hiccups when we arrived and they were so nice and willing to fix it and just wanted us to enjoy our stay :) the pool was a huge plus on the days it was a little chilly at the beach. overall the property was perfect for a family of 4 :)

Close to beach and down town. Due to covid we stayed at the house. All 3 of us were distance learning (wifi was great) one high school, one college and one CMEs. Enough space to spread out.
