The host was wonderful and very attentive. The house was clean and well stocked couldn’t have asked for a better extended family vacation!!!

The most well-stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at! Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen and bath towels. Very courteous and responsive host. No problems with cell phone service for any of us.

Beautiful house with great kitchen near upper end of Lake Cumberland, Burnside & Somerset. If Wolf Creek Dam is the "alpha" then this property is the Omega Retreat.

Peaceful quiet setting, home is very well appointed and has everything needed to enjoy a few days with friends. Lots of seating on the decks and around the fire pit. We loved our time there and would highly recommend!

This location was wonderful for our 10 person adult group. Very well stocked and accommodating. Wished closer to a marina to leave boats, but all worked out wonderfully. big kudos to host.

It is for sure off the beaten path but worth the drive. Quiet, and secluded location. Well stocked and VERY clean rental home. Will definitely consider for future getaways.

The house was beautiful and everything needed was thought of by the owner. Neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and walking distance to boat ramp.

Each year we look for an adventurous place to spend our family vacation. The Omega Retreat was absolutely wonderful and we had a great time making lots of cherished memories. The owners were so attentive to every detail and everything we needed was in place when we arrived. They went above and beyond with the pontoon boat rental which absolutely made a fun week on the river together. The home is beautiful and can accommodate a family of 8 adults and 2 children comfortably. I can’t say enough about how well things went and what an awesome time we had staying at the Omega Retreat!

This home was great for our needs…a chance for extended family to reconnect. The home is very wheelchair friendly - our son had access to a bedroom, bathroom, and all of the upstairs living area. He could manage the front door threshold easily and could access the back deck and backyard firepit with a little help. He was able to fully participate in everything the family did, which was wonderful. The home had everything we needed and had enough kayaks/tubes/towels for the whole family. Phone access was spotty but it helped us all decompress. We had fun!

Our family of twelve ...... from Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin ..... enjoyed our week at the Omega Retreat. The house was suited for our 4 families. Lots of room for everyone, kayaks were a plus, and the house was super clean with lots of extras included ! David was a great host and so helpful.

Had a fantastic time staying at the Omega Retreat! Dave was more than helpful with anything we needed and communication was excellent. The house had everything we needed and more! We brought our boat and primarily stayed on the water! 10/10 would stay again!

Great spot. The house was clean and well stocked. Took a ride to Buck Creek (not far from the house) and Conley Bottom. The view on the Cumberland river was gorgeous. While the house is not kid proof, we didn’t have any issues with our 2, 4 and 6 year old. (We did bring our own kitchen ware for them). Did not use the fire pit or basement game area but great options to have as well!

Nice, quite, lots of room for everyone. We had 8 people to stay comfortably. Just a great place to stay! We will definitely be going back!

This was my family's first time visiting the Cumberland River. We were looking for a nice quiet place in the woods with outdoor activities and this place delivered beyond our expectations! The home was beautifully done and suited our needs perfectly. Our VRBO host was very welcoming and took care of anything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again! Top notch!

Where to begin!!?? Every single thing about this beautiful home was state of the art and top of the line. Not a single corner was cut in furnishings, amenities, and attention to detail. We felt the only thing nicer than the accommodations was the communication, kindness and care shown by the owner. He made sure we knew we could call on him at any hour if something was missing or needed. Too bad this site doesn’t allow MORE than a 5 star rating! You won’t be sorry if you rent this lovely property.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Omega retreat! The home was perfect: clean, great location, the amenities left was wanting for nothing. David was wonderful to work with, very attentive. Definitely recommend this location to families who want a fun and great get away.

The house was beautiful with plenty of space to spend time together or be by yourself. Neat trails on the property can take you to where you can see the water and what looks like old camp sites. Property owners were easy to contact and were very responsive. I would definitely consider coming back!

This house was perfect for our trip. We had a group playing General Burnside golf course, which was about 25 minutes away. We also hit the lake in the afternoon and the boat ramp right next to the house was awesome. The house was very well stocked, very clean and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone. The communication with the owners was easy and they were always happy to answer questions. Highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful place to celebrate my in-laws 40th anniversary! Enough rooms to fit everyone in our party comfortably, with great entertainment spaces to enjoy each other. Very well stocked! Usually we take have to take quite a bit of cooking supplies and cleaners with us when we rent a home, but not this time. This home came with spices, plenty of cooking utensils, soaps, and even laundry detergent! We really enjoyed playing games at the table downstairs, having camp fires at night, and going down to the boat ramp to swim. We ventured out to Cumberland Falls and Yahoo Falls. Both a must see! Dave was super helpful and accommodating with getting us set up. Thank you Dave for a wonderful place to stay and connect as a family.

Our stay on the Cumberland River was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful and had literally everything we could have needed. I read all the previous reviews saying they overpacked but I didn’t believe it until we got there! They have all the small appliances you need as well as chairs for the fire pit and games and even kayaks and bikes! A few of us used those on the last night. It was such a nice added touch. The owner was very easy to communicate with so even if we did need anything we knew he would have made it happen. We brought 3 boats with trailers with us and there was plenty of space to park them at the house. There are not a lot of parking spaces at the community ramp, especially if you launch later in the day, but the house is so close that we easily parked our trailers back at the house and walked back to the ramp. All in all, we loved the area and the river was so beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Very nicely updated, well stocked, roomy rental with much to do. Loved having the 6 kayaks to go down and take in the beauty and peacefulness of the Cumberland River in the early morning. We enjoyed our stay very much. Well Done.

This was our second stay at Omega retreat and once again it was perfect. The Millers are great people and extremely accommodating. The property has everything you could possibly want or need and is very comfortable. The boat ramp is less than a quarter mile away and the river is stunning. The property has a fire pit, gas grill, bikes, kayaks and hi speed internet for the folks that don’t like to be outdoors. There are all kinds of little touches as well that they have thought of. Firewood for the pit, life jackets to swim or kayak, k cups and coffee, gas for the grill, all the kitchen items you need. The list goes on. We will continue to return to this property it is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed.
